Easy access to many place i.e. restaurants, shopping.
It’s a great location for you to do shopping and getting around Berlin. Rooms are spacious and bed is comfortable. Wish they had more coffee pods offered. I stayed there for 7 days but I only 4 coffee pods. I wasn’t allowed to have more.
Really liked this hotel! The digital experience for check-in etc was so easy and seamless. The property itself is new, spotlessly clean and really innovative in its service offering. Will definitely stay again.
Good location with easy access to everything. However, the hotel was hard to find on the first day as it has no reception, which is part of its concept. Unfortunately, construction work was ongoing in the entrance and corridors throughout our stay, with no prior notice, apology, or compensation. Room amenities were minimal—only 2 small bottle of water for the first day and no slippers provided.
Quick response via email communication. Easy check in and out. Everything worked as expected. Just needed a bit more coffee, it ran out.
It's convenient to go out, the room size is suitable, and the hygiene is very good. Customer service is very prompt. Will choose again.

The service was nice, the staff were accommodative to my requests and helped ensure that everything was smooth. The facilities were decent but the hotel is catered more for individuals wanting to tour the city.
Clean and quiet room, friendly service, nice breakfest.
Convenient location and comfortable beds. Gym is a big plus. Took off one star as the rooms are a bit noisy: you can hear footsteps and muffled voices from neighboring rooms.
While the staff was nice and the hotel is overall good, it seems like management may not be investing in it so strongly. I asked twice to get soap replenished and room service didn’t do it for the full 7 nights I stayed, thus running out in the middle of my stay, there is a gym but the machines all malfunction and stop in the middle of a workout and no functioning water for the gym… limited amenities...
This is a budget hotel with a more basic, mid-range feel. The carpet has a strong smell, and there’s no minibar in the room. While it’s affordable, I’ve stayed in better hotels in Berlin. On the plus side, it’s close to both the metro and train stations, which is convenient. The neighborhood is also average — not the best area to stay in Berlin, but not the worst either.
Perfect hotel and location. Walking distance to subway and near by store, food market.Very good breakfast in the morning.

The hotel is so unique and comfortable. There were so many nice touches. We enjoyed going to the bar and the sauna. Great location too!
Staff was friendly and facilities great - but the rooms where really cold as many of the commuting areas are outside. Also the was no room service and additional costs for using many of the facilities
The hotel has a unique atmosphere being a former public pool and spa. The rooms are spacious and clean, but do not expect them to be modern, they have a lot of charme
Breakfast was VERY expensive considering the choice/quality. I would prefer to spend less money in nearby independant businesses... The initial room I had was VERY hot and SMELLY. I asked to move to a room that had aircon, they said was was none. but when i did insist on moving, the new room had aircon.
One of the most architecturally charming and service-wise friendly hotels in Berlin
My stay was spectacular. The staff was very nice and welcoming. They were even kind enough to share local options to take part in and they were all well received. Very easy access to public trans and so many food and shopping options to consider too.

I stayed at the hotel for one night and had a wonderful experience. The hotel itself is beautiful and very well maintained. The staff were extremely kind and helpful throughout my stay. Even before I arrived, the staff were very accommodating on the phone when I informed them that I would be checking in late and would pay upon arrival, even though I had made the booking online. They handled everything...
I really loved my stay at NYX Hotel Berlin. The reception area is very spacious, with beautiful lighting and stylish colors that create a great first impression. Our room was on the third floor, and right in front of the elevator there is a large open lounge area with big sofas and a panoramic view, which was a very nice touch. The room itself had a wonderful view of the water and the yachts, which...
Really nice vibe in the hotel, everything is new and has a good atmosphere! Rooms are clean and recently renovated. Bathroom is a bit outdated but still functional and clean.
Everything was great! Loved the treats at the reception table, friendly staff, great room, reasonable price. LOVED the BREAKFAST variety and quality, esp the fresh fruit. The only downside was the bar not keeping track of who bought what, and the person in charge of our group was charged about 150 euro for the unpaid bar tabs. Perhaps people should pay as they go. Other than that, everything was FABULOUS...
We experienced some technical issues with the card scanner of the door to our room, but the staff was kind enough to give us a different room and a voucher for two free drinks. Honestly a very nice hotel for a reasonable price. Granted it's not very close to the city center, but trams, trains and buses are very close by. We also enjoyed a nice drink and a game of billiards in the hotel lobby.
Ok. It is a bit out of the city centre (my colleagues laughed at me when I told them where I was staying), but the price is right, atmosphere good. Rooms very clean and the staff is very friendly (and that alone makes up for the 40 min Public Transport travel to the centre). I missed some information on the available hotel facilities while I was in the room. On my departure day, I discovered that there...

The front desk staff were quite friendly, but the room service was terrible. Less than an hour and a half after I checked in, someone said their staff came in without knocking, just swiping their card. I was sleeping. After I spoke to them, they left without coming in. It was a girl. Less than two hours later, a man came in. I had just been showering; I wasn't even wearing pants. He just stood by the...
This was the second worst hotel on our trip. The biggest problem was the room was too cramped. I double-checked the room photos after returning. We booked two rooms, and now I'm suspicious that one of them was the comfort room, not the spacious room I booked. Regardless, their rooms are cramped. The sofa in the spacious room photo wasn't even visible. The lighting was much darker, and the lights were...
The hotel is very new and has been successfully renovated. Everything is beautiful and the first impression was very pleasant. The only minor drawback is that the bathroom door was difficult to open. It's still a bit underwhelming, but the front desk was polite. Overall, it's a good stay and I recommend it.
Perfect, the room is very distinctive, in the style of an old telegraph office, the breakfast is perfect and impeccable, dining in the central glass hall, ordering breakfast is very ceremonial, the location is very close to Museum Island and attractions and very convenient.
The building was originally a telecommunications facility that has been renovated to house a museum, offices, restaurants, and more. This hotel is one of them. It’s highly designed and recommended for people with a refined sense of taste. Throughout the entire space, there is no sign of careless design. The price was good, and the TV was big and new, with English channels available. It's located near a shopping district with lots of stores and restaurants. It's also close to the subway and bus stops, though it's about 3-4 bus stops from the train station and a bit far from the city center. We walked back from the Brandenburg Gate through the woods, and it took us 45 minutes, not the 30 minutes mentioned...
The hotel is in a perfect location, making it very convenient to get to all the main attractions. The facilities are also very nice. A special thank you to Sandra Hoffmann – she is incredibly friendly and patient, always greeting guests with a warm smile. Her kindness made me feel truly at home. I highly recommend this hotel!
The hotel room was quite spacious. I had two separate bookings, and when I checked in, the hotel merged them into one, so I didn't have to switch rooms during my stay. My booking didn't include breakfast, but the front desk informed me at check-in that there's a complimentary simple breakfast with bread and coffee available from 7 AM to 11 AM, which was a nice bonus. A downside was that I was given...
Very basic hotel. Great thing is breakfast is free from 7-11am. Near to U2 line metro. Bad thing is no matter how long you stay, only 1 bottle of 1L drinking water provided. Housekeeping not available, only request towel etc at counter if need.
Excellent location. Steps to subway and bus stop. Free coffee and tea plus bread. Little frustrated with wifi. They changed the password every week. So I was unable to connect wifi next day because they just changed the password. It's a bit annoying..
The room was small but very clean. Most importantly, it was incredibly convenient to get around by subway or bus. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and the hotel even offers free bread and coffee, which is a big plus!

We didn't have breakfast as we went into the city for that, but the rooms were very comfortable and the evening meals were superb. Loved the bar as well. Great place close to the Olimpiastadion and transport links. We will be using this as a base when we go back to Berlin.
Lovely location overlooking a lake in a quiet area. The rooms have a welcome old-fashioned charm. No tea-making facilities in the room. Beauful dining room & terrace. Lovely swimming pool with opening hours a little (but not too much) limited.
The hotel is near several stores, an U-Bahn (Sophie-Charlotte-Platz), an S-Bahn (Charlottenburg) and you are very fast into the middle of Berlin. Lovely hotel, good location, friendly staff, very clean and I believe is the best in Potsdam. Areas of improvement are: they need to install a ramp for luggage arrival and departure. Nice hotel in Prenzlauer Berg. The rooms are clean and quiet big. The hotel is located close to the Tram and the Ringbahn. So, it’s a good departure point for discovering Berlin.
A really good hotel, with a comfortable room with a good bed. Helpful staff and clean facilities.
For noise-sensitive people, it's important to know that the room facing the main road can be very noisy. Since the windows aren't properly sealed, outside noises (like trams and cars) are clearly audible. Furthermore, I paid more for the room at check-in than what was listed on Trip.com when I booked.
Great breakfast with many choices and good fruit juice
The hotel was top notch. We really enjoyed our stay. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Nice staff, clean premises. But… hotel feels like it has been designed by someone how has never stayed at hotel… For example; clear glass windows to shower with total visibility to the whole room via mirrors, no carpet in the
Very convenient and good value stay. Appreciated the tea station and fridge of sandwiches / drinks which could be purchased out of hours. Staff all very helpful.
Fantastic stay for 2 weeks at the GINN. The workers were so hospitable, I was asking for forks, knives, plates, etc (ordered a LOT of Uber Eats) and they never said no!! Mediocre. When you walk in the decor is grand and the look and feel of the lobby and dining area made it seem elegant. But the rooms were the real truth behind this facade.
