The Ringberghotel high above Suhl is an impressive building, worth a visit just for its open location! Panoramic views, clean and functional rooms. The food tasted great, the service was friendly and polite. Despite the Corona requirements, the guest feels comfortable and is happy to return!

As I just visited a concert in this hotel I can`t rate the rooms (if guestrooms are meant). But everything I have seen and experienced in this hotel was absolute high class. Stayed three nights. The room was comfortable and clean, but a few issues affected the experience: the shower drain was blocked, the air conditioning wasn’t working properly, and there were loud repairs happening right next to my room between 9–10 am which is quite early. Excellent location, nice rooms and gorgeous interior. We got a spacious, newly renovated room facing the lobby, which worked well as it was pretty quiet. We each got a queen sized bed and they were very comfortable. Excellent breakfast and service. The only downside was the parking, it was €30 euros each night. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the train station, making transportation very convenient. However, when I stayed in winter, the heating in the room was insufficient, and the air conditioning wasn't effective, so it got quite cold. It's very close to the airport. From the departure level of Stuttgart Airport, you can see the P6 parking garage in the distance. Then cross the skybridge and walk straight for 5-10 minutes. We have stayed here five times recently, every stay was great, good breakfast, friendly staff, great pool and spa, not many Mountain View’s ( due to weather) usually fantastic views though. This hotel always has a lovely atmosphere. We had a problem with streaming service in our room, someone came to look at it, but it wasn’t repaired by time we left. We only had world news to watch in evening.

We thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay, especially the guided hikes provided through the hotel with Hermann. Hermann was a delightful and knowledgeable guide. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, there was a problem with our room because the drain did not work. I don’t understand how a hotel like this can allow such an issue, especially considering the high price. Breakfast was fine.

The Flag West M. has a modern boutique hotel vibe that's quite distinct from even some of the other The Flag branches which might feel more like serviced apartments. Excellent location, comfy rooms with good sound proof, good breakfast offerings that starts also quite early, perfect for business trips.

The rooms are nice and well equipped. If you are close to the rooftop terrace, you cannot sleep with the window open because it's too loud. (That's your problem, service is limited in this area.) The sliding doors do not close completely, hence offer no privay. You can still get a glimpse, and sounds (and smells ;)) ... You know. It was okay, but I wouldn't recommend it or stay there again.

The room was very clean and white, with a pleasant air conditioning temperature. The bathroom was spacious, and the breakfast was very satisfying. The variety was very complete, including hot dishes and omelets. The parking lot was very safe. There was no kettle or complimentary water, so you had to prepare your own.
