Professional and accommodating staff. Clean and well equipped room, with all the basic amenities. Air condition was quite loud and made it a bit hard to fall asleep.

Very good location. The public transportation are directly in front of the hotel. The rooms are large and quite, very good noise cancellation.
The fitness room is really nice and we were lucky to have a room at the 7th floor with a nice view. Also pricewise I find it fair.

Through my use in the field, I have a lot of nights in a number of Hotels in the star wood chain spent. The Sheraton at the Heimeranplatz largely met the expectations I have of a Hotel of this category. Especially the Lounge for platinum guests is much more attractive than the Lounge at the Sheraton Arabella Park.

A drawback of the optical External condition of the building. It seems easy to get on in years and doesn't fit the city's image. A few times I had made bad experience with the staff. On arrival in the night, I showed up already times 15 minutes to wait until someone at the reception (certainly only in single cases).

Was the Seminar at the Hotel and was horrified by the food!
Small fish Quad you get as appetizers in the mouth were plugged in rate full of bones.
Not only was I extremely angry. For lunch, the deer was delicious-sounding food.
He tasted, however, extremely Wild, and the red cabbage was totally overcooked.
The Dessert was ok but looked suspiciously like Metro finished product. But since we are not sure.

Nice room, very well appointed. Located right on Ubahn for easy access. Excellent breakfast. Best pillows EVER. Very comfortable bed. Staff friendly and helpful.
