Not so easy to reach to the reception, you will need to physically go to them to report something.
As for location, it was quite convenient. You could reach the U-Bahn and bus stops in five minutes, a shopping center in ten, and the city center in about twenty minutes.
Overall, I'd say it was pretty good value for money.
Room: Quite spacious, with an induction cooker, towels, and a 2-in-1 shampoo/body wash. No slippers, toothpaste, or toothbrushes (you need to bring your own).
Environment: Quiet, good air quality, but it tends to rain easily.
Service: Although there was a language barrier, they were polite.
Other: I recommend checking in online in advance. Doing the paperwork on-site is quite troublesome, as you have to fill out a lot of information like your passport details, address, and personal info.
