Small, friendly hotel within a five minute walk from the beach. It offers a classically furnished room, sea and mountain views and a friendly staff.

Located in Batumi, 3 km from Batumi airport, 10 km from railway station, 500 metres from Aqua Park, close to dancing fountains, a Dolphin Park and archaeological Museum 2.4 km away.

Consists of a 6-storey building.

The room has a kettle, tea, sugar, spoons and no cups for tea. I asked for a cup of tea, the staff refused and said that you can't drink tea in the room. The shower is broken, hot water barely flows. Breakfast is not organized, you have to stand in a long queue and fight for a buffet meal. This hotel is designed for large tour groups that do not choose a hotel. If you don't want to spoil the impression of Georgia, then don't choose this hotel.

I'm my opinion this place is a hidden gem the rooms where ok but not that much of a view the service was 10/10 they helped us and told us about good place to go , the location is basically in the downtown of batumi your close to a mall and you got a supermarket beside the hotel but the streets are a bit trashy

Bad, not reelable place. Canceled our reservation at the day we arrived and sold our room to some offline customer for a higher price. Avoid this hotel if you don’t want to spend half of a day looking for another hotel

It was nightmare , I think it’s the worst place i hate everything here , far from all good places , bad road , bed is so hard to sleep on , hot Ac , It was bad experience 💔

Normal hotel Clean hotel, and family یه هتل معمولی و‌خوب برای گرجستان که خانوادگی اداره میشه هتل به نسبت تمیز پر از ایرانی😄 در مرکز‌ شهر واقع شده، جاش خوبه، میتونید خیلی از ممان ها رو‌ویاده برید، نوشیدنی داخل هتل هست صبحانه میده فقط ناهار و شام ندارد، صبحانه هم فقط پنیر وکره و تخم مرغ ، میوه و یکی دو مدل غذای گرجی

The month of August. The peak of the season. To the sea 10 minutes on foot.
The current and the rusty faucet of the washstand, the key in the door lock sticking (open, then close is not possible). Reported administration said know that was the end.
Room expected 5 people (2 double beds and one single), a small openable window in the room which it is better not to risk open. Space for drying wet clothes after the sea barely the 1st man enough.
Breakfast in this hotel is not the most delicious I've ever tried.

Now this hotel is literally sandwiched between the construction of skyscrapers. And that noise and dust and broken roads. Nearby there is a restaurant, shops, close to the sea, and if not the building.... In General, for a holiday in the next couple of years is not advised.

A little far from city center. You should ask for room service everytime
