This hotel's location is absolutely perfect for catching an early train – it's literally just a few dozen meters from the station! And the price I booked it for was incredibly cheap! Had a really satisfying stay! The hotel lobby was just a few minutes walk from the train station, which was great since I didn't have to drag my luggage around for long. The lobby itself was spacious with plenty of tourist guides and spots to relax. The room was clean and comfortable, exactly what you'd expect from a standard large chain hotel.

I cannot say a lot about the rooms, I have been in the Maritim proArte for a conference only. But I want to highlight that the food we got in those 2 days was fantastic. The hotel has a great location in Düsseldorf, close to Japan Street, Königstraße, and the train station. Prices fluctuated a bit; the price dropped the day after I booked it. The location is a little far from the central station, but I used the tram to get there. It's a nice, quiet place with no noise.
