I really dislike hotels that use the excuse of 'environmental protection' to cut corners. My room had no slippers and no bottled water. I had to go to the water dispenser in the hallway just to get a drink. I seriously doubt if the reusable glass bottles are actually sanitized!!!

The hotel's location is great, right in the city center of Tbilisi, very close to the metro station and the airport bus stop. The breakfast was tasty, and the room hygiene was good. Overall, I'm satisfied.

The hotel is generally well located; however, access by car is not very convenient. Vehicles cannot approach the entrance directly, so guests are dropped off nearby and have to walk to the hotel with their luggage. I stayed here during our trip. I found this hotel with great value for money. Location is right by freedom square, rooms are clean, the staff speaks English and help with recommendations. I found the breakfast really good with alot of options. I would stay here again if I get to Tbilisi.

Traveling with a friend, we booked two rooms. They were small but clean and well-designed. It's a great option if you're just staying for a short while, and the location is excellent.

Excellent eco-consciousness. There's always coffee and milk available on the first floor, and the machine-made milk foam is incredibly creamy. Each floor has a water dispenser by the elevator offering cold, room temperature, and hot water. Breakfast was pretty good too.

After I gave Ana, Front Office Supervisor my Marriott Member# she gifted us with a free room upgrade. The Trip.com deal included breakfast which was a fantastic buffet. Staff all treated us with great service always with a smile. When our stay was over we said that the next time we needed a hotel in Tbilisi we would be back to the Courtyard.

The Onyx City Center Hotel is a stylish and well-located hotel in the heart of Tbilisi. The rooms are modern and clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. However, there are two drawbacks: the breakfast isn't up to par with a five-star hotel, and the shower design causes water to leak out, making the bathroom very wet. Despite this, the hotel remains a good choice for a city break.

I liked the location! It's just a bit of a hike up the mountain, especially after a long walk. The breakfasts are good! The bed is comfortable! Daily cleaning. Cons: The hotel is clearly relatively new, but it needs some touch-ups (painting and tweaking are needed) and towels and bed linens need replacing. They're far from looking fresh and new. (I recommend checking before serving your room.)

This used to be my favorite hotel for a weekend getaway but it is clearly on decline lately. From the front desk to the pool and on to the rooftop bar, things aren't working well. We booked a standard king room with balcony. Professional staff. Toiletries are provided. Everything was clean and nice. There are two swimming pools and a Jacuzzi and two different saunas. The terrace room was impeccable, offering sunset and river views. The front desk staff were friendly and always quick to provide assistance. My experience here was amazing. This lovely lady, Asma, was incredibly helpful and generous. She even communicated with me in Arabic! I was visiting from Saudi Arabia, and I was so surprised and happy to find someone from my culture here. God bless her. To this day, I still miss my trip, especially the amazing people like Asma I met along the way.

It hardly qualifies as a 4-star hotel. The location is very remote, far from the city center, and the facilities are quite outdated. Aside from McDonald's, there are hardly any other restaurants nearby; the area is mostly filled with car and furniture stores.

The hotel rooms are clean and tidy, but the hotel is close to a main road and is very noisy. If you have trouble sleeping, you should choose this hotel carefully.
