Hotels with pool in Adjara

We've been staying at this hotel for three years now. The rooms are very clean, with clean towels and linens. All the amenities are there, and a small kitchen with all the necessary utensils

There's a swimming pool on the top floor. The embankment is just a short walk away, and everything else is nearby: shops, cafes, and bus stops are all within walking distance

Everything is thoughtfully designed. There's a pool on the rooftop. The beach is a 2-3-minute walk away. In short, it's the perfect place to relax

Close to the sea, clean rooms, rooftop pool. Of the minuses, dogs bark at night interfere with sleep But this has nothing to do with the hotel...

The hotel is excellent, very hospitable hosts, clean, modern, I recommend, my pool, the sea is nearby, everything is within walking distance.

Tamila, the hostess, is very warm and welcoming—she immediately puts you at ease and is always ready to help. The rooms are comfortable and have everything you need for a comfortable stay

They're the kind of people who can overlook minor flaws and still write so many positive things about the hotel, such as the delicious breakfasts, the secure parking, the friendly staff, and the clean rooms

Linen change probably only on request (lack of staff?) or after a certain time (?), the same applies to towels, so putting them on the floor as in other hotels does not apply here

We checked in with our children at 1 a. While we were looking for a cafe and eating at night, they didn't abandon us; they waited for us until we returned. I highly recommend staying here!

This hotel has amazing breakfasts ❣️ I was impressed. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are clean, also this hotel has great location, 5min walking from beach.

Nice place in Adlia,Batumi. Close to New Boulevard square. Airport in 5 minutes. A quiet family place with a friendly attitude at any time of the year. you will come back here again and again.

Close to the sea (15 minute walk) and to the grocery shop (3 minute walk). The hosts were really kind and helpful. There are shared kitchens on the 3rd and 4th floors

it was clean but it wasnt a hotel more like an inn there were many flaws but the receptionist,george,was pretty kind its not a 4 star hotel if ure looking for one again its a pretty clean inn

Drying clothes was no problem) At night we didn’t hear any outside voices, it was quiet. You need to cross 2 roads, about 6-8 minutes walk. The hotel has a swimming pool and it helped out when there was a storm

The mirror is only in the bathroom, it wouldn’t hurt in the room either)) There was cleaning, towels and bed linen were changed upon request. Toilet paper and soap are provided

At our request, administrator Lika changed us to a room on the third floor with a balcony without any problems!!! There are no barriers in the shower, so there was water everywhere. There was no wardrobe in the room

There is parking near the hotel. The cook tried very hard! Donuts, apple pies, muffins, eggs, jam, cheese, buckwheat, pasta, salads, fresh cucumbers and tomatoes, cutlets, sausages, tea, coffee, sometimes peaches

The iron was on the ground floor and if you need to iron it, no problem. Free) They gave us a blanket without any problems. This is not the first time I’ve given up, I took a rope and clothespins

Great hotel with moderate distance from the center! The hosts are very hospitable and friendly people! We had the impression that we did not live in a hotel, but in a high-rise guest house! The breakfasts were very tasty! Of the minuses: Big parking problem

Parking near the hotel is almost impossible - a narrow street with an abundance of various objects, and therefore the cars are almost on top of each other

I liked it very much. The staff are great and helpful. The breakfasts are excellent. The location is great. The price is sooooo reasonable. Recommend.

Cozy home hotel for those traveling with children 👌👌 Very friendly staff - Maya and Krestina will tell you how and where to get, what excursions to visit, what the weather is in the city) It’s convenient that the hotel has breakfast, no need to go and look in the mornings for a meal 🙂 Clean room, private shower and toilet, mini fridge, TV, free ironing of things and general drying on the balcony

The room has a very comfortable bed with a good mattress. And go to the beach not far through a beautiful park with a lake 👌

The Batumi Steps Hotel is well-suited for families and couples who value chic accommodations and proximity to the beach

Third one is used by stuff to clean up carpet at prime time(why not), and the last one, that I was waiting for 30 minutes, and the it was stopping on each floor all the way down, when it came to Ground level, and the next one P(parking since there is the button) was supposed to go to the parking, but no, apparently that one does not go there, so it went up again! Stuff did not bother even explaining...

Also, I’ve chose hotel, because I wanted to have a meeting room, they target that they have them, but at the property they told me that they don’t have a meeting room! Constantly problems with electricity, no light every day for an hour or so

I’ve sped one hour to get to the parking and had to walk stairs from 22 floor eventually. There are 4 elevators, one is only for stuff, second one was not responding at all

I don’t care how good is food there or the room itself, I rate overall experience - and it’s an awful experience

Breakfast doesn’t have much options.

We stayed at the hotel in January 2026. The hotel has no radiators, heating only comes from the air conditioner. We were freezing at night (the air conditioner was set to 28 degrees). It was terribly cold and damp

we had to do early check in as we're not aware that check in time is 2pm but they really managed and gave us an apartment for staying, later we stayed in that apartment itself and dint changed to the hotel room

The rooms were clean and the location was very central, right in the heart of Batumi. The view from our room's balcony was amazing. One side of the balcony overlooked Nuri Lake and the other side faced the sea.

This is a very good hotel considering its location, comfort, security, and value for money. You can walk everywhere. We forgot our luggage, and they were very attentive. If I come back, I'd stay here again.

The hotel was hard to find; we only figured out where the main entrance was after looking at a photo on Google Maps. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable

It is impossible to find a hotel without calling, which is very inconvenient from the point of view of check-in service.
