Well-located, close to the train station, 7 minutes to the U-Bahn. Clean and cozy. The shower in the room, behind a glass door, is quite noteworthy – it could be awkward if you're not a couple, but for me, it was more amusing than embarrassing. Overall, it's good, just a bit pricey, but then again, this is Berlin.

Conveniently located near the station. As it's a new facility, it felt very clean. It was a room for two, but it would have been more comfortable if it were a bit more spacious. It was great that the East Side Gallery was within walking distance, perfect for a stroll. However, I was surprised that the shower room had a glass door, making the inside completely visible from the room.

Experience with staffs was great even when trip somehow made a mistake in my booking. Paid for 2 rooms for 2 night but the hotel can only find booking for 1 room. Had to pay extra for the second room. Hopefully Trip can sort this out and refund me the extra that I paid for

Travelled with my family. The location was fabulous; it is just a short walk from Berlin central train station. You can get anyway of the city via Tram, Bus, and Underground Metro. The hotel practise "Self Service". You got to do self-check-in.

This is a really nice hotel. It is in a great location, across the street from the central railway station. The hotel is within walking distance of the centre of Berlin. There are two restaurants beside the hotel plus you have all the shops in the station. The room in the hotel is very stylish, you will love it 😀.

Property is well located 5 min walk from AlexanderPlatz, and staff well trained and accommodating. My issue was that the room was basic and poorly furnished. Bedding and bathroom towels were poor quality - so 2-3 stars there. OK for an overnight stay when you just need a bed and shower .... I imagine other hotels in thr area have a better price / quality ratio.

I stayed at the property during ITB Berlin, location is perfect with direct train connection to the trade show. Building exterior is a bit outdated, however room amenities and comfy bed is all I needed and met expectations. Good breakfast variety as well.

The hotel location is superb and really worth its value. The staff are also excellent with their services. Few observations for the management: The pillows are too soft and not all travellers like soft pillows. This didn't allow me to enjoy my sleep at all. There should be an option to choose between hard and soft pillows just the way options are given between two beds or large for the queen's room...

First, when I checked in, the receptionist didn't welcome us, he asked for the reservation and gave me the room key that was all. The iron place isn't suitable at all in the corridor near the elevator if it is in a room for it or they send it to your room as in other hotels will be more decent. Great location. Close to main street Kudamm, transport and supermarket is across the road if you need anything. Front desk lady was very friendly and helpful at check in. Spacious, clean room and good wifi (on second floor). Room facing the street is surprisingly quiet at night. Window opens for fresh air. Mini fridge is a plus.

The room is good, the service is OK, but it is a bit busy when there are many people. The location is also convenient. Overall, it is still a place worth staying. It would be better if the price could be cheaper.

It's an unashamedly middle market hotel close to Zoo station. The rooms are clean and have air-conditioning (handy during the recent, 33°C, heatwave). The staff are friendly, it has a bar, and there's plenty of restaurants and shops close by. I'd happily go again next time I'm in Berlin.

It is my pleasure to say that after pandemic the level of service is constantly going up. Reception staff is definitely more experienced and very nice and helpful - this is vey noticeable. I am quite frequently staying in this hotel so I can see the difference. The minibar gets refilled every day (also not a standard in the past). Really really great hotel! Rooms immaculate, stylish and service impeccable. Hotel provides free baggage storage and area to wait on 6th floor including showers and space to get changed after you’ve checked out! Only downside would be that breakfast is on the expensive side however if you are travelling as a family under 15s are free.

The hotel is on the place where you cannot find too many. I mean that you can walk but more than 15 minutes to reach a place where you can see it or maybe you can also visit something. Excellent hotel, kind staff. The only minor points were, when leasing the parking area, a couple of times, the license plate recognition didn't work. And I had to call the front office. Also on sunday, there was no bacon with breakfast, and no dark brown bread 🥲. The other days were perfect.

Just one criticism, which may only apply to certain rooms. There was very little privacy with regard to the bathroom, just clear glass between you and the rest of the room. This was certainly an issue for my teenage children. The toilet could do with a wooden door, again to provide some level of privacy.

Stayed for 2 nights. Great location, walking distance to almost everything. Decent room nothing too special but clean and comfortable. The 2 gentlemen at reception were very nice and helpful (don’t remember the names but the one I believe was Coskun?). Should add that there was no mini fridge in my room which was a surprise.

Aletto hotel is next to the train station so getting to other areas in Berlin is easy. It is very convenient as well to have Starbucks just downstairs for breakfast, so props to that. Excellent breakfast and silent location

The campus hotel is very simple and the bed is basic with only a tiny quilt for a so-called king sized bed. You hear every noise of the neighbors. It is really not a hotel for travelers, just ok for a meeting at FU Berlin. The breakfast is ok. Outside it looks kind of fancy!
