Sure Hotel by Best Western Muenchen Hauptbahnhof in Munchen

Convenient location across the street from the train station. Surrounding by restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Two steps got inside the main lobby. Old building renovated average. I booked a three beds room because want more space. It was on 7th floor facing the station side and the tram on the street. Which was under construction right now. This hotel listed elevator. Beware, the elevator only stop at 6th floor. You need to carry the luggage though 2 set of doors, walk 18 steps to reach 7th floor. This hotel was misleading about the elevator, they must disclosure about the top floor/7th floor no elevator available. The front desk said, they are fully booked. She looked into my trip.com booking, I did not have any special request about my room? I told her, hotel and trip.com both website listing elevator. How can I know your hotel will assign a room the elevator can not reach to the 7th floor. My husband legs was not that good, I explained to them. It was hard for people who may have some health issues. She told me, come back tomorrow 12pm to talk to the manager see what they can do. Of course, no one have time for this. I didn't want to wait more time. I asked can someone help to bring thr luggage up to the room at lease. A guy who finally agreed to help to bring them to the room when we check in. Check out you are on you own, good luck. It was very disappointed and inconvenient. The room facing the tram and station under construction it was noisy. Beware, open the windows dust and bug are coming in. No air conditioning in this building.
