The hotel's location is excellent, super close to both the tram and U-Bahn, and only two or three stops from Berlin Central Station. The breakfast is decent, though of course, it can't compare to breakfasts at hotels in China. You have to specifically ask the front desk for room cleaning as it's not done daily. The hotel was comfortable, the shower window was confusing, and the staff were friendly except couldn't find my booking as they entered my name correctly and didn't resolve the issue very quickly which made me panic.

Parking for €29 per day in the underground parking garage beneath the hotel. I was able to charge my electric car for free. A bathtub in the room. Clean room and hotel itself. Free use of the heated pool, sauna, and steam room. Good service and friendly staff.

Very pleasant stay. Clean and comfortable with an excellent location for exploring the centre of Berlin. Good shower, comfortable bed, blackout curtains, good WiFi. Only (minor) issue was that the air conditioning was a bit under-powered so the room was a bit warm. I was able to check-in several hours early and the check-out experience was smooth.

We were in Berlin for one night and a had meeting in Tegel. We booked Deluxe Room and the room was very spacious, so we could comfortably work from there before the meeting. The staff was very friendly and also the breakfast was very nice for a 3+ Star Hotel. Can definitely recommend this Hotel!

The hotel is overall located not a good place. Its very far from shopping centers. There’s no nearby coffeeshops. Breakfast is also expensive than other hotels. Not worthy. And the rooms were very cold and old. The heating system doesn’t work well. I could say not looks like 4 star hotel, looks like 2 star hotel.

Stayed here for 2 nights when interrailing, hotel is just 20 min away from Berlin central train station by bus (the bus stop is just around the corner), there is also a metro station about 15 min walk away from the hotel, so it’s easy to get to the city centre. We arrived late at night and had to use side door which you can use only with your key card, it shows that hotel personnel cares for the safety...

The location was excellent, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. While it's a bit far from tourist attractions, there are multiple transportation options like trains and buses, so getting around isn't a problem. The food was delicious too.

A very good stay experience. The front desk staff were very welcoming. The hotel is near a shopping area and close to the subway, making transportation very convenient. It's also only a few hundred meters from the zoo. I was traveling alone and it happened to be my birthday, and the hotel even prepared a surprise for me, which I really appreciated.

It offers great value for money, is conveniently located near the zoo and train stations, and has a subway station right outside. The hotel rooms are comfortable and spacious (not the cramped type), and include a kettle and separate wet and dry areas.

Hello, the service is excellent, the "bungalow" was clean and the bed with the great mattresses led to a relaxed sleep! We had booked with breakfast and it was very extensive and delicious! Only the swimming pool smells of chlorine.

The hotel is really great, the wellness area is rather small, but nice with a pool and two saunas and a jacuzzi. Unfortunately, it was also very crowded there. The staff is very friendly.

Ideal location for any traveller who wants to stay in Berlin. The room was big, the bed was comfortable and there was no noise. The staff were great, we stashed our backpacks on the last day. I recommend going one street over food food and drinks as there is a wide selection to choose from.

This place is quite good!! I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious room and bathroom. I really liked staying here mainly for two reasons: being able to workout at the gym and for the included breakfast. The gym only has some cardio machines and some dumbbells, but it's enough to get a nice workout. The breakfast exceeded my expectations, it was simply delicious!

Amazing location, friendly staff and best services

The room is not that pretty, but the location is really great. You can walk to all the famous places in the Mite district, and the tram, subway, and bus stations are all right in front. However, since the station is right in front, it is a bit noisy at night. There is a water purifier in the lobby, and you can store your luggage before and after check-in, which is nice.

Everything was good but, for some reason, they took my toothbrush and toothpaste. After inquiring, they returned my toothbrush but kept my (medicated) toothpaste. Whatever.

This is a budget hotel with a more basic, mid-range feel. The carpet has a strong smell, and there’s no minibar in the room. While it’s affordable, I’ve stayed in better hotels in Berlin. On the plus side, it’s close to both the metro and train stations, which is convenient. The neighborhood is also average — not the best area to stay in Berlin, but not the worst either.

Fantastic stay for 2 weeks at the GINN. The workers were so hospitable, I was asking for forks, knives, plates, etc (ordered a LOT of Uber Eats) and they never said no!! Nothing special in this hotel excepted the nice rooftop bar. Efficient front desk, room OK but pretty expensive for what you get. Very bad point about housekeeping entering all of the sudden the room without notice despite “do not disturb sign” on. Breakfast with poached eggs prepared in advance (not minute) so bread is humid and inconsistent.

The receptionist was very welcoming and gave me the quietest room in the corner, but unfortunately the guests upstairs were making a lot of noise all night. Otherwise, it was great.
