I booked a single room, but the hotel upgraded me to a triple room. The Wi-Fi reception wasn't very good, and the facilities were a bit dated. However, the room was really spacious, though the bathroom was quite small. It's super close to the train station, which is incredibly convenient.

There were several staff members, ranging from those who seemed German to those who were very kind. I never had a bad experience. The food was delicious and there was a wide variety. I was very satisfied. It was perfect because I only needed a place to stay! It's a little far from the main station, but there's plenty of public transportation, so it wasn't a problem.

I am very disappointed with my stay. After checking in, we discovered that the bed was broken and had to request a room change. However, the new room had a malfunctioning air conditioner and a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom. During breakfast, there were no seats available as the dining area was far too small. This experience was unacceptable.

Really spacious for a single room. The bathroom was a tad small but the living area makes up for it. It even had a workstation so was perfect for remote working, but the WiFi was unreliable so I had to use my hotspot. The room was small. The breakfast was good. It's very close to Munich Main Station, a five-minute walk away. The bed was like a train berth, but fortunately it was soft. I stayed here because I was changing trains.

Great area, very quiet. Very friendly staff. A cute quality hotel to get a nice German feel. However our shower didn’t drain and flooded every time we turned on the faucet and there was hair in there from the previous guests. The side of the bed nearest the window was not swept of food crumbs, indicating a lousy clean job. And the fan they brought us didn’t work.

A 30 minutes or so walk from the old town or 2 underground stops. My room was very small, my friends both had bigger rooms. Clean, tidy, nice Dinning Room but the main thing was the staff, very friendly and helpful.

I was there for two nights and can definitely say that it was worth it. The neighbourhood is beautiful and calm. The room I stayed in was bright, clean and cozy. Hotel staff is so welcoming and friendly. I am really happy to have this experience and definitely recommend it to y‘all.

The staff were friendly and explained everything to me carefully, which made me feel at ease. The TV in my room didn't work, so I wasn't able to watch it even once during my stay. It's in a quiet area, about a 20-minute bus ride from the central station.

As I arrived early in the morning, I went to leave my luggage there and was allowed to check in at 10am. I was also allowed to have breakfast before check-in. It was a very comfortable stay.

If you wish to have a decadent experience in a beautiful setting with a romantic courtyard, this is the place for you!

Unfortunately, the stay was very disappointing. The walls seem to be extremely thin – you could hear every sound from the next room as if it were happening in your own. A restful sleep was virtually impossible. The cleanliness also left much to be desired: hair in the bed – absolutely unacceptable.

There were 12 of us traveling: two adults as chaperones and 10 teenagers aged 14 to 16. We received a very warm and friendly welcome from the staff. The rooms are spotlessly clean. The amenities are also good for the price. Some rooms have a kitchenette. We were all very satisfied. We'd gladly come again!

The hotel added a sofa bed for my son, bringing the total number of single beds to three. Even with the extra bed, the room still felt very spacious. The air conditioning was powerful. The inner garden was beautiful and quiet, which was a big plus. The location is also fantastic, just a few minutes' walk from both the train and metro stations.
