Very enjoyable stay. I came with three kids and they had plenty of space to play in the bench corner. Right next to the reception is the children's play corner, which was good to kill time while waiting in the lobby. Well-located, close to the train station, 7 minutes to the U-Bahn. Clean and cozy. The shower in the room, behind a glass door, is quite noteworthy – it could be awkward if you're not a couple, but for me, it was more amusing than embarrassing. The only real negative is the distance from the airport and the expensive cab ride. Also getting to the centre of the city from the hotel is far away. Also no overnight laundry service is a nuisance. It is summer now in Frankfurt and it's hot and humid. I checked in the rooms and found out that the air conditioning is not working well and it's not cool in the room. They gave me a stand fan in the room as an alternative. But it's still not cool in the room even with the fan blowing. Everything is great – it even has a small gym and two dry saunas. It's a 10-minute walk from the main train station... and you have to walk through a lively neighborhood. Yes, there are investments to be made into the rooms. Especially the bathrooms. The carpets and curtains are even horrendous at times. this hotel does not have AC so summer nights are hot and sensitive people can't sleep. our room faced the inside area where many birds are constantly active - so it's loud. and because we had to open the window due to heat, we could not sleep due to the noise. breakfast was ok, but not special. very large hotel and very busy
