The location was great. You have access to trams to get to the city center.
It was amazing for me and friends. Room is so big and very nice to stay.
The hotel is located at a not very central place but is at a reasonable price. The rooms are spacious and clean. However, all extra services are a bit costly. The breakfast is at 17 euros and car parking at 14 euros per night! They say they have a bar open with even small foods but at Sunday all was closed and you could only get a beer from a fridge at 4.80 euros the bottle. One bottle of water in...
Overall, it's pretty good. The hotel itself is lovely and has a distinct German feel. The facilities and amenities are all excellent. Very good, nice. The heating and everything else work perfectly too. Really good.
The room was huge!!!!!! I had the top floor and so a fantastic view. Felt very spoiled with that. It is a bit out of the city centre and with a 30 min tram ride you will be in the centre. Really enjoyed the size and having a bathtub. Heater was working perfectly which was definitely needed as it was freezing outside. So aside from being a little far out of the city I wouldn’t complain! Had a good stay
Great stay in Berlin! The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

While the stay was good, it didn't quite meet the standards of a 4-star hotel overall. The staff still has a lot of room for improvement, both in terms of friendliness and dress code. Additionally, the 'breakfast room' is located in the lobby, which, of course, constantly creates a noisy environment with guests checking in/out, waiting for their bus, or simply passing through to their rooms from outside
Amazing hotel, excellent location and suberb breakfast.
A very stylish hotel with an excellent location. The staff were friendly.
Great place to stay for visiting Berlin. There's a tram stop right across the street. The cleaning staff were attentive and friendly. The reception staff were also friendly, but a bit less so, a bit colder. The breakfast was varied and good. There was no hairdryer. I would definitely return.
Hotel is relatively old, it was quiet and is in a great area
This is a clean, small hotel with a good breakfast and decent-sized rooms. Nothing fancy, but it has everything you need. The check-in can be done at any time, which is really convenient. The location is great for getting around, whether you're walking, taking the tram, or using the subway. Recommended.

Brandenburg, Potsdam, Rudolf-Breitscheid-Straße 190 🧭 Map
It was ok property, but they gave me the closest room to the lobby on the ground floor, and it was really noisy, like I could hear every conversation, which was very bothersome.
It was perfectly located for my business trip (at Potsdam University) and the main building seemed fabulous. I was super excited to stay there with all its big glass windows and beautiful river location…unfortunately despite the fact I got a suite, they put me in the boring building with no view across the street (see photos for the two buildings)
Good and comfortable spaces. The breakfast had a good variety of options and good quality. The staff was friendly.
Superb experience
Great service and great location 😃
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are big and comfortable. The coolest part is Spike, the hotel dog. He sits by the reception desk and guests are welcome to greet him
The hotel is a bit old, the breakfast utensils are not very clean, but the staff are quite enthusiastic

On the whole zero complaints about the hotel itself. The complex is gigantic and much larger than expected, and as such, made finding reception quite difficult. The ‘front’ of the hotel is actually on the other side of the building than you’d expect - I.E. from the local tram stop, the entrance is on the opposite side than the one facing you.
However, I’m unsure if we’ve arrived in an ‘offseason’...
The room was quite nice. The complex is huge, but the restaurant sells the ice cubes (???), guess is not part of the hotel. It is a lit bit far from the city, but the quality of the room and toilet was great. And comfy beds as well. AC working perfectly as was quite hot weather. Staff was professional and polite. Toiletries were quite good as well and we manage to have a great stay there.
Nice big rooms, our room had a bath shower, they don’t offer kettles on the room or coffee and teas. No ammenities except shower gel and handwash. Had a nice decent tv and chairs in the room too. Check in and hotel staff seemed like they didn’t care. 15-20mins away from the Berlin central
Rooms are basic but large and clean. Beds comfy. Shame there's no kettle etc. BIt further out than expected but tram stop outside. What let it down was the rudeness of the member of staff we were greeted with. Arrived at midnight 26th April at midnight. Showed hotel voucher. Was told system only had one room for 2 ppl when we have booked 2 rooms for a total of 4. Voucher made this clear. Rather than...
Decent hotel, basic enough but very tidy. The reception staff were very nice , Yanit, if spelt correct looked after us and was great to deal with. A little far out from the centre of Berlin but that’s not a major issue. Shop was very expensive. Worth a visit as decent value for money to stay in.
Stayed here for three nights over St. Patrick's weekend whilst visiting Berlin. Good hotel for the price nothing flash good clean basic single room, comfortable bed. Hotel website shows bars and restaurant but none of these appeared to be open which was slightly disappointing, however did notice the bar open on the Sunday evening, maybe they could post the opening times better. Excellent! Very clean and nice, highly recommend. It was my first time here, and the experience was great. The location is convenient, the service is outstanding, and the breakfast is delicious. It's also very quiet. I'll definitely stay here again next time, especially since it's affordable.
I definitely recommend it..the food is good✌️💌the room is also gorgeous. Parking nearby
The room was nice, big, and clean. The free mini bar was a pleasant surprise. Close to public transport and convenience stores. The restaurant looked tempting but was unfortunately fully booked. It would have been nice to be able to order food up to the room.
Very good room, but the breakfast was the biggest disaster ever. We weren't given any space at first because there were far too few tables for such a large hotel. The staff tried hard, but were clearly overwhelmed by the crowds at the buffet, which is the size of an apartment kitchen. The coffee machine was constantly on strike, the scrambled eggs were always gone. When the day starts like this, you...
I stayed in their top suite (709). A bit disappointing. A little 1980's. A few things that every traveller wants, a comfy bed and this wasnt it. It was hard, no topper, standard hard spring mattress. Something else every traveller wants is a good shower. And yes the bathroom was good and shower had good pressure, but shower floor was slippery. Room came with minibar but nothing in the fridge when i...

This was the first hotel I booked in Berlin. The location was very convenient; a shopping street was just a short walk away, and it had everything you could want. There was even a Vietnamese pho restaurant across the street – it was delicious, and we ate everything! I didn't like bread, so I searched for ages before finally finding a pho restaurant right across the street. The environment was quiet...
The room is large, not a traditional chain hotel style, but very European style. The price is slightly higher, the location is not in the city center, travelers who focus on an experience can try it
The room is great, the service is great, and the surrounding transportation is very convenient. Recommended!
Very old-fashioned hotel. We booked it during the exhibition, more than 300 euros per night, not worth the price. The door locks are all old-fashioned keys, and the hotel door is small and always closed. I don't like it. The only advantage is that the room is big
Conveniently located. Warm and friendly reception staffs. Breakfast was overpriced at 34 Euros for a simple spread.
Very good experience, a hotel that reflects history and culture, great breakfast, good rooms, also recommended for family travel; the hotel location is great, nearby is a shopping street, within walking distance.
In short, it is highly recommended to stay

The hotel Wilmina impressed us with its incredibly friendly and attentive staff, outstanding service, and impeccable cleanliness. The design is exceptionally stylish, creating a unique and relaxing atmosphere throughout the property. The rooftop terrace is a real highlight – perfect for unwinding. We felt completely taken care of and would absolutely come back. Highly recommended!
Warm and lovely staff, incredible architecture
Very unexpected find!
Loved the overall atmosphere, from room to restaurant where we had dinner.
Super helpful and polite staff.
The only minor, the gym. Very very basic.
But the rest is too good to pass on
A beautiful and luxurious hotel in a quiet part of town, but well connected by public transport. The room was clean, spacious and well appointed, with a nice view over a peaceful courtyard. The building (an ex women's' prison) has been sensitively converted, keeping interesting features. The bar was cosy if somewhat dimly lit, didn't use the restaurant but the breakfast was copious and with healthy...
What a treat! The room, the sauna, the lounge area, gym, the bed, the Wilmina bakery next door (and their staff) the loyalty bar….. the pool! (Will definately freshen you up in winter - wonderful). Staff. Almost best of all is the tranquility, the beautiful design and colour scheme. An absolute oasis in the city. My Berlin favourite from now on…
My experience at this hotel was truly memorable. It was a truly wonderful hotel with a quiet space, a special lounge, a great location, and attention to detail in the renovation. To be honest, I was prepared for it to be a renovated prison, but it was a truly wonderful hotel. Very friendly, mid range hotel in an excellent location for easily exploring Berlin. Rooms comfortable and a nice lounge bar adjacent to the restaurant.
The hotel is well maintained and clean. They don't have their own parking, so you have to use the one which is only 50 meters away. The room was clean and modern. Most of the 4 stars hotel have a coffee machine in the room. This one doesn't. The service was excellent and definitely you should try the restaurant.
I have not a single bad word to say about this hotel.
Rooms are perfectly clean, bed was great, every single thing in room was on its place.
One important thing, stuff that is working there is absolutely great, we were enjoyed our staying here and chilling with people working at the bar at the evenings.
Whenever we come again to Berlin we will definetely stay at this hotel again.
Everything was great here. Room was nicely designed and very comfortable, the staff were great - helpful and friendly. I really enjoyed staying here. The only thing I wish was different was the cost of the sauna. It would have been nice if it was included in the stay, or at least less expensive. But 22 Euro per use seemed very high.
I would stay there again - That says it all.
The food in the restaurant was an unexpected pleasure in its quality. Great cocktails after a long day sightseeing.
The room was light and airy, clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful, friendly and pleasant.
A great location just south of Potsdamer Platz so away from the bustle but close enough to walk in or catch the U Bahn but we walked to the centre...
Really liked this hotel. You can catch a lot of trains from this location. Easy access to different parts of the city. The interior is a bit basic so more appropriate for a business traveler but pretty clean. Overall I’m happy with my stay. The staff were always helpful and gave me some great tips.

Cute hotel newly renovated. Beds were very firm but we were only there for a night. Staff was friendly. There is a bowling alley downstairs but expensive at 50 euro per hour.
Perfect place if you want to have a chill time. There is a beautiful forest next to it as well as Wandlitzsee that you can reach by walking or biking.
I really loved the breakfast. It was tasty with high quality food.
Sauna was an amazing experience too.
All was very nice, I stayed for 1 night. Staff was friendly. And the Restoran was nice.
We were there for one night. It was a very nice stay. Everything was clean, and the staff was very friendly.
I stayed at Waldhotel for about 6 nights and was completely satisfied with the friendly staff, the spacious and clean room, the breakfast, the restaurant, and the walks in the nearby forest—all at a very reasonable price. The forest walks were a fantastic bonus, offering a great way to recharge and take a break from daily tasks. A full five stars for the excellent value for money!
Spontaneous one night stay. The booking was easy and fast through Expedia. It was Friday late night, doors were open and few people still in the restaurant/bar. The staff was very obliging. Old east German hotel. Great sauna and gym. Location is close to the lake. Few minutes' walk to public transport.
Huge, clean room. gGeat for a family. Lots of space. High ceilings. Deck. Two TVs. Kitchen. bar seat. Great neighborhood. Very nice Biergarten on property. I highly recommend. It’s a little out of the way of Berlin marathon start and finish line which is why I traveled to Berlin but about a 30 minute uber ride or accessible easily by public transportation. Very nice location and beautifully furnished. The receptionist was very friendly.
It is almost the worst 4-star hotel I have ever stayed. The room is extremely small. Apart from a 1.2m-sized bed, the room cannot even stand for a desk, so you have a platform by the head side of your bed to place staff (very creative).
They have a strict check-in time from 3 pm, and staff are not friendly enough to explain things. Moreover, the 150 Euro deposit fee was not mentioned anywhere.
This hotel is LGBT-friendly, and guests of all genders and ages are welcome to stay. The staff provide excellent service and give very helpful recommendations.
Not realised that it is a rainbow hotel until after we checked in. It is a bit out of city centre but there are many restaurants and shopping centre in the neighbourhood.
Good hotel, rooms are a bit small and it is indeed suitable for adults
Had a good time, low season so not much happening in the hotel if you were interested in having some drinks at the bar. We tried breakfast, good choice and amount for the price. Jacuzzi was nice , the gym had enough machines to workout the minimum. All staff was nice and polite and very helpful. Definitely recommend .

I stayed here for Easter weekend and while the spas were amazing I’m not sure if I would consider my stay here value for money since the rooms per night are expensive but the check in itself is quite late and check out is pretty early. Also, I feel that the hotel needs to reevaluate their philosophy on customer service.

Room wide and well arranged service below average no cleaning of the room and bad one even after ask
Great hotel, very friendly and kind service. Clean spacious room. Easy access to Berlin, close to public transport and direct transport to airport.
The windows on the lower floors are basically on street level, and there’s no air conditioning, so you are stuck either suffocating, or being woken up multiple times per night by the buses from the bus stop that is quite literally right under your window. The breakfast is ok, but for the price, I don’t know. Will not be staying with Best Western again.

The hotel’s location and cleanliness are very good. It is about 5 stations away from the city center, roughly 8–10 minutes.
However, it is very noisy—sounds from other doors make it difficult to sleep. In the early morning, you can also hear the room service moving around.

The IntercityHotel at Berlin Central Station is better than the one at Ostbahnhof (East Station). I'd recommend choosing the Central Station location. Honestly, the hotel's location is terrible; it feels quite out of the way. It was a bit of a stopover before heading somewhere else the next day, but you get what you pay for, like a dorm from a long time ago.
Although the location itself may not look good, there is only one tram line to Berlin Central Station on the M8, so it is easy to move around with a suitcase. However, you need to transfer to get to the main tourist spots, so be careful.
