This was my second stay here, and the hotel's location is excellent, with a very comfortable environment. The soundproofing in the rooms is good, and the bedding is great, ensuring a good night's rest. However, the shower stall doesn't have a full door, and the shower head easily swivels, spraying water at odd angles. Water tends to overflow, flooding the entire bathroom, which is quite inconvenient

Location is great. Train station and underground train is near. We are able to explore Berlin city easily. Hotel staff were friendlyand helpful. Room cleaning is an issue. They came to refill drink bottles but they didnt clean the room neither they change the use towels. Breakfast is too notch. Parking is an issue.

Pillow and bed are not comfortable at all, because of this, I didn't sleep well at all and my back was hurt! Tried to ask the staff if they have other type of pillow, but they said they only have one type of pillows. If your room is facing the tram track side, good luck. You can hear so much noise in the night and bother your sleep.

I had a fabulous stay for 4 nights and the location is near shopping mall, underground and Christmas market. The hotel has a good reputation by Hilton and you never have wrong decision. In addition, the breakfast is very good and sausages not every day served. I highly recommend.

We stayed there for one night, practically passing through, we liked it a lot, there was nothing to complain about at the hotel so far, everything was good, breakfast was also more than good, the location is almost perfect, right on the lake and many things can be reached within a radius of about 30 kilometers, I could imagine booking this hotel again for 4-5 days with bikes.
