The room was very good! Clean, sanitary, fully equipped, no odor, on the hillside (the old town of Tbilisi is a mountain town with slopes everywhere, but fortunately the local taxi drivers are very enthusiastic and will always send you to the door), with an exclusive courtyard, very warm and beautiful

The owners are really helpful and carrying. They helped us with every question or ask we had. The rooms were clean and designed. The food was fresh and very please

With this price it's good and comfortable hotel The staff is very kind and the location is not too far from center With Yandex u can get a car for 3 or 5 GEL

The location is great in a peaceful and quiet place nearby the center. Be sure that I’ll be back to this hotel again

There is a simple meal every morning, which is clean and delicious, and very cost-effective

We stayed there two nights. We like it that there’s very quiet place and not so far from the city. But every taxi drivers didn’t find there easily 😅😅 I don’t know why... Anyway thanks for hotel service.

It’s a fine budget apartment with a good location, but before you checkin, there is no hot water and there is no lifts to carry your luggage from parking.

Enjoyed my trip to Batumi with my friends. We booked hotel Batus and it was really nice place. Nice location on the riverside. We liked the incredible kitchen, the view is pretty good and the bedroom is clean and nice.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice

After long day and journey, I can stay at hotel lounge and enjoying with coffee and sweets alone, and my family were inside rooms.

We travelled with 3 children 14-13-6 years olds and lots of luggage and despite the stairs up to the elevator this was one of the nicest places we stayed in the four weeks

with good dishes and professional personal team with good manager GIORGI , thanks a lot guys, I will neccesarily come again here ,on next summer

There is everything an economy-class tourist needs: comfortable sleeping, clean bathrooms, access to a tourist kitchen, and an owner who will help you with any problems.

There's a kitchen, but the plates and other utensils are rusty and unsightly. We brought our own, so it was fine. The bed sheets are rough and unsightly. The shower water drips a bit. ㅠㅠ The owner, Nino, is very kind.

A delicious and hearty Breakfast, friendly owners. There is a free Shuttle service and an early check in (if rooms available nalichii), close to the sea. No colorful appearance (surrounded by Soviet high-rises)

I recommend Eurasia hotel for a stay in Batumi. Very clean and quiet, only 5 minutes walk from the beach. At a reasonable price. Manager is very considerable and helpful. Next time I'll stay at that hotel.

Location is well, 5 minutes walking from the sea.New boulevard is nearby. Rooms are clean, stuff friendly, very good atmosphere. Highly recommended

Good, basic hotel 300 meters from the busy, shoreline big hotels. Clean, nice and comfortable rooms, very nice owner. The location is perfect.

2 blocks away from the beach, 3KM far from downtown but spacious and very friendly staff and owner (Y) Perfect, Recommended

the place was amazing , very clean ,comfortable and good looking place the location was right at the center and was close to all the famous attractions (a perfect location for tourists), the hostess was very kind and nice she treated us excellent, she gave us everything that we needed and even more then we needed and we are very thankful for her help

If you are heading to Batoumi then staying at this small cozy hotel is the perfect option. The atmosphere of the hostels in general is luxurious soulless fancy destinations

Good price for a pretty big room, close to many of Batumi's good places. Food was also good, delicious. There were also a lot of good series like laundry and stuff

The room was incredibly big and comfortable with a luxurious bathroom and very nice shower gel and shampoo ❤️ a small warm nest while visiting beautiful Batoumi

Very nice hotel in an old villa. Water cooker, fridge available. The Crew offered to wash laundry. Overall very good Service and very friendly Crew.

we feel very lucky that we found this small and friendly place. There are mainly Georgian women working and they are very cute and friendly

You can get to the row of shops by the border within a few seconds walk, and you can be in Turkey within 15 minutes of leaving the hotel! The view over the Black Sea with Sarp Mosque over the border is unmatched

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Rooms are clean, simplistic but have everything you need. The family who runs it are very kind, although only one speaks English, just as something to be aware of

Great rock beach with cleanest water in whole Adjara. Great view on mountains. I personally drove every day from Batumi to Sarpi just for that water.

Sarpi is a very lovely little town with an amazing atmosphere. Thank you for the great time, I'll be sure to come back someday!

The beach is big and surrounded by mountains ⛰️ Someone is renting chairs and umbrellas and there is no place to shower

They are very welcoming and flexible on when you pay

Decent & big rooms with sea view , quite place for relaxation and romantic place with sea and green mountains, the check-in was smooth and friendly staff room inside has a big wardrobe

Simple hotel with decent but not the best facilities. Excellent location at the beach with gorgeous views and possibility to listen to the sea right from the balcony. Nice bads with a bit too high and too hard pillows

Bathroom is on a smaller side. Overall really nice place for a short stay. Breakfast not available on low seasons, otherwise could be provided for additional price

Minor repairs were needed in almost every room we occupied as a family (total three rooms)

Great hotel, located in the park near Botanical Garden. Fresh air and it’s not so hot here as in the city center. Beach with clear water is located a couple of minutes walk through the park

Sleeping with the sound of waves. And try the best handmade foods and cultural foods. The foods are even better than most of the restorants. I fell in love with the people who works there

Our room was clean when we arrived only we got just 1 roll of toilet paper for the whole week so we had to ask for it almost every day (they only give you one roll…) Nice balcony view and great location

At the end of September is quite cold here and would be nice to have a heating option at room During the summer you have quick access to the beach

From outside is not so nice but indoor it’s much nicer. But it just seems to be nice and modern, in reality it’s just reconstructed in cheap way

Excellent accommodation, close to the sea. There's a bedroom with a bed and a balcony, and a comfortable sofa in the kitchen/living room. There's a washing machine, dishes, clean linens, and towels for everyone

The windows have blinds, which is very convenient. The location is great! Not on a noisy street, and the sea is a 5-minute walk away. Shops, fruit stores, and bakeries are all nearby, within walking distance

Marina is a very sweet, attentive, and hospitable hostess! She greeted me, explained everything, and showed me around. She even gave me an umbrella for the beach (I was really planning on buying one)

A full kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, washing machine, and even a tester!! Plenty of dishes. A bed with a comfortable mattress. Air conditioning, a TV (which, of course, I never even turned on)

There's a parking space, and there's air conditioning, but we didn't need it. We thoroughly enjoyed our few days here. Thanks to the hosts for the comfort and cleanliness 🤍

I definitely recommend this guest house! I wish Marina more sensible guests! I wish her development and prosperity! Next time, I'll be visiting Marina!

They offered us coffee and checked if all what we needed was provided. They even left us extra clean towels on the table outside the apartment while we were away. We got a good night sleep on the comfy clean beds

Parking is possible to find in the area for free, but it depends if you are lucky. We stayed 2 nights, and parked car once 50 meters from the apartment and other 3 times about 300-350 meters from it

What a great little haven in Batumi. A nondescript entrance hides this little clean, quiet hotel from the busy outside. Close to most sites, close to food, shops and bars. Comfortable rooms with aircon and fridge.

Extremely friendly owners ( Georgian or Russian, but also a little English), quite and peaceful backyard with many plants and a relaxing common area outside. Rooms simple, but absolutely sufficient

Ac, refrigerator and hair dryer, water boiler, plates, glasses were provided. At night when it was raining we sat outside the apartment in the beautiful semi garden and enjoyed every minute of it

Peace and quit place. Rooms are very clean, not so expansive in the old part of Batumi. You can go everywhere by foot from this place. The host is very pleasant and always wiling to help

Not far along the same street there is a famous cafe "Laguna", where they cook delicious khachapuri and more. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and would stay here again on my next visit

Convenient location, everything is within walking distance. Entrance to the cafe from the street, the food is good

I really don’t recommend a room with windows to the street, the traffic is busy even at night, it’s impossible to sleep, there are no breakfasts, it makes no sense to take a room with breakfast, and in general it’s tasteless in the cafe below, khinkali look more like cheap overcooked dumplings, almost everyone’s dough has torn, the broth is out

The pool area was perfect for relaxation, with clean and well-maintained facilities that made our experience even more enjoyable

Highly Recommending. Very beautiful views from terraces . House is located up to the mountain close to the Black sea. Very comfortable design. Swimming pool is most amazing thing in the house. very friendly owners.

Beautiful landscapes, an amazing sea view, and fresh air. The room had everything necessary. The host was always available and very polite. We went down to the sea by taxi without any problems

A nice hotel right in the center of the old town! The staff is polite and pleasant. Quite normal rooms, although new repairs would be good.

Friendly people. At least their price wasn't extortionately high even in the tourist season compared to other places in the area

There's an expensive but perfectly acceptable eatery nearby, pretending to be a restaurant, although the hotel itself doesn't serve beer (maybe 2025, but the space is adequate, and a bar by the pool is just begging to be built)

I chose the cheapest way to spend the night in Kvariati on Booking. com, and my room had a shower and toilet. The friendly and warm staff is also included

Gorgeous view from the window, high in the mountains, the presence of a car is desirable, but you can also take a taxi. Is there a restaurant nearby

Basically, don't go to this hotel, otherwise it will get expensive, and I won't be able to stay there again

An amazing combination of price and quality

The hotel is beautiful and the view is astonishing from the mountain to the sea. The staff are friendly and in general it's perfect for families and single traveler. The only thing I do not like is the road to the hotel
