Excellent room that was large. Everything worked great including shower and wi-fi.....Work desk, fridge and kettle provided.....Bright lighting.....Balcony had outstanding view.....Front desk is active 24/7.....Abit removed from central Batumi but plenty of markets nearby and the bus stop is right across the street where bus #12 goes to central Batumi.

The receptionist robbed us while checking out twice and threatened us and didnt let us leave if we didnt pay 100 lari and then asked us to pay 50 lari more And they made us pay extra for towel washing

The hotel was clean And the receptionist was kind and behaved respectful. It was weird that you have to carry your luggage to the second floor and then use the elevator, may be this is fixed now.no idea. The facilities inside the room was fine 🤠
