Avoid at all cost!!

Worst staff and service ever! Always try to ask for more money.
Tiny room and not clean. Staff claimed that it's a double room but it's a single bed with single blanket and 1 pillow!! Did not response to request change to proper double room (only ask for more money).
Whole hotel + room full of smoke smell. The only window that can be opened for fresh air is facing the balcony that people smoke on.
Shower leaks water into the whole room.
Walls very thin and you can hear everything from outside the door or in another room.
Location in a dodgy zone, very unsafe.

Very Turkish interior. The Crafts seem to be by the owner have been made, however, consistently without Talent (washbasin, towel holder, shower faucets, slate-built-in, door jammed, etc.). The beds and Breakfast were decent. The environment is a little red light tinged, and rather loud. 200 Euro for a double room, also to times of the fair, very sporty overpriced.

terrible service which is really a shame as the rooms were pretty nice and modern. they are doing a lot of renovating which means that it is pretty noisy and unfortunately...they are missing some details. we booked a three bedroom suite and two of the bedrooms had broken windows.. well, windows with no handles. since there was no handle, you could not close the window completely so there was a major draft.. in winter. yea.

i am a touring artist. after a long show, we got back to the frozen suite around 3am. when we told the lady at the desk that the windows were broken AND the heat was now working, she did not want to help us. eventually, she offered us another bedroom with two twin beds. quite a downgrade from what we booked so this was not ideal. i told her that i did not think that was right and she just apologized saying sorry, i can't give you another room. it was 3AM!!! who was going to check in between 3am and 11am?? after going back and forth for a while she tried to offer us her HOT space heater to bring up to our suite. she tried to move it with newspaper since it had been on for a while and it was incredibly hot. I asked her how i was supposed to move that up and down stairs.... she offered no suggestion. finally after some more dialogue she suddenly found another suite that was available.

i would not recommend this place at ALL.

the only thing good about this place was the young lady named Miriam who checked us in. she was sweet and very helpful. the rooms, though the LOOK nice, fail to meet the basic needs of warmth and comfortability.

oh...and wifi only works in the lobby.
