Was close to the M2 tram and 200 bus. However we were in room 739 and next door maybe was an electrical room which made a lot of noises over night.

We stay at same hotel for 2 nights. Friendly and helpful staff. Luggage storage is available

Pretty standard cheap hotel. There were some great bits of design in the lighting which can be rehung to change the mood. But it's a decent place to get your head down. There's also a drinks fridge and snacks in reception so you can take a cheeky wee beer up to your room.

nice location.walking distance to train station, bus stop and subway station, there are many shopping malls nearby as well. We arrived the hotel at 10am, the reception gave us the free early check-in. the breakfast is rich and delicious. Staying the Hollywood theme environment is an unique experience.

Not exactly new, but well located and with a delicious breakfast buffet. I had a very quiet room with a view of the Ku'damm.

Great hotel. Highly recommended. Reasonably priced. Breakfast is a bit expensive, but you get a really good breakfast. Free use of the sauna, steam room, and fitness room. The shower in the bathroom (shower in the bath) could use an upgrade to a walk-in shower.

Short city break Clean, well located hotel. Main pool and spa were closed for refurbishment during our brief stay but wasn't reason for visit it was proximity to event we were attending at zitadelle. Everything was OK so far. At Easter the beds were not made and the room was not cleaned. 12€/day for the outdoor parking space is surprising.

It’s a lonely bus stop with no shed or benches, but close by there are a lot of trees. The bus frequencies aren’t much, hence waiting times can be longer. Caution: carry an umbrella to protect against rains and harsh sun!

You can't describe how bad the staff and the head of the SPA area are and the icing on the cake was the hotel manager. We had booked from Friday to Monday and left early today on Sunday because we were so exhausted by these people that we had no rest. PS the worst mistake is when the guest express their opinion to the management in this hotel.

Hotel is really nice and clean. The staff at the restaurant/bar is extremely friendly! Only downside is the rather complicated journey from / to airport so make sure you get the Shuttle that the hotel offers at the reception!

The location is fantastic! It's on the main shopping street, with a dm store downstairs, and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, including many delicious local eateries. The hotel rooms are spacious, and the breakfast is plentiful.

Very nice place! Well located to the S-Bahn and inside of the Ku'Damm area in Berlin. Highly recommend! The only issue I had was with the coffee machine (available in the room) that was not working.

It's an unashamedly middle market hotel close to Zoo station. The rooms are clean and have air-conditioning (handy during the recent, 33°C, heatwave). The staff are friendly, it has a bar, and there's plenty of restaurants and shops close by. I'd happily go again next time I'm in Berlin.

After this stay, I wont book park plaza ever again. Our room is so warm and the shower doesnot work properly. They asked us to open the window because of high room temp, but there are noises from firework. This is non-sense. They moved us to another room. Please dont expect 4-star as they said they are.

We liked the hotel. It is very well located, near U- und S-Bahn and with many restaurants near by. Nice neighborhoods all around. Recommended.

The hotel is very close to the Berlin Zoo —you can easily walk there, which is one of the main reasons I chose it. There's also a large shopping mall nearby, just a one or two-minute walk away, so it's very convenient for shopping or having a dinner

I definitely give this hotel a perfect score. The front desk lady was very friendly. She greeted me every day and never had an impatient tone. There were a lot of plants in the hall and the interior decoration was also very elegant.

The hotel's location is excellent, super close to both the tram and U-Bahn, and only two or three stops from Berlin Central Station. The breakfast is decent, though of course, it can't compare to breakfasts at hotels in China. You have to specifically ask the front desk for room cleaning as it's not done daily. Overall, it's a good option for business travel.

We had selected a single king-size bed through booking, but they gave us two beds touching each other. When I asked, they said all the king-size beds at the hotel are single beds pushed together to form a big bed.

Everything you need is in the room( even a portable make up mirror you can use with your preferred lighting 😉). The staff were very helpful. I even left my suitcase at the reception while I visited the city. And it’s literally 4min walk from the central station. I would definitely recommend!!

Just got back from our stay here. Great hotel, air-con wasn’t great considering the heatwave but where in Europe is there great air-con. Had a view over the river which was great. Would stay again.
