Check in was smooth. One of the employees named Tanvi helped us through the prozess and was very professional. Spoke good germán.

But the power plug didn't work at all, and the service was horrible!
They were so arrogant and unpleasant at the point that the security stuff was crazy
He screamed at some kids and kicked the table in front of everyone which was pretty shameful as a situation.
The food was not that good but at least eatable
The position is horrible, so distant of the centre and dangerous.
The main issue was the windows. They are warped and don’t close properly, so you can hear noise from the street and cold air comes through. The room was really cold, even with the heating set to maximum. I also missed having a locker for personal belongings.
On the positive side, the bed was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was fine.
I was also surprised that breakfast was shown as “included” in my app, but in the morning I had to pay for it separately. This seems to be a translation error.
I was impressed with the kindness of the staff. In particular we were treated very well with the employee who was in charge of the dining area. She was very nice and helpful, and even provided us with lunches to go on the days that we had to leave early. I also like to mention one member of the reception (Ameen - so sorry for not remembering your name correctly). He was also very gentle and handled our needs in a very professional way.
Pretty good break for a hostel. In some hotel you don't have that many options including freshly made pancakes
