A hotel with good rooms, typical of the Ibis chain. We booked a room with a balcony, plenty of space, and a separate bathroom. The location is very convenient, close to the metro station and shops and restaurants. The breakfast is good, but always the same.

The hotel is well located with shops and restaurants nearby. Good hotel for businessmen and even for those looking for a hotel with charm.The room is convenient and the bed comfortable. The hotel is functional. It’s a short train ride from the airport (in the direction away from Berlin) and a few hundred meters walk. Room was clean and comfortable enough. We had an issue with the AC and the staff offered a quick solution.

The rooms were very clean. The beds were very well maintained and we found rooms for 15 people at the last minute. Thanks to Wizz Airlines we were able to stay here for one night. The Berliner Kindl is also highly recommended. Overall 5 stars

Travelled with a group of 109 students (age 15) and 32 adults. The crew at this hotel is amazing. We were for the Brunch on Sunday. A wide variety of hot and cold dishes for all ages and tastes. Great quality and flavor, and the staff is very attentive and friendly. The place is quite elegant yet cozy. The live music was also very good. Highly recommended.

We celebrated my husband’s birthday here and it was truly a memorable birthday because of the elegance, warm vibe and amazing buffet on offer even for us as vegetarians. I would definitely go there again and again. The staff were so nice and welcoming and they even accommodated our request to be seated on the ground level. Breakfast was good.check in was a breeze. The service of the front desk staff was friendly and efficient 

The room was too small, didn't even have a small table, and there was a strong smell. Other than that, everything else was pretty good. You can park in the downstairs parking lot; just tell the front desk and they'll swipe a card for you.

A bit pricey like anywhere in Berlin but nice

We only booked breakfast but that was super and plenty there, the only thing was missing was the bacon 🥓 but that's just me the room was super and big enough for 2 people to move around in it, plus the bathroom was great as well could of had our room cleaned every day but we didn't want to, the cleaning staff were very friendly about it the staff were very helpful and friendly

+ The checkin and checkout process is very automated. + Laundry service is available with additional pay. - Mattress is too soft to cause back pain. - Amenities were not cleaned properly. - TV and wifi does not work with Amazon connection ++ The location is convenient for tram, bus and S-Bahn within 100 meters. The apartment was perfect just that the elevator was not working for the duration of my stay and I was on the fourth floor

Great apartment, cosy and very quiet. Perfect location for access to public transport and only 15 minutes to the city. Had issues with the hot water and heating system but it was eventually sorted out.

Walls are thin you can hear others on the TV, also the bed is not very comfortable but got the value it's not bad. Handy to have game with pizza or pastries on main level, they were really nice despite new knowing no German beyond thank you.

Great stay, great value for money. Service was very good. Amenities were basic but good considering price. It is a little far from the city centre but very near a train station.

The hotel is average at best. The entrance doors were destroyed, and breakfast was 20(!) euro's per person per night. Location is great for people coming by car as it has free parking, and a U-bahn station right outside. Rooms were standard, but with great airco.

The staff were very nice, lots of facilities were provided, including a bar, a canteen and a coffee shop. The room was very clean, better than expected, but since the toilet was shared, so cannot expect too much for that.

The room is located in Mitte, making it very convenient to get around. There's a Rewe and Rossmann less than 50 meters from the entrance, so shopping is really easy. Plus, there's a Coco and a Chinese restaurant right at the corner.

It's a good place to be at in this budget. It's good, but the mattress and blanket weren't cleaned. The rest, like the bathroom showers, everything was good.

The en-suite bathroom with a separate wet and dry area was great for our group of six women. The location is super convenient, with both the tram and S/U-Bahn just a two-minute walk away. The Rewe supermarket is also incredibly close, about a two-minute walk. However, the lockers on the ground floor were broken, so we had to use the -1 level for storage on our checkout day.

We stayed only one night so I cant rate everything but we did not encounter anything wrong during our stay here.

The room was clean and acceptable, but unfortunately quite noisy. Parking directly at the hotel isn't possible. The breakfast buffet offered a generous selection of diverse options. In this day and age, poor Wi-Fi is no longer acceptable. The connection was a real let-down - and this in the German's capital city.

Started with a friendly checkout process. Very quiet even though centrally located. Daily room cleaning was perfect and digital checkout process was smooth.

The hotel is right next to the train station and the U-Bahn line. There's also a bus stop directly in front of the hotel with tons of routes, which saves a lot of time when you're out sightseeing.

It's a solid hotel , but not a 4-star. Rooms are clean. Reception is nice, beds are good but the bathroom design is just absurd. Random shower out in the open inside the room right next to beds.... Literally no privacy . Location is pretty good.

Great hotel out of the 1920s. Renovated and modernized, while keeping the old jazzy style. Named after Duke Ellington - featuring a Jazz Radio station and live Jazz in the evenings. Room was not too spacious but comfortable. Excellent, quick and friendly service.

Neat rooms with good value. If you're looking for a place on good location with affordable price for more than 4 nights.. You should consider this hotel. The only issue I had during my stay was the noise of constructions coming out from the main street. Great customer service, the staff were so helpful.

Amazing location, friendly staff and best services

The room is not that pretty, but the location is really great. You can walk to all the famous places in the Mite district, and the tram, subway, and bus stations are all right in front. However, since the station is right in front, it is a bit noisy at night. There is a water purifier in the lobby, and you can store your luggage before and after check-in, which is nice.

Everything was great, especially when we asked for extra pillows. The free drinks were a plus! However, just the water temperature in the shower was hard to get right - the actual water temp kept changing even if we placed the knob in the middle

Clean hotel at a good location. Employee flew into a rage when i told him i parked my car at the garage and wanted to pay when leaving. Having your car parked at the day of check out is only possible until 2 pm.

Very nice Hotel, directly located at an S-Bahn station. The rooms very nicely decorated and quite spacious, love the Bluetooth boxes integrated into the bed- and bathrooms. The breakfast buffet was very nice and quite a good selection.

My room was reasonably spacious and had a great view from the tenth floor. The water pressure is good and the bathroom looks nice and clean. The location right next to Schöneberg station is very convenient. It was a little dusty under the bed and the air condition worked only so so but overall I'm really happy with this hotel choice.

Compared to other inexpensive there is no there is no inexpensive in Berlin for single room under 100 is very good warm and clean that's what you need in Europe hard to find

High cost performance, convenient transportation

Regarding the associated restaurant: We arrived Friday evening and were hungry. The menu stated the restaurant was open until 8:30 p.m. Unfortunately, we were turned away. Today, Saturday. We arrived at the hotel at 7:15 p.m. and wanted to have dinner, but the chef sent us away again, saying that he had a full house and we could have Bolognese, which he still had left over. Service like that is unacceptable...

Overnight stay Service wasn't that great. We were told the restaurant would be fully booked for dinner at 5:00 PM, even though I saw almost no one there. The staff member's advice: There's a supermarket 100 meters away, and we could go to the bakery there. Then the light in the room didn't work, and the TV didn't work properly either. Hence only three stars.

The exterior is unsightly and not very inviting as a hotel. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are okay, but clearly showing their age. It's best not to look too closely. Breakfast is okay.

This is a budget hotel with a more basic, mid-range feel. The carpet has a strong smell, and there’s no minibar in the room. While it’s affordable, I’ve stayed in better hotels in Berlin. On the plus side, it’s close to both the metro and train stations, which is convenient. The neighborhood is also average — not the best area to stay in Berlin, but not the worst either.

The best thing about Monbijou Hotel is it's location. If you enjoy walking around , it's a great place to start seeing the sites. The rooms are clean and very quiet on the courtyard side but quite small. The rooftop is very beautiful and nice to lounge around and get out of your room.The breakfast was good and well balanced.

The surrounding restaurants are good, and there's a supermarket just across the street, which is really convenient.
