Next let me shortly describe my positive memories: marvelous territory with many plants and trees, nice cafeteria inside the hotel (tasty food and nice prices), very good location of the hotel (near the sea, bus stop nearby), clean and fully equipped rooms, swimming pool inside the hotel

The hotel has a basketball court, a large pool and a cafe from which, among other dishes, you can taste delicious Georgian traditional food, the rooms are always clean, the staff are helpful and friendly, the food is delicious, also the beach is very close, which is a bonus point for me

The hotel itself has very good pool and super comfy facility to chill during the day ❤️

Even the hotel reception tried to help me with every problem I had, and I was generally satisfied with its services. The rooms were clean and large. However, the bathroom and toilet sometimes smelled like cigarettes

The people who worked at the hotel didn't really speak English, and we always had language problems that were somewhat solvable with apps like Google Translate. Breakfast was good and acceptable

This hotel is relatively far from the city, and we generally had problems with transportation. Although the hotel is very cheap, its services were good and excellent in its own way

Overall, it is not recommended only because of the distance it is from the city center. But it is a very cheap and good option

Views from this hotel are amazing, and food is also okay, however rooms are quite medium, there is no lift and you need to climb stairs, which would be okay, but when its raining there is no cover and till you get till the top floor you are soaking wet

Restaurant prices are also quite expensive for the food quality they offer

- Breakfast is moderately disgusting: hair found in eggs, breakfast choices close to zero. - Cleaning lady took away the used towels without leaving fresh ones. The boys at the reception deserve ovations

I recently went to Batumi and stayed in this hotel for 2 night and honestly it was an incredible experience. The staff were very kind and helpful

The placement of the hotel is incredible!! You have direct view to the Black Sea and the sun set is incredible

The working staff is very friendly and always ready to help. At breakfast, the dishes are often repeated and there is not much choice, although there are good days when everything is delicious

The AC worked well and helped dry things out a bit. Breakfast was included and very nice. In the morning before I had to leave, I took a walk on the beach, as it's right across the street

It's located in the hyper-center of old Batumi surrounded by shops, cafés and restaurants. It's extremely clean, everything and everywhere is cleaned on a daily basis, they even iron the sheets

Great location. Very close to the park and the beach. You can meet lovely people and the hostel atmosphere is very peaceful. Safe and convenient for solo travelers as well as friend groups.

It is in a very comfortable location, I stayed on the first floor and there are bunk beds for 8 people in the room. The location is extremely perfect, right next to the square.

I wouldn't say they get the best facilities, but they offer something far more valuable: incredibly kind and nice staff that makes the place feel cozy like home

There is an air conditioner and mid-size fridge in the room. The TV was dismantled, but we don't care, and there is no time to watch TV. They have a beautiful backyard with pool, grass, trees, and sheslon

Very nice hotel. 2 minute walk to the sea. Restaurant had excellent food. Very nice and friendly staff. Pool is a plus. If you have children, there's a big playground nearby as well.

The hotel has restaurant with the same name, which serves delicious georgian food. Menu is very divers and offers kids menu as well. Owners and staff are very welcoming, oriented on service and quality

The parking is from another street, Rustaveli Street. There is an intercom to push and talk with the administrator to open the gate. The location is very convenient. Around 200 meters from the beach

The most comfortable thing is that the restaurant and hotel are together, under the same owner. Rooms are clean and wide with two balconies. The reservation worked very well

Perfect location for a last night in Batumi if you have an early flight. 5 min walk to the airport. Spacious rooms, a pool, good reception. Wi-Fi is breaking up on the floors, plus no restaurant in the hotel.

We had dinner every evening in the hotel restaurant, overlooking the sea, the view was gorgeous, the food was very tasty, especially shish kebab, khachipuri, fish!!!! In 7 days we became friends with all the staff...

A good hotel for a reasonable price, the staff speaks fluent Russian, everyone is polite and courteous, there is a private beach, sun loungers, umbrellas for free, there are not many people on the beach, the breakfast is not bad, everything is fresh and tasty, about breakfast, there is a list at the reception all dishes, mark what you will eat, this is what you will be served for breakfast, I note...

A hotel where nothing bothers you. We lived on the 4th floor, in a 2-room suite. Great view from the window on both sides. The sea is nearby, the market is nearby, all the food is nearby

It's no secret that service and Georgia are unfortunately rare concepts, especially for us, spoiled by a civilized European holiday (and given that Kobuleti is a small resort village)

Hotel "Green house" is located close to the sea. The hotel is designed for families and children. Children can ask for a supplement. The staff always makes concessions. The rooms have everything you need to relax

The host kindly serves up coffee. Such care about vacationers is pleasant. For groups of children, they even provided a free trip to the arboretum (educational excursion)

Nice big and clean room, free laundry, big bright dining room with kitchen, where you can cook or warm up your food. Big fridge is there for your needs in addition to your fridge in the room

The cuisine is top-notch, with all meals prepared on-site and absolutely delicious! The rooms are spacious, spacious, and the bed is soft. The TV has over 100 channels to suit every taste (if that's important)
