Honestly one of the worse hotel experiences i've had. A spa hotel without the spa, unless you love a freezing spa experience. The staff were not very hospitable either, and the stay was absolutely not worth the money. Book anything else but this

Very disappointing stay. We were initially told we couldn’t use the hotel parking because our car was “too heavy” (it’s a normal car), and that spa booking wasn’t possible. Later, another staff member gave completely different information - suddenly we could both park and book the spa. Confusing and unprofessional. The spa itself was cold, and the sauna never heated up. Definitely not a proper spa experience- avoid this hotel if that’s what you’re looking for. Nothing is included in the price; you pay extra for everything, which is a big downside. The room seemed fine until we found a long-tailed silverfish. Would not recommend.

The staff at Innspire Hotel were so helpful. There was a problem with the reservation but they were able to sort it out efficiently. Our room was shiny clean!
It is an easy walk to the subway.

Upon checkin the receptionist first needed to finish his private call before attending us.
USB socket in the room and TV control was not working.
During breakfast there was no butter. Apparently supermarkets are closed in Munich on Saturday morning??

Mega great hotel, delicious food at a high level ... the staff is just great! We were at a conference in the hotel and I am delighted ... Book the hotel privately ... Excellent service, everything your heart desires. Price and performance are guaranteed here

I stayed at the Innspire Hotel for just under a week and it was fantastic. The rooms were very clean and well equipped. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The food in the hotel restaurant was also excellent, everything freshly prepared and served with love. Kudos to the waiters in the restaurant and thanks to the maitre d' for the great wine recommendation. My conclusion is that when I return to Munich I will return to the Innspire Hotel Best regards

One of the BEST hotels I’ve ever stayed at.

To start their parking is a little cramped, but it’s okay.

The rest is just excellent from the quality of the room to the service of the staff, I think this hotel is underrated by a lot! They have electric blinds. Nice mood setting lighting which emits yellow light that helps with sleep. The restrooms are so nice and almost soundproof to the point where you can just hear the water hitting you and that is all.

The location is a little far out but for the price and quality, you’re getting a good bargain.
