The hotel has no elevator, just poorly lit stairway. We shared a balcony with another room with another couple(making it possible to peep if any portion of a window is open) . The two rooms also had virtually no sound isolation. The water took a long time to heat. Generally had better places in Georgia for half the price.

The hotel’s location is very good. The rooms were clean. The hotel staff were very polite and attentive. The view from the terrace room is amazing.

The photos shown on Google are misleading.
The shared spaces are dark and uninviting, the room is small, and most notably, the bathroom is tiny – a tall person would likely hit their knees against the wall while sitting on the toilet.
The biggest and most significant issue is the lack of sound insulation – it was completely possible to hear everything happening on the other side of the wall. I found myself waking up in the middle of the night from the alarm of the neighboring room when they were heading out for a flight.
Also, while the beautiful balcony overlooking the stream is indeed stunning, it is shared between two rooms, which makes your private room completely exposed to being viewed from the other room. If you want to open the curtain, you risk your neighbor seeing you in your underwear.
Overall, it was an unpleasant and unwelcoming experience, and I do not recommend this hotel.

We were staying here for our first time in Georgia.
The location of the hotel is really suitable for the tourists: it's in the center so a lot of sightseeings are near. Also the underground station is located nearby.
Although it's the center, it was very quiet and peaceful even during the nights on weekends.
Rooms are a bit small but clean and cozy, old-fashioned. I especially liked the bed - very comfortable.
I would like to mention a really nice woman-administrator. She is kind and always can give you some recommendations in the city.
Also I advice you to take their airport transfer because it is better than becoming a victim of fraudulent taxi drivers there.
I will definitely stay here again if I decide to return to Tbilisi!

Great location!!!! The rooms were clean, very comfortable and the staff was amazing. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tbilisi. We arrived very early and I didn't want to wait. They were very accommodating and kind enough to let us check in early. That was a big plus. The service was exceptional. The cleaners were always happy to help! Thank you! Will definitely recommend this wonderful boutique hotel to my colleagues!

The staff at this hotel are amazing! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Please give the staff at HOTEL DAY INN awards! Took advantage of the central location to walk out for dinner, a couple of galleries and a drink. It was great. The service was top notch as always. Overall the best hotel I have ever had the opportunity to stay at. The building is stunning and when you walk in it is even more breathtaking. High quality rooms and high quality service. The bed was very comfortable. The room was spacious and clean. The vintage aesthetic was stunning. I wish we were not just passing through!

I stayed for four days, the room was amazing with a terrace and a wonderful view over the river and the city, very clean and comfy bed. The hotel is located in calm neighborhood at a 15 to 20 minutes walk from the old city and a nearby metro station if you don't want to walk. The staff was extremely polite and very helpful especially Ana! She provided suggestions and support to help me make the best of my time. I was traveling solo so she was constantly making sure to check that i arrived safely to my destination and offered her support. The food at the hotel is another story!! It was really tasty traditional food, you must try the khachapuri and the salad and the bread, well everything was just amazing :). I totally recommend the place and will definitely stay there when i visit again.

it was a very good experience staying here for 3 days! very clean and beautiful hotel and such friendly and respectful family runing the hotel. highly recommended. design is amazing and beds are very comfort
