Not the greatest hotel in terms of reachability to be honest. Wanted to book something for my mother close to Frankfurt Airport, but still affordable. Should have rather gone for the closer 5* like Steigenberger or so to be honest. I stayed at the Holiday Inn at Frankfurt Airport this time. Its location is right opposite Terminal 1. From my room, I could see the airport out the window. However, it's not convenient to walk there with luggage. You can take the S9 train one stop to Gateway Gardens, and the hotel is straight ahead a short walk from the station. (I have no sense of direction, and the first time I followed Google Maps...

The room was clean, but small. There was an old, sunken bathtub, and I almost slipped while showering. Be careful everyone! Breakfast was on the first floor, and the selection wasn't extensive. The location is just one stop from the airport on the S8/S9, but we took a taxi that day, which cost 12 euros.

The hotel is quite large and spacious. It has a distinct Chinese architectural style, but the staff working there are actually European. The breakfast was good.

Great location nearby to airport. Staff is friendly and helpful. Check in and check out is easy with the self service counter that avoid long queue on peak hours. Breakfast choices on a weekday offers essential selection. Room is fine. First choice for a night layover.

The hotel is well located, not directly in the old town, but in walking distance to all sights of the city. It is in a relatively quiet area with wonderful views of the Dom. The staff is exceptionally friendly and the gym & spa area is clean and worth a visit to relax. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and clean.

The buffet was great in terms of variety and quality. The hotel was a little dirty and the walls are very thin. I could hear my neighbours😅 talking. The bed was a little dirty with yellow stains on the bed frame and sheets. The sauna room was nice and pretty new but it was also a little unkept with dirty towels inside. Overall the hotel has a fantastic location just needs to be cleaned better.

location is great, hotel seems slightly older but totally no issues for me at all. when going for global, premium hotels, you wont go wrong. room is clean and have all we need! most importantly the free mini bar is a nice touch! staff are friendly & welcoming too!

This hotel is super close to Cologne Cathedral and the Cologne Central Station, just about a ten-minute walk, which is incredibly convenient. You can even see Cologne Cathedral from your room! The minibar drinks are complimentary, and the room itself is clean and tidy.

The Dorint Wurzburg is located in a quiet neighborhood just a few minutes from both the railway station and the centre of town. The room met my needs, the bedding was clean and comfortable, and the decor modern. Of particular note was the excellent and extensive breakfast.

The hotel's front desk service was excellent. However, there's construction nearby which made driving a bit difficult for us. Also, the hotel parking is on B2, and it was a bit challenging to maneuver and turn into the spots, especially for slightly larger cars. The room itself was very spacious and clean.

I was a solo traveller and the environment was safe, Shopping centre almost next door, very vibrant,and the train service into the centre was easy and regular. Around 40min by underground to city centre. But, at least close to an underground station. The station is unmanned so you'll have to use the machine to get tickets. The breakfast has many choices in terms of bread and a reasonable selection of hot foods also. The tea was quite good. Although all the food was delicious, it was occasionally hard to tell what in particular the food was called or named...

There is no AC in the room. We had a triable, very noisy, old broken fan. When asked to change it, they said there are no replacements, sad as it was very very hot in the room

The location was great, and it was convenient to store my luggage if I arrived early. I was a bit surprised when they charged a 50 euro deposit at first, but if you don't use the mini-bar, they refund it minus the city tax!

Great place and location. I could walk to most places of interests. Also many train, bus and tram services outside of hotel. The room is big, do is the toilet. But the single bed is very narrow. So worry will fall out of bed if I turn on my side. Good that 3 pillows are provided.

Although the hotel is right next to the MRT station, the soundproofing is excellent! We were even able to switch to a room with a bathtub! For breakfast, there weren't many hot food options, but there was a wide variety of choices overall. The room was quite spacious for European standards. Overall, my stay was very pleasant. One thing to note is that a friend told me this area might require some caution regarding safety, but since I made sure not to go out after dark, I didn't encounter any issues.

Super close to Hbf, walkable distance, and only one subway stop away. The environment is fantastic, and it's really close to the subway station. They offer daily housekeeping and you can ask the front desk for slippers! This place is a hundred years ahead of Munich!

That's an ok hotel. They had serious issues with the room keys so checking in took forever and the staff had to accompany me twice to the room until they understood that it's really the key that's not working. And I was not the only guest with this problem this evening. I'd definitely hoped for a more professional behavior.

It was a delightfully awful experience with the Hilton chain. A gorgeous wrapper (the entrance and the glowing sign) with a rotten candy inside — low ceilings, pitiful room and hallway decor, walls painted sometime around the early 2000s, and carpets that have clearly survived several world events. I only stayed for one night as I was on a road trip. The rooms are great and so was the breakfast buffet. There is a large parking lot across the street from the hotel, which was very convenient. However, the room service menu is tiny and does not specify between appetizers and main courses. Had only one main vegetarian dish.

Reception never heard the saying "the customer is king" when i arrived from the highway i had a suitcase and a laptopcase with tablet and camera equipment with me. Needed a restroom badly and the room was payed in advance already. the would not want to give me the key to go to the bathroom and secure my belongings. air con was broken. Needed to go to the reception twice in order to get a room with a working air con. No help with the move between rooms.

The hotel location is great, just a 5-minute walk from the Hamburg Airport departure level. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. I was charged an extra 25 euros for early check-in (2 hours prior). The front desk staff accidentally charged me for the room twice, but after Ctrip intervened, the duplicate charge was refunded a few days later. Overall, I'm quite satisfied.
