It's cozy, it's a quiet street, the furniture and plumbing aren't the newest, but overall everything works and is clean.

The hotel is very old. I originally booked a 55-square-meter "superior apartment," but upon entering, it felt like a run-down hotel in a county town. The rooms are great, the breakfast is good with wide variety. The ac is small ( ac is kind of needed in summer in Tbilisi) they have to increase the intensity of heat in hot water, also the heater was not working in our room. Overall it was a great experience.

I stayed here for just 1 night. I chose the hotel because its located near the National Football Stadium in Tbilisi. I was in Georgia to watch the UEFA Under 21 Finals Tournament. I spent 3 weeks in the Country and loved it. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is only 5 minute walk from the ground and a 10 to 15 mi use walk from the main railway station.

I made a reservation for my trip, but due to the war crisis, my flight was canceled. I canceled the hotel 2 weeks before the stay, but they are not reply and did not provide a refund. This is very disappointing.
