Very simple and simply furnished room, not necessarily in the style of a 4-star hotel, but spacious. The lobby and breakfast options were excellent; there's a pool table, foosball, and board games available.

The location is fantastic, especially if you're here to see the galleries – it's right across the street from the hotel. 'Brotherhood Kiss' (the mural) is just another minute's walk to the east. If you're traveling by train, Berlin Ostbahnhof (East Station) is right next door. It's a standard Hilton chain hotel, so there are no major complaints.

Currently staying at this hotel (4 nights, with 1 more left. The weather has been very hot, 33c 2 days in a row. There is no air conditioning, anywhere in the hotel. Ideal location very close to train station, wifi wouldn’t reach the bedroom though and only worked in the bathroom and we had a member of staff walk into our room without knocking. The location is perfect, just five minutes away from Alexanderplatz and in close proximity to various shopping malls. The rooms are very clean, the staff is friendly and breakfast had many great meal options!

Very small room, no wardrobes, no street view, just an inside patio. they do not respect your choice of one bedding (we selected one big bed, got two instead). No refrigerator or minibar. Breakfast was ok, no ammenities (not even shampoo or gel, just one for both things) Rug was not clean, a disapointing experience overall.

The room is 40 square meters with two TVs and two toilets, one on each side, which is very convenient. The toiletries are incredibly complete, a rare find in European hotels. The bed is also very comfortable, and the sofa bed is a double, big enough for two people.

Really really great hotel! Rooms immaculate, stylish and service impeccable. Hotel provides free baggage storage and area to wait on 6th floor including showers and space to get changed after you’ve checked out! They gave us a room that had hair allover the shower and the bed, all the rooms and hallway are covered in moquette full of spots. At least the managed to give us another room.

The rooms are quite old-fashioned, but you can stay in them for a few days. The bed was good. The breakfast at the hotel was of the usual standard, but the dinner food was quite modest. The drinks service did not work at dinner, we had finished eating our food before the waiter brought the drinks.

Just one criticism, which may only apply to certain rooms. There was very little privacy with regard to the bathroom, just clear glass between you and the rest of the room. This was certainly an issue for my teenage children. The toilet could do with a wooden door, again to provide some level of privacy.

Stayed for 2 nights. Great location, walking distance to almost everything. Decent room nothing too special but clean and comfortable. The service was excellent, with staff being very friendly and helpful. I initially thought I would receive a low to mid-tier service given the price, but it turned out to be one of the best hotel services I've ever experienced. We booked this specific hotel for our dog during the New Year’s Eve, because we thought the area near the airport has banned fireworks. WRONG. Inside the room is quiet, but it was impossible to leave the hotel from 15:00 onwards, due to constant fire crackers blowing up near by. We’ll look for a different hotel next year.
