Hotels with pool in Adjara

We had a family room with sea view and a huge balcony. They have their own outdoor pool as well

The only things that need improvement are wifi signal as it gets onn and off; warm water in the shower is very limited during rush hours (7-9 pm and 10-12 am)

I want to thank the hotel staff for a wonderful holiday, who created the mood with their professionalism and goodwill. We'll definitely come back again

very good hotel, rooms are clean. Swimming pool is nice and clean. 4 stars because here is not lift and they do not accept credit cards.

Pool is nice, staff as well. Just there is no elevator, to the six floor you have to take some exercises.

Has lots of seating areas outdoors, perfect for reading or having alone time! It overlooks the beach, which is a stone's throw away from the house and you can hear the waves from the rooms, even with the occasional passing trains, which adds to the places charm

This is a great place! They have hotel rooms and cheaper guest rooms. The host of the hotel is a great man that is ready to help you, to give advice, arrange transfer to another city, airport,whatever

It's even good for taking short walks in nature just outside the gates. Very cooperative and hospitable family who runs the place. The indoor was super clean and comfortable

This was a great memorable stay. It has stunning view surrounded by its own garden meticulously kept by the owner

As mentioned, there are two swimming pools, which is definitely a plus; The only thing is, I don't know how clean they are or what the hygiene standards are. I just noticed that the water has a lot of chlorine

The hotel itself is well-designed and very large, with two swimming pools and a dining room. Speaking of food, breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served buffet-style

Stayed in the older rooms but it was clean and good. Staff were very friendly. Food was great. Dogs a bonus.

Georgia is certainly a less developed country than Western and European countries, so the quality standards are different. From what I gathered during my experience, this hotel is good quality by Georgian standards

Overall, however, I had a good time. The most important thing in a trip for me is the experience. Georgia is a beautiful country, and what I think is fundamental is the ability to adapt!

A positive aspect of the rooms is the incredible view of the Black Sea from the balconies: the hotel is just a few meters from the beach, so the location is a big plus

This hotel is exactly what we’ve looked for: nice butique hotel with the cozy atmosphere, clean and well equipped rooms, two pools (one with brilliant Batumi panorama to enjoy sunset at), perfect service and great food (prepared on demand using fresh ingridients)

At the bottom, a 5-minute drive, the best beach of the coast is under the Botanical Garden. There is a cool cafe right by the mountain with delicious and inexpensive cuisine. Not Anapa))) everything is very worthy

We were very lucky to get to this place, where an hour before our arrival in Batumi there were 2 free rooms for 2 families. The atmosphere is beyond words, everything is chilled, a decent bar, good cuisine

My advice to the owners: there is no need to make meals included in the future (a separate restaurant is being designed now), I consider this custom menu format to be the best)

This hotel is perfed for chill and relax, but also great base to explore city of Batumi. Cheap commuting by Bolt makes it ideal location away from city traffic and noise

Beautiful point of view for sea. Very nice and helpful owners (whole family). You can eat there a breakfast or lunch. We used public transport mostly

Wonderful place! Clean, with tasty food, gorgeous yard, the back of which is a forest, and a fantastic landlady! Have chosen this hotel 3 times already and when in Gonio - won't ever consider another place to stay! Highly recommend!

It's great environment cozy and Nice place to stay at it's in the middle of the city but in a quiet place in front of it there is green park and it's 10 20. Meters away from the sea

Hotel "Green house" is located close to the sea. The hotel is designed for families and children. Children can ask for a supplement. The staff always makes concessions. The rooms have everything you need to relax

The host kindly serves up coffee. Such care about vacationers is pleasant. For groups of children, they even provided a free trip to the arboretum (educational excursion)

In this hotel you can spend a wonderful vacation, combining with excursions. The children had a lot of good impressions

One of the best for money. Good location.

The blanket offered was also more like a thin bed sheet, and, upon request of a proper blanket, we received nothing but another thin bed sheet

Within the room, you do get a cabinet to store your clothing and items, and, obviously, a bathroom. The bathroom is pretty clean and offers the amenities needed, however do note that there is no bidet installed

My experience at Prime Hotel was mostly pleasant. To start with, the rooms are clean enough. You get a smart TV (which is pretty cool), a mini-fridge, an AC and an electric kettle

Do note that the things included in the breakfast were due to my request of only Halal food being included; you might have a greater collection of items to eat if said request was not mentioned

The room has everything you need: a new refrigerator, not the smelly one that often happens, an electric kettle, cups and saucers, and water glasses, air conditioning, a TV, towels, and a closet with 12 hangers

The pool and sun loungers are a big plus, the sea is nearby, shops and restaurants are nearby, and the central park is nearby, where events are often held. Our room had a stunning view of the mountains

They cook any dish, everything is very tasty, high-quality products. Everything is new, furniture, linens, hot water at any time of the day. There is an excellent swimming pool

It's not a buffet, but you won't go hungry to start your day (either scrambled eggs with sausage or buckwheat with sausage, sauces, vegetables, watermelon, tea/coffee, and a pie. It's perfectly edible and sterile)

The coffee is delicious, we learned that we love Turkish and cooked us individually for breakfast❤️ The rooms are spacious, I recommend taking with a sea view, you just admire the beauty of the landscape every morning

Its a small hotel situated in the last floor of a mall. The staff are nice and the rooms are great. Breakfast could use a little more variety but it was good as well. They have a huge pool and a gym.

Small, but clean and comfortable. Access to swimming pool and gym is a big plus. Convenient location and parking place, yes it inside a shopping mall

The main advantage is the swimming pool at the above floor! The staff is lovely! However, the room cannot be considered more tha OK. The main problem was the smell of smoke.

I’m not impressed with this hotel, room was clean but there was everything old. Swimming pool was ok, breakfast was good. For 65lari for night it’s ok.

Stayed for a night and arrived at 4am. Staff was super nice and allowed us to stay 1 hour after check out. Super clean hotel Very central location and lots of shops around

Very friendly Staff, very good localization. Close to Beach, one of the best restaurant and close best Khachapuri in Ajaria.

Close to the seaside and main streets. Cheap and comfortable. WIFI, washer, and good coffee with the owner.

The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, and the food is good. It’s a bit far from the beach (third line), but the big pool is definitely a plus!

It is definitely the best hotel in the Adjara region.

- The owner should ensure watercraft are kept in a separate, fenced-off zone. - No pontoon for entering the sea; walking over pebbles is unpleasant, and elderly guests often needed assistance entering the water

- Catamarans from the public beach swam near people and ignored remarks. - Beach security is ineffective and unable to solve issues — problems need higher-level decisions

Did not like: - The beach is poor; boats and jet skis constantly move near the buoys, sometimes entering the swimming area. - Swimming came with the smell of gasoline

Liked: - The hotel itself is good and beautiful. - The restaurant is high-level, with tasty and varied dishes

We've been staying at this hotel for three years now. The rooms are very clean, with clean towels and linens. All the amenities are there, and a small kitchen with all the necessary utensils

There's a swimming pool on the top floor. The embankment is just a short walk away, and everything else is nearby: shops, cafes, and bus stops are all within walking distance

Everything is thoughtfully designed. There's a pool on the rooftop. The beach is a 2-3-minute walk away. In short, it's the perfect place to relax

Close to the sea, clean rooms, rooftop pool. Of the minuses, dogs bark at night interfere with sleep But this has nothing to do with the hotel...

They're the kind of people who can overlook minor flaws and still write so many positive things about the hotel, such as the delicious breakfasts, the secure parking, the friendly staff, and the clean rooms

Linen change probably only on request (lack of staff?) or after a certain time (?), the same applies to towels, so putting them on the floor as in other hotels does not apply here

We checked in with our children at 1 a. While we were looking for a cafe and eating at night, they didn't abandon us; they waited for us until we returned. I highly recommend staying here!
