It would be excellent if tenants could have a kettle for boiling water in the hotel rooms, to boil water in the cold winter, for drinking coffee or tea packages to warm up ourselves in the cold harsh winter, when all restaurants are closed at night. Also a washing machine facility to wash our clothes.

The parking lot has very limited parking spots with a charge of 8 euros per night . The room is big for its price , comfy and clean  . Free sparkling water bottle in room . The elevator was broken when we stayed there . Had to carry suitcases via stairs up and down .

The rooms are about the same size, but there are too many beds, which take up a lot of space. There is no kettle in the room. To boil water, you have to go to the front desk to borrow water instead of the kettle, which they don't lend. The breakfast was not as rich as described online.

It is an interesting location when you plan to visit Potsdam. Unfortunately the quick connection ti city center of Potsdam via water taxi is not running anymore. So you need to be prepared to cycle or to take your car to get of this little island. The Interieur and set up of this hotel is a little bit out dated and serves its purpose.

A nice hotel located in the centre of Brandenburg city. The front facing rooms have a very nice view, overlooking the church. WiFi works fine and the room is a bit old architecture, however clean and spacious. I had issues with the air conditioning which stopped working at 2 AM. That was unpleasant. A hotel in a quiet region of brandenburg. Breakfast was a buffet with many yogurt types,bread,different types of spreads,eggs and bacon.There is also a small gym,which was a nice surprise. Our visit was a nice experience and we want to come again.

Clean room and bathroom. Air-conditioning didn't work. Breakfast was very good. Shower occasionally went hot and cold and we had to run a lot of water to get it hot. Good position in the old town. Stayed 2 nights going to the snooker extravaganza in the Tempodrom. Ideal location for the Tempodrom and right beside the metro. Hotel is clean, spacious and rooms are good. No complaints, especially for a very budget price. Would return again.

It was perfectly located for my business trip (at Potsdam University) and the main building seemed fabulous. I was super excited to stay there with all its big glass windows and beautiful river location…unfortunately despite the fact I got a suite, they put me in the boring building with no view across the street (see photos for the two buildings)

The best place with very friendly staff. Absolutely well maintained rooms. There are even smoking rooms on request. Also worth mentioning is the rich breakfast buffet, where every guest will be happy! We will be happy to come back.

On the whole zero complaints about the hotel itself. The complex is gigantic and much larger than expected, and as such, made finding reception quite difficult. The ‘front’ of the hotel is actually on the other side of the building than you’d expect - I.E. from the local tram stop, the entrance is on the opposite side than the one facing you. However, I’m unsure if we’ve arrived in an ‘offseason’...

The room was quite nice. The complex is huge, but the restaurant sells the ice cubes (???), guess is not part of the hotel. It is a lit bit far from the city, but the quality of the room and toilet was great. And comfy beds as well. AC working perfectly as was quite hot weather. Staff was professional and polite. This is a clean, small hotel with a good breakfast and decent-sized rooms. Nothing fancy, but it has everything you need. The check-in can be done at any time, which is really convenient. I stayed there myself in a 4 bed dormitory room. It was an excellent room and I liked the service. But it is better to have a socket near the bed for charging. They have two usb charging ports near every beds but it is better to have a c port or a charging socket. But overall, I liked it. Especially the staffs are always helpful. I am highly recommend it to whom who are looking for a cheap accommodation

It is almost the worst 4-star hotel I have ever stayed. The room is extremely small. Apart from a 1.2m-sized bed, the room cannot even stand for a desk, so you have a platform by the head side of your bed to place staff (very creative).  They have a strict check-in time from 3 pm, and staff are not friendly enough to explain things. Moreover, the 150 Euro deposit fee was not mentioned anywhere.

Had a good time, low season so not much happening in the hotel if you were interested in having some drinks at the bar. We tried breakfast, good choice and amount for the price. Perfect place if you want to have a chill time. There is a beautiful forest next to it as well as Wandlitzsee that you can reach by walking or biking. I really loved the breakfast. It was tasty with high quality food. Sauna was an amazing experience too.

I stayed at Waldhotel for about 6 nights and was completely satisfied with the friendly staff, the spacious and clean room, the breakfast, the restaurant, and the walks in the nearby forest—all at a very reasonable price. The forest walks were a fantastic bonus, offering a great way to recharge and take a break from daily tasks. A full five stars for the excellent value for money!

The windows on the lower floors are basically on street level, and there’s no air conditioning, so you are stuck either suffocating, or being woken up multiple times per night by the buses from the bus stop that is quite literally right under your window. Honestly, the hotel's location is terrible; it feels quite out of the way. It was a bit of a stopover before heading somewhere else the next day, but you get what you pay for, like a dorm from a long time ago.

Although the location itself may not look good, there is only one tram line to Berlin Central Station on the M8, so it is easy to move around with a suitcase. However, you need to transfer to get to the main tourist spots, so be careful.
