Hotels with breakfast in Tbilisi

The rooms are nice, but the location is far from the city center and the hilly terrain makes walking difficult.

I was only there for two days, but then I had to extend my stay for another two. I continued to stay because the staff, especially John and Dina, were very friendly and helpful. Thank you again for your support during my trip to Tbilisi.

There were no problems with communication. Both Russian and English. Great breakfasts on the terrace. Thank you. Mountain views. Cicadas singing. Everything was fine. However, we were late for the minibus and then had to climb up the mountain.

Excellent hotel, great location (nearby downhill metro Rustaveli) although we did not use it, all the sights in the center walked, helpful staff, delicious hearty breakfast. I liked the hotel. Clean, cozy. The room has everything you need. Our room had a balcony and a view of the city. Very beautiful. Clean pool. The breakfast is ordinary, everything suited us. The staff is wonderful.

I stayed fir three days and i enjoyed my stat at Andza hotel. Room is spacious and clean. Room has great view looking down the city. Staffs were very friendly. I would stay again next time i visit Tbilisi.

This was an amazing experience. The hotel is quite new or look as it is. The staff is super fiendly. We had rooms 21 and 22 which have a connecting door, perfect for our family. We stayed for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. So, what I want to say about the Hotel: The location is great but to be honest if you are taking a taxi it can be difficult to find, the hotel is located inside a courtyard almost opposite the Spar. (I'll attach a photo of the hotel to help with this) If you are taking a taxi, tell him to stop at the arch of the courtyard, and then you will have to walk about 100 meters, I did not find this a problem...

We chose a twin room. The room was clean, the bed was soft and comfortable. Amenities included air conditioning, a hot water kettle, and two free bottles of drinking water. The breakfast room had a view of the Kura River and a nice atmosphere.

Old Tbilisi is the oldest settlement of our capital city and it's located mostly on the hills and rocks, over the river.

Super Hotel with excellent location in middle of Tbilisi. The view was just perfect from the restaurant terrace and from the balcony. It was 1st time but we will come back to this amazing hotel.

If you're looking for a u s or european chain hotel experience, this is not the place for you. If you can appreciate funky creativity It can be nice. It checks all the boxes with shower, good hot water refrigerator, bottled water, TV, etc. But don't expect all the furniture to match (hough you can see efforts to make it a coherent experience). There is much variability in room décor and size....

Good central location, nice rooms with good facilities. Reception were a little unfriendly, otherwise good.

We were dissatisfied with our room assignments, as there was a stark contrast between what we paid and what we received. Due to the weekend, the staff couldn't do much to address our concerns. Additionally, the entrance and lobby had an unpleasant odor from the carpet. In summary, our stay was below average, with the only positive being the location. Unfortunately, this hotel isn't worth the price

I enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is unbeatable, truly the best feature of our experience. However, the breakfasts were disappointing, offering the same items every day. On a positive note, the design and atmosphere of the hotel were impressive, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Be aware that it can be noisy.

We stayed in rooms 205 and 211, both of which were comfortable with great A/C that allowed us to sleep soundly after being out in the heat. While the breakfast could have been better, the restaurant downstairs serves good food. I think tge restaurant name is adore. Walking distance to most of the attractions.

Rooms are little cozy but location wise this hotel is perfect as it has everything near by like liberty square, peace of bridge, all kind of dining and mainly 24 hours restaurant and markets. Spar is just opposite of hotel and just 100 meters, you will find clubs and restaurants. Morning breakfast wad amazing with lots of options and servers are very polite and always smiling which make your day start...

Aside from the slightly out-of-the-way location, the rooms were very clean and spacious, and the decor was new. The rooftop restaurant had a great ambiance.

The front desk service attitude is very good

Reception was very helpful! Walking super close distance to the bus station right across the road. 

The standard rooms are very small, with no room to stow a suitcase. The windows are narrow, and there's a smoking area underneath them. The rooms are in dire need of renovation, especially the bathroom. The breakfast is ok. The location in the park is pleasant, but there are aggressive dogs near the hotel entrance that constantly bark at passersby.

The breakfast options could be a little more varied and fresher.

Centrally located, friendly staff, good value for the price overall

Located in a lovely park, the interior was modern and comfortable. I particularly liked the woody design. Although we checked out early in the morning, they accommodated us well and even provided us with a lunch box and water. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. I was a little nervous about heading out onto the road before dawn, as there were a lot of dogs around.

We were traveling through Europe by motorcycle and passing through Tbilisi on our way back! The hotel is located in a park in the city center, and the environment is wonderful! Quiet! Easy parking! Clean and friendly service! Convenient to nearby restaurants and shops!

The room was tidy and located near the metro station. Cool thrift shops and such are in the same area. Highly recommend this place if you want a hotel with private room and breakfast in Tbilisi.

This hotel is really nice. The breakfast is simple, and although the surrounding area is a bit remote, the environment is acceptable. There are a few good restaurants nearby. Water is free to take at the front desk, but the owner doesn't inform guests; I suggest informing them to improve the experience.

Simply top-notch, honest, a 15-minute walk from the old town, and super friendly staff. We even extended our stay here.

There's road construction at the entrance, making it very inconvenient to lug a suitcase. It's about 2 kilometers from Freedom Square, 8 lari by taxi and 1 lari by bus. It's relatively quiet, with little noise.

Great little hotel away from the touristy areas but fairly close to the airport. We used it to stay over between two flights with no desire to expolore the city itself. Very modern clean big rooms, modest but very pleasant breakfast. Incredible small yard with a warm  clean water.  Definitely will stay again!

I made a reservation at short notice for a night's stay. It was hard to tell at first glance that it was a hotel, probably because it was under renovation, and when I arrived the door was closed and I couldn't get in. I called and they came out and showed me to my room.

If you're from Russia, you won't be welcome here, keep that in mind. Other than that, it's a very clean, new place. We chose it because it's close to the bus station.

The property was very nice and in a quiet area(12th floor of a residential building). I stayed 27 days. Very nice and helpful and friendly staff spacial Mrs.Natalia and house keeper and the kitchen staff. In case I travel to Tbilisi again will most probably book there.

The advantages include a good view from the windows, and an upper veranda where you can sit. The hotel is located on the 11th and 12th floors of a residential building. I would have given a perfect rating, except during my seven-night stay, the room was only cleaned once. They said there’d be two bottles of water left each day, but that happened twice. Nice hotel with good atmosphere, located on walking distance from the centre. Superb breakfast. Thin walls and not well isolated. You hear traffic nearby, your neigbours and people entering te building. They did not fix the entrance near my room which made noise whenever someone came in, although I requested it on different occasions.

The hotel is in a good location, near the metro and transport hub. There is a 24-hour kiosk and a shopping mall nearby. Breakfast is simple and tasty, like homemade food. There are also restaurants nearby one with Asian food and one with Georgian food. The receptionist was kind and helped with everything I needed.

The room is pretty good. The hotel is very well designed. There are only stairs and no elevator. There is a Chinese restaurant next to it and Carrefour opposite. However, it is far away from various tourist attractions in Tbilisi. If you want to travel and stay, it is recommended to choose one near the central square.

A very good aparthotel. The rooms fully match the description, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Everything is clean, with daily housekeeping. The excellent central location allows you to enjoy walking around the city and sightseeing, while being set on the second line from the main road, which ensures peace and comfort.

I only stayed one night, but I didn't expect the room to be an apartment-style hotel. If I'd known, I'd have stayed a few more days, hahaha. The entrance was incredibly hard to find, with no signage. I looked at Google Maps and wandered around the end point for over 20 minutes before finally finding an unidentified entrance. It was hidden inside! 😂

Better options elsewhere. Perhaps it was the experience as noted in my previous review of them. However, the way it was communicated was still quite a surprise.
