Had a lovely stay. We were initially given a single room (instead of double) and were then upgraded to the suite. It was amazing, sad we only stood 1 night.

Everything was great as always. I'm always happy to come.

New facility recently purchased by Leonardo. Up on a hill above the center of town where all the attractions are. Downhill to town but uphill going back to the hotel. But the area seems safe.

The hotel was indeed under renovation. When I went there, they were still working on the ceiling in the lobby. The elevator was a bit shaky, I don’t know if it was because it was also under renovation. The room space was okay, a little cramped for two people. There was a smell because of the new renovation, but it was fine to let it out after opening the window for half a day.

This was a great hotel. They allowed you to choose the frequency of room cleaning which was nice! Would have liked a recycle container in the room. Only a coffee pod machine in the room, which isn't ideal for tea (and leaks when you use it for tea), so a kettle would be preferred for this tea drinker. Otherwise the room was modern, clean and comfortable! Enjoyed our stay! Staff was excellent...

Location was perfect. Lufthansa Airport Express drops you off directly in front of the hotel at Munich Main Station. Super convenient for your flight schedule. Close enough to city center, but is kind of pricey uber compared to other European cities. Hotel staff and amenities were solid. Will be our go-to hotel anytime we stay in Munich.

My stay at Eden Hotel Wolff was overall smooth and comfortable. I was accommodated here after my DB ICE train was cancelled, and DB arranged this hotel for my onward connection the next day. Excellent experience! Room was extremely central and I was worried about noise but the windows were very effective and there was no noise in the room at all! Staff were very responsive. The only opportunity for improvement was the gym. Adding free weights and another mat and removing one of the cardio machines would make a huge difference.

The hotel is very well located and easy to reach, especially if you arrive by train. The staff stands out for their exceptional friendliness, and the facilities are perfectly adequate. The bathroom is somewhat outdated and not in line with current trends, but this is not a decisive factor.

First, when I checked in, the receptionist didn't welcome us, he asked for the reservation and gave me the room key that was all. The iron place isn't suitable at all in the corridor near the elevator if it is in a room for it or they send it to your room as in other hotels will be more decent. The hotel was perfectly located between the high speed train station and the old city. The rooms and the breakfast met the **** expectations. What irritated me was the broken payments terminal: the card numbers had to introduced by hand. Hence my debet card was refused and I had to solve it for Accor with my credit card.

Freiburg's inhabitants are 1000 farmers and their disinherited descendants plus 100000 exchange students who stay there for six months. Smell of party&weed is all around. Excellent choice for families! Novotel Freiburg is comfortable, clean, and very family-friendly. The room was spacious. The surroundings were also very nice. It was also very close to the University of Göttingen, so you could go to the university town after work. However, the breakfast was quite basic.

Here with a coach tour. It's quaint, door keys, old fashioned charming rooms, but needs updating for the electronics of the modern age. One star deducted as no tea or coffee in the rooms. A big blow to this Brit!

The hotel service is good, the breakfast is good, and it is the quality of a traditional chain hotel.

The facilities are relatively old. The so-called double bed room is two single beds put together. Slippers need to be collected separately at the front desk.

Conveniently located near the U1/U3 subway station. What annoyed me was that one staff member wouldn't let us into the room before 3 p.m., and after a bit of a wait, another staff member approached us, asked our names, and arranged a room for us. After that, everything was fine.

Wonderful stay at Hamburg. The staff were very helpful and friendly and attended to all our needs. They upgraded our room to a beautiful location. They helped us with the parking process and the laundry service. The breakfast options were very good. The only issue was that there was a limited options for dinner from the standard menu.

Service okay, staff friendly, helpful. Location is rather far from centre, there are bus service nearby, not sure where it goes to, I didn't use it. Supermarket is close by; there are restaurants at walking distance, food at the Vietnamese restaurant opposite was not great. Hotel breakfast was great, good variety.

This business trip felt less satisfying than previous ones. Perhaps it was too busy, with too many guests. The water wasn't very hot, and my colleague's room only had cold water. I had the suite room. Comes stocked with one time juice, beer, and soda. Every day you get water and coffee replenished. Sofa bed was comfy as was the double bed. Balcony was relaxing. Ask for a change of towels or room cleaning preferably the night before or when you leave in the morning on your excursion so that your room will be how you want ot when you return to it.

Overall, the hotel was quite good. The location is convenient, making it easy to get around. The hotel was clean, and the service was also very good. I would definitely book again.

It is my pleasure to say that after pandemic the level of service is constantly going up. Reception staff is definitely more experienced and very nice and helpful - this is vey noticeable. I am quite frequently staying in this hotel so I can see the difference. The minibar gets refilled every day (also not a standard in the past). Really really great hotel! Rooms immaculate, stylish and service impeccable. Hotel provides free baggage storage and area to wait on 6th floor including showers and space to get changed after you’ve checked out! Only downside would be that breakfast is on the expensive side however if you are travelling as a family under 15s are free.

The hotel is on the place where you cannot find too many. I mean that you can walk but more than 15 minutes to reach a place where you can see it or maybe you can also visit something. The hotel room didn’t look like four stars hotel and also I will say that doesn’t exceed term of luxury. Anyway, you are lucky that you can take the train 100 m near to the hotel. That's an ok hotel. They had serious issues with the room keys so checking in took forever and the staff had to accompany me twice to the room until they understood that it's really the key that's not working. And I was not the only guest with this problem this evening. I'd definitely hoped for a more professional behavior.

My stay in Am Moosfeld Hotel was amazing, free water upon checkin, free flowing water at the lobby, coffee available all day (at a cost), with indoor swimming pool and sauna available until 11pm. Hotel is about 10-15mins away from the nearest station which is great, and easy to navigate once you got used to it. Staff were very friendly.

This hotel leaves nothing to be desired. More than excellent in my opinion. I can't pick out anything specific to highlight because EVERYTHING was top-notch. Recommendation for the hotel manager: Door closers on the hotel room doors (prevents loud slamming of doors). This is the second time I stayed here. Overall it was good. Great location, easy to find. The hotel hardware is good and meets the requirements of a four-star hotel. Use of the hotel system is not smooth. The rooms are equipped with an electric kettle. And there are tea bags. However, the water provided is gas-filled water. So you cannot directly boil water to drink tea. The water service staff is separate from the cleaning staff. But she provides only one bottle of gas-filled water per room. Stayed here for the night during the weekend after the conference. Hotel is average, with small but clean deluxe rooms, sleed quality was fine, but room was stuffy, so needed some fresh air. Breakfast was also ok, wi-fi speedy.

a very hard bed, low pillow. no coffee machine in the room. and the parking lot was very poorly organized, it took me almost an hour to get in and I had to go and park somewhere else.

Had a great stay here with my family, Staff were friendly, restaurant was lovely also.

Gave us the wrong room type (double instead of twin) and couldn't change it until next day, even though booked 6 months in advance. Cleaners woke us up 5 hours before checkout time on last day which was odd. Otherwise a fine hotel.

Overall, we were satisfied. Unfortunately, the bar was lacking in the evenings. Nevertheless, we would come back.

I was on a business trip, the experience was ok, the service was ok, the charger just fell off in the end, and it was delivered to the airport for free.

The front desk was warm and patient, but the water temperature in the room was very high in the middle of the night on the first day of check-in and could not be used. The problem was solved after helping to change rooms. The facilities are relatively old, and the breakfast is OK.
