A hotel located centrally and a 10 minute walk from the Zoological Park. I've stayed a few times when in Berlin for work. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean albeit a touch dated in terms of decoration. They have everything you need in terms of safe, fridge, TV, Aircon, tea/coffee. The hotel is equivalent to a low end 3 star hotel. The location is very good in the heart of Berlin. The lift, rooms and the lobby is a bit dated, though it is not bad by any means. It's a fine place the location is great you have everything around such as transportation, central city center and many fancy shops and supermarket I recommend specially because of the location of the hotel.

Excellent breakfast and silent location

The campus hotel is very simple and the bed is basic with only a tiny quilt for a so-called king sized bed. You hear every noise of the neighbors. It is really not a hotel for travelers, just ok for a meeting at FU Berlin. The breakfast is ok. Outside it looks kind of fancy!

The price was good, and the TV was big and new, with English channels available. It's located near a shopping district with lots of stores and restaurants. It's also close to the subway and bus stops, though it's about 3-4 bus stops from the train station and a bit far from the city center. The room was small but very clean. Most importantly, it was incredibly convenient to get around by subway or bus. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and the hotel even offers free bread and coffee, which is a big plus!

Lovely hotel, good location, friendly staff, very clean and I believe is the best in Potsdam. Areas of improvement are: they need to install a ramp for luggage arrival and departure. Don't Miss This One! This is true gem situated in the best possible part of Potsdam...right across from the Old Town but away from the noise. The hotel is impeccable. I travel almost 100 nights per year and this is one of the best hotels I have stayed at. From the attentive staff to the delicious breakfast to the beautifully appointed rooms - this is a 10/10.

A nice hotel situated very close to the Olympic stadion in Berlin. Everything was fine. Reservation done via email and paid prior to the arrival. Breakfast was charched for 15€ per person (eggs, ham, saussages, vegetables,...). Our room had a free of charge Air-condition.

The hotel is functional. It’s a short train ride from the airport (in the direction away from Berlin) and a few hundred meters walk. Room was clean and comfortable enough. We had an issue with the AC and the staff offered a quick solution.

Very nice independent hotel. Convenient location with a subway station and Straßenbahn stops right on your doorstep. Slept very well, although because it is on a busy intersection it can be quite loud at night.

The facilities are too old, and they feel worse than those of more than 200 hotels in China 😅, but it is indeed close to the FESPA exhibition. I walk to the exhibition every day, saving taxi fare.

An awesome location to explore Berlin from. Very clean and tidy hotel, we felt comfortable during our stay there. Had a small view too, which was awesome! Bathroom ventilation was a small, but manageable, issue. Great to have space for luggage, recommend looking above the smallest size room if staying for more than two nights (we’re so glad we did)!

Perfect location for visiting Berlin and few minutes from train station to airport. Room lighting was a bit dark but apartment was perfect for family of four. A bit of noise from neighbors but not really from outside so we had a great night sleep. Lovely views from the rooftop. Highly recommend!

Good location, good service, reasonable price, but the lighting in the room needs to be upgraded.

The hotel itself was really nice and the reception staff always polite. I found one or two of the breakfast staff a little rude at times. We found the room to be quite small with little space to put general things out. One thing that was missing was tea and coffee making facilities, I can’t remember when I was in a hotel without this. All in all, though, it was a comfortable stay.

The staff were helpful in extending our check out even without us asking. The kitchenette in the room was great! We could make simple meals when we wanted or were too tired to go out. The cookies at the reception were fantastic: too bad they were only available for a limited time every day.

Great place to stay when visiting Berlin. Within walking distance to the center of the city…. About a mile to 11/2 miles depending on where you are going.  The staff are very friendly and helpful.  They also have a great breakfast buffet with very attentive staff.   I’ll definitely recommend this place.  And wouldn’t mind staying there again on my next visit to Berlin.

I had the pleasure of staying at the yard for 10 days this past July. From check in to check out, the service was friendly and effecient. I stayed in large room and the room was spacious, cool, and had a great shower. The location was ideal for our purposes, it was a nice walk to the transit station and places of interest in Kreuzberg. Comfy beds, decent location as it sits right at the Berlin East Station. Value for money is just "acceptable" as there are better deals in the area, i.e. better value for money ratio close by. Just compare. Especially the breakfast I do not recommend for the price of EUR 19...better go out to some brunch restaurant nearby and have a decent breakfast for that money.

Great hotel if you are staying for a concert. For me it was the Enhypen concert. The walk to the Uber took about 15 minutes and the roads are safe too. It's also close to the train station so it's great for visiting other places in Berlin. The rooms were clean and the price was reasonable.
