Absolutely loved our stay at Bob W Mitte! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of Berlin, super central, and perfect for exploring the city on foot or by public transport.
The apartment hotel itself was even better than expected. They’ve truly thought of everything! Extremely comfortable beds with high-quality bedding. A fully equipped kitchenette with a small fridge, dishes, utensils — everything you need for a short or long stay! Spotlessly clean and beautifully designed! Smooth and easy self check-in (worked perfectly)
It’s one of those places where you immediately feel at home. Practical, stylish, and incredibly convenient.

Comfortable and convenient base in Mitte, and the digital-first setup works well. Excellent location.
The room description did not match the room. I booked via Booking.com and the photos for the room category did not correspond to the unit I received. Sound insulation was also weak: corridor and nearby-room noise was clearly audible. In addition, the kitchen tap dripped irregularly at night.

Bob W truly turned into a Bob L for me. I stayed here 11 nights and after checkout, without question or clarification, they charged an additional 250 euros to my card because “the room smelled like cigarettes”. We did absolutely ZERO smoking in the room. We did however sleep with the window open for fresh air and it just so happens that right below our window is a smoking area with an ash tray. It is not my fault that you have a smoking area with ashtray right below a window. Opening the window is my right and again, we did not smoke in the room. It is a central neighborhood in berlin snd besides this it was a nice stay, but I expect better common sense and customer service from such an expensive establishment. There was no complaint of smoke smell after my scheduled cleaning 7 days into the trip. Seems like they wanted an easy money grab. Disappointed with the ending here and I wish to speak with supervisors to get this charge refunded.

I highly recommend Bob W Mitte for a professional and comfortable stay in Berlin. The location is unbeatable for mobility and sightseeing. The entire process, especially the digital check-in, was smooth and efficient. The room comfort was superb, and the support staff was always available. The chat service provides exceptionally fast and timely assistance for any needs or questions. As a side note, the proximity to the delightful Yada Yada restaurant adds great value to the stay.

Loved the self service option to the apartment. Having our own facilities meant we could save money and make our own food if we wanted to. The contact by the virtual support was great and we loved using the hire bike option to explore the city. Everything was made easy for us. Rooms were well provided for, Neat and clean and loved the historical details. Location to restaurants, public transport and Berlin landmarks was excellent 👌

Great stay when you need a no frills place for a few days or weeks. Everything taken care of and minor issues were solved perfectly and super fast. Wil stay again next trip

Fantastic location, clean rooms, very modern service and amenities.
Check In / Check out was more or less fully automated, and unlocking the doors via app was also a nice touch. Although it made me a bit nervous as to what I'd do if my phone ran out of batteries before I made it back to the hotel 😂

I had a great stay at The Dude. Really lovely, spacious rooms. Easy self check in and very friendly staff. Highly recommend.
