Makmani Boutique Hotel by Dnt Group, Tbilisi1 / 15

Tbilisi, 12 Mikheil Lermontovi Street (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
This hotel was perfectly placed for our visit. We could easily walk to the metro, many eateries were close by, it was safe and easy to walk or ride from Liberty Square. The breakfasts were excellent. The staff was young and very courteous. Service was good, our room was cleaned daily, the elevator worked well and we had everything we needed.
Wonderful staff at the reception. Very professional, they communicate in English, very helpful , and go out of their way to make one feel at home. Two of them we came across was George and Nana…both were amazing. Housekeeping staff wonderful…our rooms were immaculately clean. Breakfast at the coffee shop was good. Gigi & Nika were exceptional. All staff we came across are a great asset to Makmani...
This is my second time staying at the hotel, and I cannot recommend it enough. The location is perfect for exploring the city and makes it very walkable to everywhere you’d like to go. The staff is very kind and accommodating. They will ensure that all of your needs are met. The breakfast has so many options and is always delicious. The restaurant on the property is also very nice and if you don’t...
Central location, basic accommodation but clean and had everything you need. Although the breakfast buffet was basic, the food was fresh and the staff happily prepared additional items for you such as porridge and avocado and egg on toast. The restaurant food was good. There was an outdoor terrace where we ate both breakfast and our evening meal. Whilst the waiting staff were attentive, the two...
It was truly one of the most amazing hotels I’ve ever been better are really comfortable clean room very nice and generous stuff good location, and beautifully furnished hotel also really enjoyed the restaurant as well highly recommend visiting ❤️❤️❤️
Very well-located hotel in the old town. It is located a five minute walk from Freedom Square and ten minutes from the Peace Bridge. The breakfast was excellent; there was a wide choice at the buffet and you could also order hot dishes such as omelette and shakshuka. We were allowed a late check-out due to our evening flight.

One of the best hotels near Tbilisi airports, a pleasant restaurant, a good and comfortable room. The breakfast is a bit moderate
Good , value for money. Gym are sauna are an extra charge but not up to standard. Enjoyed the food.
I had a great experience at this hotel. Their service is very good, the rooms are nice, and the staff is extremely cooperative. I would definitely recommend staying here Specially thanks to miss Nino and Natali
Staff is very friendly, and accommodating. The room was clean. The breakfast Buffett was filling and had good varieties. The hotel is very close to the airport. There was no pool or sauna, but most of the staff were smiling and professional especially Nino, she is a charm.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and friendly, which made us feel right at home. Everything was well-organised and comfortable. We truly enjoyed our experience and would definitely recommend this place to others.
We stayed at the hotel from 2025-05-14 to 2025-05-17, the view from the room is beautiful, the beds are comfortable, the breakfast is plentiful and delicious, there is a large selection :) It's far from the city, but there is a shop in front :)

I really liked the hotel, the location is excellent. The room had a terrace and was quite spacious.
all fine - great location , great room , great staff
Good location in Tbilisi old town. Our Junior Room was quite spacious & comfortable. My only issue is that the hotel chooses not to provide cups or mugs for tea and coffee. Instead there were 2 paper cups. This is not what I expect from any good hotel
Rooms have a pretty nice style. Modern, new, very clean. Location is perfect, but due to a major street it’s very noisy.

Great customer service. Good rooms. Very clean. Pillows need to be upgraded as they are too hard to sleep on,and breakfast needs to be improved for the quality of food and temperature… Otherwise all good including location.
The hotel is good and the area is beautiful, quiet, and peaceful. The staff are very kind friendly and helpful especially mr zoura who was exceptionally nice and professional.. However the only downside was the breakfast. It didn’t meet our expectations and lacked variety with an overly asian selection that made it hard to find suitable options.. Also the photos on the website are quite misleading...
We spent only one night at Grand Palace Hotel, but the hospitality left a lasting impression. The breakfast buffet offered a nice variety, and the staff went above and beyond to help us celebrate a friend’s birthday by arranging a cake. The team at the reception was exceptionally kind and welcoming. A short stay, but a very memorable one.
When we got to the hotel, they told us the hotel was full so they had to move us to another hotel and it took two hours, and I am not happy about it. The breakfast on the other Hotel was not as good as grand Palace to PC.
Staff very friendly and professional...go out of their way to make your experience a good one.
What I can say this is great! To be in Tbilisi and not to be here is missing your opportunity to have comfort Clean, comfortable just the best Also people here were so hospitable, tried to help me every time It’s also the best Hotel in Tbilisi For Remote work!

Hotel location is good and room size is average , just that i will suggest to not take breakfast because they have very limited options
The room is clean and as advertised. The staffs are very good. However, there is little parking space, so it is not suitable for parking your car.
We took the room with terrace & it had a wonderful view of the old city. Amazing location. Property was clean. Breakfast was fresh but options were few. Amenities & services were okay.
Brickis Hotel is amazing for budget travel! Its location in Tbilisi is unbeatable. My family room had a HUGE terrace with an incredible view! ☀️ It's a 4-minute walk from European Square and 6 minutes from Old Tbilisi & Peace Bridge. There is no room measuring 54 m². I paid the price for a room with a king bed and a sofa bed measuring 54 m², which was 290 gel, and I received a standard room measuring 27 m² with a king bed, which was 130 gel.
Nice one , people are friendly and helpful, they gave us 1and half extra late checkout
The room was nice, facing the street but with good soundproofing, not noisy. There was a parking lot with easy access, a rich breakfast, and outdoor balcony seating with a beautiful view overlooking Tbilisi. However, it was located in the downtown area, so there was a bit of traffic jam when entering and leaving.
The location is excellent. Centrally located but quiet. Everything you need is provided (shampoo, soap, conditioner, etc., including robes and slippers, as well as a special mat for getting out of the shower). There's parking available, and the metro is about 10 minutes away. Room 409 is very noisy from the street, with cars driving around at night with their mufflers blaring. Parking at the hotel, although not large. Varied buffet breakfast, starting at 8 a.m. Clean facilities and spacious rooms.
The hotel itself is very decent, with a good breakfast, excellent service, but I had an unpleasant situation with the cleaning of the room. Tankh you for all, it was perfect and nice place.
I booked five rooms for two days, starting August 9th, but only four were available. The hotel claimed it was Trip.com's mistake and denied responsibility. Pleasant hotel! Located in a quiet spot, not far from the city center. Excellent breakfasts. We had a car, and there's a small parking lot available.
The hotel is sort of boutique but generally careless service and no smiles from the staff remembers starting from front desk ending with cafeteria personnel. This is very nice hotel in a heart of town near Andza tower and funicular, place is superb, tho not being able to order food from restraunt was a minus and spa was abit overpriced, still breakfast on top of hotel was nice, superb view. Rooms are clean but need abit renovation.
Amazing hotel with amazing staff, especially George & Nic, both are extremely chill and helpful... and the best part, the morning breakfast... when we came we saw review that the food was not the best, and it made us a bit hesitant, but, when we tried the breakfast, it was amazing and we were hooked. I'm glad we made the decision to stay here
Got a tiny room in what seemed like the basement, it’s uphill and quite a bit of a walk from freedom square. Very few vegetarian options for breakfast, the in house spa is expensive, the only reason I rated the service as three stars because they offered assistance early morning when I wanted to take a cold medication. Stayed here in Spring 2024.
We came all the way from Lebanon to get married in Georgia. Adamo Hotel was our first choice, amazing place, very clean rooms, breakfast was great. Staff were very helpful especially on the wedding day with all the photographers🩵 Our family also stayed in this hotel. Very recommended

I can't imagine getting to this hotel without a car; it's located very high up the mountain. We had our own car, and the streets are very narrow, everything is blocked by cars, it's very difficult to drive up the steep hill, and finding a parking spot is practically impossible. Although the facilities are those of a budget hotel, it offers good value for money. The included breakfast was plentiful
Although the hotel is located in a small alley, it's incredibly convenient. It's only a 20-minute walk to Trinity Cathedral (you'll need to climb a hill, which is perfect for a post-breakfast workout). When is a standard room not a standard room? This hotel has many floors, most rooms are classed as standard, but there is no comparison between a standard ground floor room (some are below ground level and have limited natural light) and upper floor rooms. I booked two nights in a Suite at Sandali Metekhi through Trip.com because I specifically needed a room with a bathtub. After arriving (following a 5-hour drive), the hotel initially confirmed my check-in -- but then I was informed that I could stay in the suite for only one night. For the second night, I would be downgraded to a much simpler, smaller room without a bathtub, which was not what I booked...

It's very good. The boss is very polite and friendly to Chinese people, and the waiter is also very professional and polite. He said that he can give a discount next time he goes there. When you go, you can tell the boss that it was introduced by a Chinese friend Lance, and he will give you a discount.
