A very successful experience. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room and the comfort of the bed. A very varied and delicious breakfast. Excellent value for money.

Excellent accommodation, just 10 minutes from the airport. The hotel is new, or nearly so. Ours was a family room for four, very spacious, spotlessly clean, with two TVs, and very comfortable. Excellent! There are two or three restaurants within walking distance.

The room was clean and tidy, and there was a parking lot. The breakfast was so-so, but there was a very good Chinese buffet restaurant called Jingdixuan nearby!

It's quite close to the airport, and the room is very large, but the table is very small, which is a bit odd. It's also strange that there's no kettle in the room…

This hotel is different from the Holiday Inn across the street, but it's a budget brand in the same group. It's fine if you book with that in mind, but if you book thinking it's a Holiday Inn, you'll be disappointed. The room is impersonal and fine for just one night's stay, but there's no kettle or vending machine, which is inconvenient. I needed water, so I went to the Holiday Inn convenience store...

This hotel is a gem. The biggest attraction for us were the huge standard rooms, which come with a spacious seating area including couch. Excellent location, extremely attentive staff, exceptionally clean. We weren't able to find rooms this big in this area for this price anywhere else.

very bad cleaning staff got in our room before checkout time and we were not ready yet. We complained to the reception and they told us they will take care of it and nothing happened afterward.

Area itself was not that exciting but very convenient in terms of access to transport with the city only two stops away. Staff had significant language problems with both German and English. Had to correct some simple maths on the bill (they tried to bill me an extra night) and was told to get train to the city to find an ATM when there was actually one less than 100m away. Hotel is in a good location and has the unique offering of self catering rooms and 2 bed room accommodation (a rare find in Berlin)

We had a two bedroom apartment with kitchenette. The apartment had character and was clean, however if you are planning on cooking, the kitchenette was very small with minimal implements. The latch to the window was broken, so we were very concerned about setting the smoke alarm off. It was very noisy during the night and the beds were very firm. We did not opt in for the breakfast as it was 19 euro...

The elevator broke while we were staying on the sixth floor. We asked for assistance with our large luggage and they refused. By sheer coincidence a cleaning lady saw us and helped on the last floor when we were checking out. Otherwise nice facility and good for a place with a group.

Amazing hotel! It is very beautiful inside . The bedroom was spacious even though it was described as a petite room. Definitely our favorite place to stay in Berlin. Great stylish atmosphere, very professional, friendly staff which fulfills your wishes before you expressed them. Location is very central on Ku‘damm with subway station in front of the door and trainstation around the corner. Night in the bar over the weekend is a must. Great party! The hotel is worth it’s money and well managed. The standard is good considering the relatively low costs, The breakfast is nice. Unfortunately, the hotel charges for parking in its underground parking lot 14 euros per day. The breakfast is nice! Room service comes only every 3 days and after we asked for daily room service it still wasn’t done.

As expected, this is a Best Western Premium Hotel. Despite its remote location from the airport and my business trip destination, I was satisfied with the hotel's facilities and service. However, it would have been even better if it had shuttle service between the hotel and the airport, but unfortunately, it wasn't.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Stayed in a single room with bathroom amd it had everything I needed. Heating was very good and the bed comfortable. I missed a TV a bit, but for this price I cannot complain about anything. Looking forward to my next stay here!

You'll pay exactly for what you get. Quite cheap room with no particular equipment, but beds were absolutely on and cleanliness was ok for both the room and the (private) bathroom that we had. Fair price for what you get. Even though provided linens the used pillows and mattress could use a replacement. Also the bunks squek at night. If you have a roommate that likes to get up in the night it makes for a rough sleep. Location is great as close to two metros and some nice bakeries.

It gets loud at nights! To close the door you kinda have to slam it so you can't avoid the noise, and people talk (loud) in the corridors until late at night. Solo female in mixed dorm I stayed in a mixed dorm - the cheapest option. It was fine, though unfortunately I only had boy roomates, and as a solo female traveller, that made me a little uncomfortable, but I knew the risk when choosing a mixed dorm (female only wasn't available). Our shared toilet smelt like pee from the day I first arrived and till I left, which wasn't exactly a pleasent experience...

For the price it was absolutely amazing. We were alone in our room with my friends, we slept like at home and the hotel had dining room, a kitchen, the staff was very kind. For more like a hostel it had things that you won't find even at more expensive hotels so couldn't give less than fine stars💫

Right next to the Berlin Wall, the location is absolutely fantastic. Perfect for an early morning run. Breakfast was also good. East Berlin is actually really cool and worth exploring some streets favored by locals.

The location is fantastic, especially if you're here to see the galleries – it's right across the street from the hotel. 'Brotherhood Kiss' (the mural) is just another minute's walk to the east. If you're traveling by train, Berlin Ostbahnhof (East Station) is right next door. It's a standard Hilton chain hotel, so there are no major complaints.

The beds were comfortable but not wide enough. The pillows were uncomfortable. The room had a bad smell when entering. The breakfast was plentiful with a good variety of everything. Property is well located 5 min walk from AlexanderPlatz, and staff well trained and accommodating. My issue was that the room was basic and poorly furnished. Bedding and bathroom towels were poor quality - so 2-3 stars there. OK for an overnight stay when you just need a bed and shower .... I imagine other hotels in thr area have a better price / quality ratio.

I stayed at the property during ITB Berlin, location is perfect with direct train connection to the trade show. Building exterior is a bit outdated, however room amenities and comfy bed is all I needed and met expectations. Good breakfast variety as well.

The hotel location is superb and really worth its value. The staff are also excellent with their services. Few observations for the management: The pillows are too soft and not all travellers like soft pillows. This didn't allow me to enjoy my sleep at all. There should be an option to choose between hard and soft pillows just the way options are given between two beds or large for the queen's room...

Was close to the M2 tram and 200 bus. However we were in room 739 and next door maybe was an electrical room which made a lot of noises over night.

Pretty standard cheap hotel. There were some great bits of design in the lighting which can be rehung to change the mood. But it's a decent place to get your head down. There's also a drinks fridge and snacks in reception so you can take a cheeky wee beer up to your room.

Short city break Clean, well located hotel. Main pool and spa were closed for refurbishment during our brief stay but wasn't reason for visit it was proximity to event we were attending at zitadelle. The location is fantastic! It's on the main shopping street, with a dm store downstairs, and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, including many delicious local eateries. The hotel rooms are spacious, and the breakfast is plentiful.

Very nice place! Well located to the S-Bahn and inside of the Ku'Damm area in Berlin. Highly recommend! The only issue I had was with the coffee machine (available in the room) that was not working.

The room is good, the service is OK, but it is a bit busy when there are many people. The location is also convenient. Overall, it is still a place worth staying. It would be better if the price could be cheaper.

It's an unashamedly middle market hotel close to Zoo station. The rooms are clean and have air-conditioning (handy during the recent, 33°C, heatwave). The staff are friendly, it has a bar, and there's plenty of restaurants and shops close by. I'd happily go again next time I'm in Berlin.

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and it's good.

Stayed at this hotel for a trade show. It's an Andy Warhol-themed hotel, which is quite artistic. The hotel is conveniently located only 15 minutes from the exhibition center, and there are also shopping areas nearby. They have a gym too, so it's a great choice overall.

Radisson did not disappoint on this hidden gem, centrally located directly at Ku’damm and its Shopping Main Street. Hippest music in the lobby floor, free croissants and apples with infused water complimentary upon early hours and amazing bathroom amenities are descent highlights! Would book again! After this stay, I wont book park plaza ever again. Our room is so warm and the shower doesnot work properly. They asked us to open the window because of high room temp, but there are noises from firework. This is non-sense. They moved us to another room. Please dont expect 4-star as they said they are.

We were for the Brunch on Sunday. A wide variety of hot and cold dishes for all ages and tastes. Great quality and flavor, and the staff is very attentive and friendly. The place is quite elegant yet cozy. The live music was also very good. Highly recommended.

We celebrated my husband’s birthday here and it was truly a memorable birthday because of the elegance, warm vibe and amazing buffet on offer even for us as vegetarians. I would definitely go there again and again. The staff were so nice and welcoming and they even accommodated our request to be seated on the ground level. The room was too small, didn't even have a small table, and there was a strong smell. Other than that, everything else was pretty good. You can park in the downstairs parking lot; just tell the front desk and they'll swipe a card for you.

The location of the hotel is not very convenient, but for the price, the quality of the hotel is excellent. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are spacious. Slippers are also provided, which is quite rare for hotels in Europe.

I had room 912 this had a fabulous view. My only slight negative was the table and bedsides were dust but apart from that it was fantastic.
