Excellent stay in the heart of Frankfurt!
The hotel is located right in the heart of the Zeil area — perfect for getting around and very convenient for transportation to and from the airport.
The lady at the reception was extremely kind and professional, making me feel very welcome.
The room was spotless, warm, and comfortable, with clean linens and a tidy bathroom with plenty of hot water.
The view from the balcony was beautiful and really added to the experience.
A great place to stay — I highly recommend it!

The location is great, and the room is quite clean. Being close to the train station is a definite plus. The price is also quite good. There's a McDonald's nearby downstairs that opens at 7 AM, so breakfast is also sorted there.

I booked at this hotel, then I wanted to change the room, so the department decided to deduct the initial reservation amount, then increase the price for the second reservation, and they refused to return the amount for the first reservation.
I would never recommend a breakfast buffet, it's really normal.

Stayed at this hotel recently and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.
The room was not clean upon check-in. The toilet was visibly dirty, there was no soap provided, and no towels in the room. The bed linen had visible hair, which raised serious concerns about cleanliness and hygiene.
The shower cabin was extremely small and uncomfortable to use, barely enough space for one person.
I contacted the front desk and asked for a room change due to the condition of the room. The staff refused and explained that I had booked a “cheap room” and that this was the best option available for me.
I understand that budget rooms may be simple, but basic cleanliness, hygiene, and essential items like soap and towels should be standard in any hotel.
Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this place.

This hotel has a very central location to Frankfurt, about a 5 minute walk from the nearest train stop.
The breakfast was decent enough with options for vegans as well.
However, the room itself was not very pleasant. The carpet was stained horribly, there was a hole in the bathroom door, no way to control the heating and worst of all really bad noise pollution.
From our room we could hear people coming up the stairs, opening doors and talking as if they were in the same room. Worst of all if any neighbours used a tap or a toilet it made a horrible hissing sound in our room.

Great cost-benefit for a prime location. Rooms are cosy and clean. Bathroom a bit to tight to get into. Fast check-in and check-out. A bit noisy, as you can hear furniture drag on the top floor or the cleaning staff in the next room.

My first time in Germany, I arrived in Frankfurt and stayed at this hotel. I had a great time here because the location is convenient, the front desk is super friendly and helpful, and the room was cozy. This is a good hotel, and I recommend it to anyone who is interested in the Frankfurt area.

Good hotel. Nice large room. Bed is comfortable. Shower hot and bathroom good size. Kettle is good too.
The minibar (fridge) was useless and did not keep any drinks colder than having them outside. Would like to see a proper mini cooler there so can keep water cold etc.
Building work next door and outside skip could be a problem.

Good location walking distance to the Zeil and S Bahn station. Neighboring restaurants and Imbiss just opposite the hotel. A little stuffy during the warm month with no fan provided. A little noisy by cars and people talking loudly on the street.
