Perfect hospitality. Highly recommend Hotel. I will be back!
The room is great and it really feels warm same at home. Medea at the reception desk is a very helpful and very kind person. The hotel is definitely worth a visit
Very nice and clean place. This hotel is located a little bit steep out the main load, so it's mostly silent at night time
Central location but in a neighborhood with old buildings. However the hotel itself is a well-maintained good looking building. Staff was nice and caring. They accept credit cards. The reception is 24/7. We parked the car at the street but there were very few parking spaces.
Great option to stay! The room was clean and ready when we arrived even though we booked last minute. Easy checkin and checkout, great price. The airco was a little bit struggling, so we had to open the window to the street which made it quite noisy at night, but with a closed window the room was very quiet.
We enjoyed the view every day! The host is extremely nice, she always showed care. Interior is excellent with solid furniture and good taste. We will be pleased to stay here next time

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped, and everything was exactly as described. The location is excellent and very convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The staff were extremely kind, professional, and always ready to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
We had a fantastic, memorial anniversarry in Edition hotel. The location was great. All atraction near hotel. Mrs. Sorour was the first staff who helpt us for check in. We really enjoyed staying at this hotel for our trip to Tblisi. The hotel is located right in the heart of the Old town and is an excellent base to explore the city from. The amenities were good and the rooms were, nice, modern, and clean. Would definitely recommend staying there.
The location is fantastic, within walking distance to all major attractions.
great location, funky building, not everyone's taste though. lack of spoiling options like pool, gym, spa. Breakfast is great, coffee is not.
We were very happy with our stay. The hotel staff was extremely helpful especially the front desk lady and made our family feel comfortable. They kindly arranged a baby crib and also allowed a late check-out, which we really appreciated. Thank you for the lovely hospitality.
The location is amazing, right in the heart of downtown and close to everything. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. The food is delicious, and overall the stay was excellent. The only downside was that the bed cover and blanket were made of a nylon material; I would recommend replacing them with cotton for better comfort.
I had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized. Special thanks to Khatia, the Front Office Manager, for her kindness, professionalism, and warm attitude. She was extremely helpful and made my stay much more pleasant. I truly appreciate the excellent service and would definitely recommend this hotel

The hotel is placed near by metro station. It was really convenient. The room was clean and comfortable. The view was beautiful- right on the hills. Breakfast - good enough. We also had central heating in the room, that important for March. Service was great. All our needs have been met
The hotel is right next to the subway station, making transportation very convenient. It's about a 10-minute walk to Holy Trinity Church, and there are supermarkets and a local farmers' market nearby where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables. However, because it's located by the roadside, it's quite noisy; even with the windows closed, you can hear car noises, barking dogs, and people talking downstairs...
I stayed here for 3 out of 4 days in Tbilisi, which was very convenient and cost-effective. The heating system was stable. Facilities: Excellent! Cleanliness: Good! They have luggage storage service, and the balcony view is nice.
The hotel has an elevator. They initially gave me the wrong room key; the room hadn't been cleaned when I opened it. I went to the front desk and got a new one. The two-bedroom room was quite nice. The hotel view was good, and the location was very convenient. It was alright.
The hotel was near the bus station for Yerevan. I had taken the train back from Batumi the night before, arriving at 10:30 PM. The taxi fare to the hotel was 12-13 Lari. Considering it was a layover, it was still very cost-effective.
We visited Tbilisi during the National Day holiday and chose this hotel because of its super close proximity to the metro station. We stayed for four nights. The room size was just right, but the toiletries were a bit basic; we bought our own shampoo from a convenience store. The hotel breakfast was simple but quite delicious, and my friend and I ate there for four days straight and were very satisfied...

It is a family-run hotel in Old Tbilisi, which offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at home from the moment you arrive. The rooms are comfortable, and the delicious homemade breakfast is a wonderful way to start the day. The hotel was within the old city. The room was good and had the required amenities. The breakfast spread was extremely limited in terms of choice and quantity. The ladies running the show were extremely nice and welcoming.
Nice family run hotel not far from Tblisi old town. Very caring hosts especially the lady at the reception who is always happy to go the extra mile to help. Comfortable rooms cleaned daily. Delicious and abundant breakfast cooked fresh every morning by two capable Georgian ladies. Recommended!
I stayed here for a week, and it truly felt like home away from home. The people are so warm and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast spread was lovely — fresh, filling, and full of variety. The rooms are spotless and cleaned every day with care. The front desk is open 24 hours, which makes everything easy. The location is wonderful — right in the city centre, just a short walk...
Thank you so much for the wonderful stay at your boutique hotel , the young man with beard was the best , owner was cooking the best breakfast ever , I’m really impressed with the hospitality, the only thing that I didn’t like is that my bathroom had odor of drainage pipes , everything clean but the odor is not Decoration was nice ,
Breakfast is served late, from 9am to 11am. I was planning to leave at 8am, so I asked for a simple breakfast at 7:30am. There was a strange smell in the bathroom all the time, so I used deodorant. The female staff didn't speak English but were very friendly, and at night they replaced the male staff who spoke English. If you have any questions, you can ask the staff. They were very kind.

Hotel Marlyn is a fantastic choice in Tbilisi, clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully run. The rooms are spotless and well-maintained. The breakfast is generous and varied, perfect before heading out to explore. The building has a lift and the 24-hour front desk. I especially appreciated the airport shuttle service—just 60 GEL, punctual and friendly, making arrival and departure stress-free.
All the staff are friendly. The hotel is very centrally located, so you can go everywhere, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. I definitely recommend staying here during your Tbilisi holiday.
We were a family of three adults. We had booked a family room. The room was spacious. Beds were comfortable. Had daily housekeeping. So overall we had a good stay. Breakfast was an amazing spread. Pros: great staff, very welcoming and nice. Clean good looking rooms. Great location!!! Cons: toilet seat was very uncomfortable, as if it’s broken. It was a struggle to sit on it. Also we didn’t have water for 1/2 hours in the afternoon, as the staff said they were doing some repair in the garden. AC also didn’t work in our room
The location is perfect, especially for those who love to explore the area after a day tour. Everything is close by—stores, bars, and restaurants are all within easy reach. The staff are very friendly, particularly those in the cafeteria. The food is good as well; however, a small suggestion would be to rotate the menu every two or three days to add some variety. I traveled alone.. I could use the terrace and there was a window sofa on the terrace window, so it was romantic.. The large tile bathroom was also clean.. My spouse and I spent a total of five nights at the Graf Hotel in November 2025. We had previously stayed at another hotel in Tbilisi’s Old City which we found very noisy. The Graf Hotel was a wonderful contrast. Despite being just a couple minutes on foot to Liberty Square, with many restaurants and shops even closer, the hotel is on a side-street and very quiet. The rooms are well appointed and attractive...
We received a beautiful, clean, and pleasantly scented room. It had modern décor and lovely colors, and it was located in the heart of Tbilisi. The breakfast was diverse and excellent. The hotel staff’s service was also very good and they were very friendly.
I had a pleasant stay at Graf Hotel. The staff were polite, helpful, and spoke good English, and they handled all my minor requests without any issues. A very nice hotel. The location is excellent and yet at the quiet and comfortable. The hotel staff are very kind and helpful, and we had many pleasant conversations with them. Breakfast is nice and completely satisfying. For those looking for a central, affordable, and clean place, this is a good choice.
Centrally located, this is a very nice hotel for staying in Tbilisi. Our room was always clean and big enough, there was air conditioning and tea/coffee every day. Pleasant hotel with good staff and affordable. Easy to access public transport
This hotel might seem unassuming at first glance, but it's genuinely a great choice if you're traveling alone for business or leisure. 1. The hotel rules did not provide drinking water, forcing guests to drink tap water; 2. There were many black ants in washroom. Bad service, unfriendly to guests. It was a bad experience.
Great, stayed in the middle of the mountains, the environment was quite good, and the air was fresh. I went for a run in the morning.
The view was amazing, the breakfast was homemade, and the room was clean and spacious! I'd love to stay here again if I have the chance to visit Tbilisi! The sunrise from the balcony was especially beautiful.
The guesthouse owner was a bit aloof, but that seems to be the typical Georgian style. His English wasn't great either, so I needed to use a translator to speak Russian. The place is on a hillside, so if you have heavy luggage or don't want to take taxis all the time, consider whether you can handle the steep ups and downs. Nice and quiet, close to the Old Town, good breakfast!
Aside from the uphill climb, there's nothing wrong with it; consider it exercise. Breakfast isn't very varied, and it's essentially a buffet, but you need to get up early to eat. If there aren't many guests, the quantity prepared is limited, and if you arrive late, there won't be many options left (breakfast is served from 8-10 am).

Hotel well located Lovely terrace overlooking a pretty church Our room was very small Coffee, water, and wine available
The accommodation is in the heart of the city, making it convenient to get around. We got a room with a balcony, which was amazing. There's a really popular bar next to the accommodation, perfect for people-watching. The room had all the necessary amenities. The breakfast buffet was plentiful. The price is very cheap if you book a non-refundable room.
The hotel was okay. My room, advertised as having a balcony, didn't actually have one; instead, the courtyard served as my balcony. The room bordered the courtyard, so it was very noisy when partygoers came into the hotel at night. It was fine for two nights. The breakfast was also quite good.
The breakfast was fantastic! There was a wide variety of dishes, and everything was delicious. However, the service started quite late, and initially, only bread, dairy products, and boiled eggs were available. This might not be ideal for guests who wish to start their sightseeing early.
Average hotel. Very good location. Right next to the hotel there is a night club and it is very noisy. Breakfasts are bad and very meager - omelet with pieces of sausage (if you have time). Pasta - all this should be hot. And in small bowls chopped tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers. There is a bowl with cottage cheese and sour cream. And bowls so you understand not for each guest, but for all those having...

This place provides affordable access to all parts of the city with its perfect location. It also allows you to experience the authentic architecture and organic living circumstances in the city.
Hotel is noisy because of constant traffic day and night. Curtains are thin and don't block morning light. The place is being renovated which spoils any atmosphere it might have otherwise had due to work materials in the common areas. Much better options in the area.
