Very clean hotel, convenient and quiet.

Upgraded my room with a view and it was incredible! The sauna, restaurant, receptionists, staff, room and even cleaning staff, everything was great value and experience. I downloaded the app and will try more of their branches all over the world.

This hotel's location is absolutely perfect for catching an early train – it's literally just a few dozen meters from the station! And the price I booked it for was incredibly cheap! I knew IntercityHotel has chains in China, so when I saw it, I booked it without hesitation! Oh, and they even provided two complimentary bottles of water in the room!

Very close to the train station, as soon as you arrive at the station there is a big sign to the right to get to the hotel. Restaurants and bars nearby. We didn’t use their parking but the Contipark in front of the hotel (13€ per 24h with the PCard). The hotel is clean and looks new. I had a great stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Berlin Ku’damm as a solo traveler. The location was perfect — safe, quiet, and close to public transport and shopping areas. Nice hotel, in perfect location, but shower head was a bit rusty. Also Wi-Fi was awful - works 5 min, then doesn’t work 5 min, and these cycles never end, so it is impossible to join teleconference or video call. Staff weren't able to do anything with this problem, proposal to change the number was strange as this behaviour of wi-fi is presented in any part of hotel (lobby, restaurant, ...)

I cannot say a lot about the rooms, I have been in the Maritim proArte for a conference only. But I want to highlight that the food we got in those 2 days was fantastic. A lot of vegetarian options as well. Coffee and a good variety of cake options was served. Vegan milk options were available as well as vegan cakes. Thank you Maritim team!

Had a really satisfying stay! The hotel lobby was just a few minutes walk from the train station, which was great since I didn't have to drag my luggage around for long. I saw reviews mentioning the shower water temperature fluctuating between hot and cold, and I experienced it too. It seems to be a common issue. Everything else was fine.

The room facilities themselves weren't really an issue, but the soundproofing was terrible. I could hear everything from the next room, especially doors opening and closing. To make matters worse, the guests next door were incredibly noisy at night. They'd come back at 3 or 4 AM every day, talking loudly, singing, and banging on the door. I barely got any sleep.
