Our room had a lovely balcony with sea view, great a/c, good wi-fi, private bathroom. Well stocked kitchen with washing machine. Very welcoming hosts and Zorgeb’s son Davit speaks great English and was very helpful

Sparklingly clean family guest house. Fantastic location : 1 minute to clean beach and beach bars, 3 minutes to supermarket, 10 minutes by frequent minivan or bus to downtown Batumi or to Batumi Botanic Gardens

We lived in a room on the 3rd floor with a kitchen, it was inconvenient to go there with a small child, they asked to move to the 1st floor, there is a shared kitchen for 3 double rooms, the owner agreed only for the same money that we have to pay for a triple room, he did not want to give in, in general, the hosts are uncommunicative, they will never ask if everything is fine with us, maybe we need...

The owners are very kind people. There is a restaurant in the courtyard: delicious food and good wine. Clear sea, beautiful landscape and quiet village. Rested with a child, everything was very pleasant

When we moved in kitchen sink was leaking, kitchen valve was dropping water constantly, toilet was leaking sewage, there was constant smell of sewage in the bathroom because of poor sewage system design

Good location, 50m to the sea, across the road, but at the same time the house is on the second line from the road, near the border with Turkey, the traffic of trucks and buses is decent even at night

There is no anti mosquito nets on windows as well. Internet over WiFi is unusable, had to share Internet from mobile phone all the time. After we complained, kitchen valve was replaced and toilet leakage was fixed

Lovley owner, nice, renovated rooms with balcony and AC. Very quiet there, you don't hear the big road. In the evening you can sit outside and drink wine.

And when a terrible hurricane and a downpour began, we began to close windows and doors, we managed to close not everything, and all night the closed windows were beaten, rattled and did not let us sleep

We had the most wonderful stay here. it truly felt like a home away from home. The lovely lady who runs the place, along with her kind son, welcomed us with open hearts and treated us like part of their family

Cute place with extremely friendly host Misha. Room was clean and comfortable. The location is not too far from the beach, it needs around 15 min. And the main thing - price is quite reasonable.

The owners are a friendly family. It has a kitchen that you can cook there. You can sit there near the garden and the trees and enjoy. The family is very friendly and kind and helpful

The little yard gives the opportunity to relax in the shade and the rooms offer a good clean accommodation. Parking is no issue on the street there is usually a space near by

The house is located on the first line, 2 minutes walk to the beach! The room is clean, bright, the furniture is excellent, the plumbing is new, everything worked! On the territory there is a place for a car and a veranda for relaxing and barbecue

Thank you so much for such a warm, homely atmosphere! On a regular bus we went to Turkey (thanks to Maya, she taught me) 15 minutes road, 30 minutes customs. In Batumi 30 minutes, by bus for 4 Tetri

We even walked a couple of times. A little further from the village are picturesque cliffs. The only negative is the proximity of the highway, sometimes you can hear heavy trucks

Nice Rooms close to the sea, tasteful breakfasts, affordable dinners, staff speaking Georgian and Russian but willing to communicate - although I was not speaking any of these I managed to have proper rest

Brilliant place to stay! Central and host was super friendly (so much so we were served home made chacha for breakfast lol) - room was awesome with a nice balcony view and very close to the black sea and piers with the restaurants

The location is excellent, the balcony is wonderful. They speak very little Turkish, but you can communicate in English. They are helpful and friendly people. We liked the cleanliness despite our meticulous nature

The view is beautiful from the balcony (direct to the square) on the top floor or from some rooms with balconies. Not far to the sea, just over 5 min. Of the minuses - in fact they practically did not notice them

The cleanliness of the rooms is top notch. Perfect location - the beach, parks, attractions - all within walking distance. Upstairs there is a terrace with tables overlooking Europe Square

The only thing is that the walls are not sound absorbed. And it’s noisy on the street, because the area and a lot of small cafes are nearby. This did not create any discomfort for us

There are several small chain stores and small shops nearby. The air conditioner works fine, but it is noisy. Of the minuses, we note that cars drive along the street, but this is certainly not the owners' fault

The hotel owners are very nice, they treated us to Georgian cuisine, we treated them to Belarusian cuisine, you can cook there yourself - the cuisine is amazing, the sea is close. Super

The house has the most beautiful view where you can enjoy stunning sunsets, a clean pool, and very comfortable beds. And the food… everything was homemade from scratch and absolutely delicious

It was a massive surprise to see that reviews on google ( some of them ) do not fit to realty!!!! first of all the hospitality & owner & staff is more then amazing ,so no way those comments can be true ,second facilities are super modern and clean and I can not believe that someone can complain about service or premises ! Fake reviews are very unfair and it is a dirty game that is played just to destroy...

It is very great place with nice owners. Leila cooks very tasty dishes. She is always open and ready to help and solve any situation. The view is incredible. It was a very emotionally warm rest.

If you walk a little downhill, you’ll find yourself on a wild but very clean beach. Staying with Lela was our favorite part of the whole trip to Georgia, and we truly hope to come back again

Perhaps the best place to stay in Batumi. There are all amenities, but this is not the main thing. The main thing is the hosts who create a unique atmosphere

In the Infinity pool you are not allowed to take photographs while leaning on the edge. There are not enough sun loungers near the pool. We were on an all-inclusive basis

The waitress explained they were finely ground into the dressing. The bowl was so big, this could easily have served 2-3 people. I then had the Black Sea sea bass. I little firmer than Chilean sea bass I’m used to

I did not stay at the resort and just had dinner. The huge, tree patio area on the cliff overlooking the sea made outdoor dining a wonderful option. I knew my meal here would not be cheap

But still a light, flaky fish. And the bread, like so much Georgian bread, was wonderful. Great to soak up the extra salad dressing! Gorgeous sunset for a backdrop

It's in a nice quarter, the rooms are spacious, room 22 has a beautiful balcony, room 23 is beautiful, in the kitchen you'll find everything you need,you have a washing machine and a beautiful view out of the windows, the atmosphere is familiar and peaceful

Very good not expensive hostel with wonderful backyard garden, clean dorms and bathrooms. Hostel is in a good location, close to the main attractions in Batumi. They speak Russian and English well

Lovely guest house meant for groups and families. Rooms were scrupulously clean and so were communal areas. There is a kitchen and laundry (washer) facilities available

There is now elevator, but it's one floor of a long sweeping staircase with very deep steps. This meant it was very easy to carry luggage and my toddler up and down

Staff also let me keep my stroller in the vestibule on the ground floor. Not at all fancy, but extremely homey and comfortable and I highly recommend

The location was ideal and within easy walking distance of most things in central Batumi including the beach, promenade and the historic center

I can't speak about how it's beautiful and cozy the swmingpool is vere beautiful the view is from the fantasy.

I will not describe the view, as you can see it via photos, but there is atmosphete, which you will never forget and you will be sorry only why you have not know this place before

Overall, it was a nice hotel with great rooms along with a terrace. Beach is very close within 3-5 minutes of walking distance. The open-air pool was also an advantage.

The hotel owner also allowed us to bring two friends of us who stayed at a different hotel, to the pool absolutely free of charge, which we appreciated a lot
