A room with a terrace only makes sense if you plan to sunbathe — there’s just one lounge chair. Smoking is not allowed, and to enjoy the view, you have to stand at the edge — once you sit, the view disappears. If the view is important to you, it’s better to choose a river-facing room. Good location ,Good Room , But there is a loud noise at night. Because the walls of the room are not soundproof, it can be heard from the next room.

Before checking out, I stopped by the bar and received exceptional service from Alvselino the bartender. His positive attitude and attention to detail made my morning feel relaxed and appreciated. A wonderful final touch to my stay.

The breakfast at the hotel was very good, with a nice variety of tasty options. The staff were excellent — especially the very friendly man named Anselmo, who made us feel truly welcome. The atmosphere was also very child-friendly, which made breakfast relaxed and enjoyable for the whole family. Overall, a great start to the day.

Location was a little farther than anticipated. It is central but it's a bit of a walk to the train station and nearest metro, especially if you have luggage. Like others said, it is right next to the red light district so definitely avoid walking in that direction at night time. Otherwise the rooms are clean and spacious. Great location from Airport, 5 minutes in taxi from Airport. But you need to pay Deposit when you check in.

Everything was prefect, just when you arrive by car for a car left room, do out hesitate to park your car in the minute parking in the front of the hotel gate to make your check in, don’t park your car in the parking behind the hotel, once you cross the barrier, you have to pay 3,9€

Just one stop away from the main train station, this Mercure is a bit older compared to others. It's decent, nothing outstanding but no major flaws either. The soundproofing in the rooms isn't great; it can be a bit noisy.

Busy hotel .. everything nearby Supermarket , attractive point , transportation all in walking distance. But there is only one bottle of sparkling water for one stay. Breakfast expensive. Overall value for money.

Stayed overnight to attend a concert at ZAG Arena, which is literally 200m away. Fantastic front desk staff and bar/restaurant staff. Food was absolutely delicious. Great stay!

Just a five-minute walk from the train station, which is super convenient if you're catching a train. There are also plenty of cafes nearby for breakfast, so you don't really need to opt for the hotel's breakfast. Plus, they give you two free bottles of mineral water when you check in.

Great NH hotel. Fantastic location, perfect view and an excellent wellness spa/sauna area. Car parking was extremely convenient. Cocktails at the bar were lovely. We skipped breakfast here, but the bakery right out the front door was perfect for a quick bite.

Warning ⚠️ It's a terrible experience to stay this hotel. My wallet got stolen in the room on the 2nd day of my stay. The receptionist did not help much because they said only the manager has the access to the cctv footage but their manager is not working on Saturday and Sunday. The facilities were complete, and the stay was quite comfortable. The room size was just right, and the soundproofing was surprisingly good. Clean hotel, nothing to complain about. Unfortunately, I didn't find the breakfast very appealing. Cheese-topped rolls are placed together in a container. There's a spoon in the Nutella, but that could be done differently 😉

The first stay was a good experience, so I decided to stay here the second time I came to Frankfurt. This time the room was more spacious than the last time. The hotel is next to the Main River. It was a good hotel but with diner it is difficult. After 8 or 9 pm you cannot order anything at the hotel self. But they allow takeaway or delivery from another restaurant.
