I could not find any problem which some other commenters complained about. Everything was fine. Performance price ratio is quite high. Location is great, room was clean. The only issue might be the noise coming from the next door.

I was charged a tariff for one extra day upon early check in. This is crazy. This is for the first time any hotel has done this to me. Highly disappointed. This hotel is NOT RECOMMENDED.

Was concerned after reading reviews but have only had a few small issues -yes the hotel is old but they are making improvements- the new bar area is nice but lacks atmosphere-staff don’t really seam interested in their jobs couldn’t get more teabags ! As a diamond loyalty member we had no recognition-let’s see what happens when we ask for late check out !

I do NOT recommend this hotel unless you really have no choice according to your budget. Rooms are not clean and the carpet is disgusting. Luckily there was no bed bugs in our room as others said but having that issue as a concern the whole night doesn't worth paying a cheap price at all. So try to search more and find better hotels.

Concerned about reviews but genuinely couldn’t fault this place other than the fact it’s in a slightly shady area by the main station. Receptionist on check in wasn’t particularly friendly but a different employee on check out was. Rooms are spacious, bed linen really clean. A bit of street noise but it calms down after midnight. We paid £78 for a triple room so it was very good value for money.

Here for one night.
First, the neighborhood is what it is. Drug use, lots of police, general filth, a hearty red light district.
However a few blocks after that everything is clean and tidy. It’s just city life. Is the hotel to blame for this? No. Does the inside of the hotel look like this? No.
There is also a restaurant district, so it is what it is.

The rooms are small but adequate (it is a single room). The shower was fine.
Breakfast is next door in the Lebanese restaurant.
In my room the air worked fine, everything was clean.
Honestly this is a fine hotel. I wouldn’t come here with my family, but if I have to travel for business again in the area I’d consider staying here.

The location of the hotel is a plus and a minus at the same time. Really close to anything in the centre, but also it is not the safest area.
The single room is really narrow, so anyone more chubby might find it claustrophobic.
I ordered some food from UberEats and unfortunately, courier didn't bring me a fork. I asked in the restaurant where guests eat breakfasts can I borrow one, or if at least they have plastic ones. Lady straight away hesitated to give me any help, not really helpful staff. Breakfasts are ok.

I couldn't get that excited about my stay, room was a bit on the small side but it was clean, on a number of occasions I believe I could hear mice in the wall's.
The staff where very good and helped out where needed.
The bathroom was small but the shower is great, good pressure and plenty of hot water. It it's close to the railway station, the area around the station and hotel is not the best.
Breakfast was OK, nothing special and not a huge verity but the machine made a good coffee.
In my honest opinion I would probably not return to this hotel, it's not a bad place I would just prefer to not be in the area of the train station.

Was at your hotel on 7/17/22, check-in ok. Had appointments on the same day shortly afterwards, the shower didn't work or the water pressure and no warm water. I reported it. Same problem again in the morning. When checking out very unfriendly at the counter; Indian descent beard black hair and glasses (11:20).Tip from me-Should be subjectively nice in the neighborhood. NEGATIVE VISIT .
