Lots of amenities in a senior adult hotel. Although the breakfast buffet was good, the overpriced dinner buffet with watery frozen vegetables and few options was a real disappointment. Not to mention the buffet was picked over within the hour We walked to town for the remainder of our dinners. Otherwise a very pleasant stay.

Lovely hotel with great service and beautiful rooms. We arrived early and did not expect to check in, but just wanted to park the car. Very nice. Loved the spa. Excellent breakfast. Short walk to city center Only negative was receptionist at check-in did not adquately explain that we could unload luggage at front. We ended driving car parking area in back and manually wheeling it uphill to parking entrance. Otherwise, would highly recommend.

The room overlooks a green urban area, and is within walking distance of museums, the Rhine River, and Königssee. The location is excellent, and the room is a comfortable size. The hotel reception staff were very welcoming and friendly; it was a wonderful experience. The breakfast was decent, and the restaurant's dinner was simple yet delicious.

Clean, has a fridge but had some issues with the heating. Close to local shops and restaurants and quiet at night to go and sleep.

Located right in front of the station, with a BvB shop very close by. The room had an electric kettle, was clean, and comfortable to stay in. The front desk staff were also very kind.

The hotel is right in front of the train station, pretty easy to find. The breakfast has a wide variety of food, very attentive personnel, and spotless facilities.

Location: About a fifteen-minute walk from the train station, on the edge of the old town. It's roughly a fifteen-minute walk to the castle as well. Convenient for getting around, shopping, and dining. Room: The hygiene was decent, and the facilities were up to standard. Service: The front desk staff had a very poor attitude.

Excellent value for money . The staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast super and room very clean . Just be aware of the red light district two minutes away if you turn right out of the hotel.

Clean modern room. Great price. Not a far walk from old town. Only catch is that if you turn right out of the entrance, it puts you in the red light district! Lol. Turn left and it’s all good. Only other thing was that at night the heat would not turn up. Unusual for an American hotel chain. I kept the iron on!

Perfect location, clean and good food

Good convenient location, basically across the street from the St Pauli Ubahn station. The breakfast buffet which was included in my room rate was a nice plus, with very decent spread of hot and cold food selections. My only complaint is that they only cleaned my room twice during my 6 night stay.

Not so helpful staff. I visited the hotel during Reeperbahn Festival so I guess it was a bit stressful conditions. But anyway - not welcoming, quite inattentive and a bit bored. Rooms - very average.

The room itself is fine, clean, quiet and spacious. While the front desk staff could be much more nicer, indifferent.

Excellent in all aspects except for the horrendous music they play all day long in the lobby. It is incredibly bad...like the proverbial "elevator music" but piped into the lobby. Other than that the staff were lovely, really friendly and efficient. Breakfast excellent too. I really like this hotel...my wife thought so too.

One of the best hotels I stayed in Hamburg. Space rooms, clean, great location, quiet place to rest and my dog was in heaven. Breakfast was good and it is opened long every day. Check out later than many other places. Bar has good atmosphere and very helpful stuff. I think about going there this summer and I will definitely check the prices in other to stay there again.

I had a great stay! The room was spotless and the bed was comfortable. While there was some minor wear and tear on the bedframe and flooring (as shown in my photos), it didn't take away from the experience. The breakfast was delicious, and the location couldn't have been better. I would definitely stay here again!

the hotel is near a train station and the amenities and building is very modern. the place is clean and spacious with the necessary amenities all provided. the concierge even gave us free breakfast and all in all, very value for money!! will definitely be back to stay if i’m in frankfurt

The best part of the hotel was its location - super central and reachable to all the locations of the city. The room was spacious and tidy for the most part. The bed and air conditioning could've been better but I wouldn't worry too much about it.

Locations are good , near to the city but quiet enough for stay. However, the room services are not well up to std. Didn't refill water and teabag for one day , the other day no make up room at all. However one of the receptionist was very helpful to help, and problems at least solved.

The room was incredibly clean, and it even had a bathtub. But the best part was the breakfast – a fantastic spread, very clean, and top-notch service. It was perfect for a first-time visitor to Germany like me, wanting to experience local specialties.

It was a pretty good stay. Having a supermarket right next door was really convenient, and being next to the pedestrian shopping street was great for shopping. Plus, Cologne Cathedral is less than a ten-minute walk away.

The hotel location is a bit tricky. I thought it would be inconvenient to use without a car. I booked a large room because of the baby, but it was very spacious. I booked this hotel for my family trip to Dresden. It was far from the center of Dresden, so it would be difficult to get there by bus. If you have a car, it's cheap, clean, and recommended.

The hotel is very clean and the staff super friendly. The twin beds on the other hand is pretty narrow and my son actually fell off a couple of times during the night waking me up in a fright lol.

Very relaxing place. Close to Dresden, too. The bus takes 15min and leaves every 10min. They have a gym, wonderful breakfasts, and you can bring your dog (10euro surcharge). If you are lucky, you can get a room facing Dresden and watch lovely city lights at night

I stayed overnight during a job fair at this hotel. The structure is in a neighboring area, very quiet, every day in about 15 minutes by car I was at the fair and in 20 I was in the centre, I never found traffic, so very convenient for those exhibiting or visiting the exhibition centre. Good hotel with friendly staff, perfect for a stopover during a long trip. Room is clean. Too bad there’s no complimentary bottled water in the room. Maybe because they provide free refreshment at the lobby (bottled water, chocolate, fruit (banana/apple). It’s available after lunch. The location is also very convenient.

Don’t know why they gave me a room for wheelchair user which I obviously am not and therefore the facilities are not ergonomic for me at all. Hotel staff called me after 10pm on my first night to ask me to go downstairs to sign a document is bizarre as it was already my bedtime. The hair dryer in the bathroom is completely useless. Breakfast has limited selection and the same food is served every morning

From the central station, it is about 3 stops, and there’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel, and there’s first bus operated at 4.45am. The famous cathedral church is about 15 mins walk and there’s a convenience stall along the journey. The room is huge, and the breakfast is nice. Overall it worth every penny you spend. Highly recommended.

The location is excellent. The room is large and well-equipped. The only drawback is that the sound insulation is not very good. I was woken up by the sound of the door closing next door in the morning and the floor felt a little shaken.

On the whole zero complaints about the hotel itself. The complex is gigantic and much larger than expected, and as such, made finding reception quite difficult. The ‘front’ of the hotel is actually on the other side of the building than you’d expect - I.E. from the local tram stop, the entrance is on the opposite side than the one facing you. However, I’m unsure if we’ve arrived in an ‘offseason’...

The room was quite nice. The complex is huge, but the restaurant sells the ice cubes (???), guess is not part of the hotel. It is a lit bit far from the city, but the quality of the room and toilet was great. And comfy beds as well. AC working perfectly as was quite hot weather. Staff was professional and polite. It’s big hotel but unfortunately they don’t have enough Iron and stand to press clothes. I waited for 3 hours and I was unable to get the Iron. Location is very good. I didn’t experience the food.

Good stay. Though the staff (a woman) at the reception told me to “take a step back” when i approached the counter to check-out and i was a little bit in a hurry because i was late to leave to the airport and the uber taxi was waiting outside.
