Batumi View Luxury Hotel in Batumi

The worst service I’ve experienced anywhere in the world. I’ve traveled a lot, and I have never seen service this bad. All I want is something as simple as receiving a package, and they still make it impossible. They don’t allow the courier to deliver anything. Every time there is a new excuse that makes no sense, and they always try to shift the responsibility to someone else.

I like the building itself, but the management is truly terrible. There is nothing “luxury” about a place where you can’t even receive a basic delivery. Lasha, the manager, gave me no solution, and the “owner relations manager” was even worse. No one takes responsibility, no one helps, and the service is consistently bad.

This experience is so disappointing that I’m seriously considering moving out. Horrible service. Hard to believe something so simple cannot be done.

This is the worst apartment experience I've ever been to. The rooms are dirty, the beds aren't done, the shower has hair in it. Overall: I would not recommend. Choose anything else. EDIT: The people on the reception are very rude.

Do not book a room at this hotel if you want to sleep or watch the sea. The other building has terrible lighting that illuminates your room ALL NIGHT. You can't sleep properly and rest! Only very unintelligent people with very bad taste could have designed such a thing. I do not recommend staying in this place!
