I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Munich Park! The hotel’s location is a bit further from the city center, but it’s beautifully situated next to the English Garden, offering a peaceful and scenic atmosphere that makes it well worth the distance. The surrounding greenery and views from the room were simply stunning – waking up to such a picturesque setting was a highlight of my trip.

What truly stood out, though, was the staff. They were incredibly attentive, welcoming, and went out of their way to make my stay memorable. From check-in to check-out, every interaction felt personalized and genuine.

The facilities were top-notch, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was both elegant and relaxing.

Located near the Central Park this is a great western style luxury hotel. Walking distance to many of the sites we wanted to see. The rooms are nice and roomy. Breakfast in the morning is very good. We upgraded to a key floor and were treated to finger food in the evening. We loved our stay.

Staff were friendly and bilingual. They were very helpful with whatever question we had.

The bedroom was clean but they don’t have a fridge or microwave. Also the A/C didn’t cooldown much the room so I am glad we didn’t visit during summer because I can’t imagine during the heat of the summer.

The location is perfect! Next to the English garden and they also have bikes on site that you can rent.

There are a few restaurants near by that you can walk to. We felt safe walking around but didn’t walk through the park when it was dark.

Their breakfast was so good! They had so many options, pancakes, breakfasts sausage, fruit, hash browns, eggs, pretzels, cheese, bread, orange juice, coffee, water, etc. it was not included it on the room we paid for but they gave us the option to just pay for the day. We paid €30.00 each.

I saw two bus stops near by if you don’t want to walk.

It was quiet clean hotel. Lobby was clean and smell good. They also have some snacks you can buy next to the reception area.

I visited the hotel for two days during a conference and was thoroughly impressed. Although I didn't stay overnight, the daytime experience was exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the service was top-notch. The food was both delicious and offered a great variety. A special mention goes to the kind lady running the small shop at the entrance, who was welcoming and added a personal touch to the overall positive experience.

Very lovely hotel just next to the English Garden. Found everything very comfortable except the A/C. We visited in early August when daily temps were in the mid- to upper 80s F, and the A/C did not cool our room much.

The room had a little frig which we appreciated.

The service was very good and friendly. The gym was ample with lots of weights and weight machines, three treadmills and some stationary bikes. There was a small indoor pool that looked nice but we didn’t use.

The breakfast buffet was expansive and delicious! It was also very expensive (€32) but we treated ourselves since we were on vacation!

Overall, I would recommend this hotel highly.

The location is really good, beautiful park near by with atmospheric outdoor food and drink place to hangout.
The hotel it self seems a little bit outdated. The rooms are decent size. We had a room overlooking the river and park. It was ok for a short stay, but the smoking area below our balcony caused the smell of the smoke coming inside the room.
The other a bit frustrating issue was the key room. Each time we needed to use it, it didn’t work. One of us had to go to the reception to had it reset it.
We really enjoyed the breakfast. Good selection of cold food, like smoked salmon, meats, cheese, fresh food and yogurts. Pastries and bakery produce was plenty. Good selection of hot food too.
For anyone fancying to start the day with a glass of bubbly, that was an option too.
The restaurant faces the park and the river, so it’s nice and quiet.
We would definitely stay again.

So we have this hotel. It is not new. The staff is amazing. But there are some issues.
1. The key. You can't have keys that don't work with all eligible elevators. Guests have to manipulate the elevators to get the right ones that will (most likely) take you to your destination floor
2. The executive lounge; it's above capacity both nights - not enough seating, back filling of food & beverages is not up to speed with demand.
3. The spa is a joke - we reserve our spot to ensure that it's not overloaded, and we get a specially programmed key. The issue is that the normal keys work, so our "slot" was super-crowded. For being Germany, however, the sauna isn't bad at all. The pool is too small for a premise like this. The steam sauna is ok, but at least to me a bit smelly

The rooms are adequate. Not new but still somehow pleasant

The breakfast is totally fine, with a few skews to accommodate for some culturally specific desires.

Concierge services seem to be limited to daytime service but when present, they're really helpful

All this said, the staff is really attentive and otherwise service-minded, no complaints regarding the attitude.

Apart from the key issue, most are first world problems.

This hotel offers services at a very high level. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. The rooms are huge and nicely decorated, although you can tell that the hotel has been around for a while. Sometimes the balcony doors are difficult to open, but the view of the entire Munich skyline from the balcony makes up for these minor inconveniences. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a stay in Munich.
