Booked two rooms on the same reservation. Only one room was found when checking in which lead to a lot of waiting time, trying to figure out what happened to the other room reservation.

The interior of the hotel reminds me of the 80s or 70s that takes you back in time. I would visit here during the cool season because they don't have air-conditioning inside, although they provide you with a fan but I'm not sure if it's comfortable for consecutive days. Check-in was easy, and the location was perfect for our needs, as we needed a hotel near Wuhlheide. We easily found a parking space in the surrounding residential area in the early afternoon. We've been going here for years and would highly recommend. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are spotless and its a quiet street. They have snacks and cold drinks to buy if need to. Train and underground is a 5 min walk. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the area.

Unfortunately, my bathroom wasn't cleaned properly at first! But the reception staff was very nice and sorted everything out.

the room was just fantastic: big, cosy, high ceiling big doors; amazing mirrors style of "old" fashion : very nice idea in my opinion. Very big just king size bathroom let me and my husband feel amazing. the price is not high in comperation with experience. Next time we stay in Berlin we'll choose one of their hotels.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The front desk staff were super friendly and welcoming, which made a great first impression. The hotel is conveniently located near Alexanderplatz metro station and a tram stop at the intersection. There are vending machines and a lounge area on the first floor. The rooms are clean and tidy.

Lovely hotel in a very picturesque location, ideal for walking, biking and relaxing. Quite expensive to eat in but just a short bus ride away from the S Bahn with links to all the Berlin districts and beyond.The staff are great too - would definitely go back!

The lady at the reception (Asian) was unfriendly and seemed to have no idea what she was doing. I spoke with her supervisor, and then the issues were resolved. For 10 minutes, there were no bread rolls at breakfast, and the staff seemed completely overwhelmed. However, the older cleaning lady on the 6th floor was very friendly and accommodating.

It locates nicely with fab envirnoment around.

It would be excellent if tenants could have a kettle for boiling water in the hotel rooms, to boil water in the cold winter, for drinking coffee or tea packages to warm up ourselves in the cold harsh winter, when all restaurants are closed at night. Also a washing machine facility to wash our clothes.

The parking lot has very limited parking spots with a charge of 8 euros per night . The room is big for its price , comfy and clean  . Free sparkling water bottle in room . The elevator was broken when we stayed there . Had to carry suitcases via stairs up and down .

The rooms are about the same size, but there are too many beds, which take up a lot of space. There is no kettle in the room. To boil water, you have to go to the front desk to borrow water instead of the kettle, which they don't lend. The breakfast was not as rich as described online.

A nice hotel located in the centre of Brandenburg city. The front facing rooms have a very nice view, overlooking the church. WiFi works fine and the room is a bit old architecture, however clean and spacious. I had issues with the air conditioning which stopped working at 2 AM. That was unpleasant. A hotel in a quiet region of brandenburg. Breakfast was a buffet with many yogurt types,bread,different types of spreads,eggs and bacon.There is also a small gym,which was a nice surprise. Our visit was a nice experience and we want to come again.

The hotel is beautifully situated in the Old Town of Brandenburg, in a quiet neughbourhood. After taking dinner in the hotel, we went for a pleasant stroll to the river and back. To be recommended!

Clean room and bathroom. Air-conditioning didn't work. Breakfast was very good. Shower occasionally went hot and cold and we had to run a lot of water to get it hot. Good position in the old town. We ate in the restaurant and this was very tasty with good vegetarian options. Putting the wifi password in the room would have been helpful.

 This is super close to the airport. A little far from city centre but with Tram and Trains. It's not that bad. 

This hotel is simply petty. When I booked indicating I am traveling alone, they really only left one pillow and a single blanket in the room. There was also no kettle, coffee/tea bags in the room. Small details, but shows they are quite cheap to their customers (not price, but services)

A standard business room with all the essentials, including breakfast, cost 20.50 euros. The front desk service was excellent, friendly and professional, and there was someone on duty at night. The bed seemed quite soft. You need to speak German to watch the TV.

The room is too dark - the bathroom is painted with black and without window 🪟. No kettle, so no possibility to prepare a tea nor coffee ☕. The shower hose was not properly sealed and water was leaking. Power sockets 🔌 are next to the bed, which is nice. Receptionist were professional 👌🏼.

The best place with very friendly staff. Absolutely well maintained rooms. There are even smoking rooms on request. Also worth mentioning is the rich breakfast buffet, where every guest will be happy! We will be happy to come back.

On the whole zero complaints about the hotel itself. The complex is gigantic and much larger than expected, and as such, made finding reception quite difficult. The ‘front’ of the hotel is actually on the other side of the building than you’d expect - I.E. from the local tram stop, the entrance is on the opposite side than the one facing you. However, I’m unsure if we’ve arrived in an ‘offseason’...

The room was quite nice. The complex is huge, but the restaurant sells the ice cubes (???), guess is not part of the hotel. It is a lit bit far from the city, but the quality of the room and toilet was great. And comfy beds as well. AC working perfectly as was quite hot weather. Staff was professional and polite. Toiletries were quite good as well and we manage to have a great stay there.

It is an interesting location when you plan to visit Potsdam. Unfortunately the quick connection ti city center of Potsdam via water taxi is not running anymore. So you need to be prepared to cycle or to take your car to get of this little island. The Interieur and set up of this hotel is a little bit out dated and serves its purpose.
