Very comfortable stay.

location is directly opposite Skyline Plaza so was very convenient. Festhalle/messe hbf was just a short 3-4mins walk away. Area around the hotel is safe, bed was also comfortable.

Not too bad.

Rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. Gym was small but sufficient. Breakfast is good.

Conveniently located to skyline mall which has a food court and restaurant. And a short walk to take the tram or tube to the city.

The rooms and the location were really perfect.
However I was super disappointed by the service. First of all, I was not given any information about the hotel, the location or breakfast/restaurant which was rather disappointing. Next I tried taking a shower in the room but the bathtub pull was broken it was 2 am so I knew that calling reception wasn’t an option. In the morning when I explained this matter to the receptionist at check-out he just said ‘Ok I will give this information to our team! I didn’t even get an apology which was really disappointing for a 4 star hotel.

It is summer now in Frankfurt and it's hot and humid. I checked in the rooms and found out that the air conditioning is not working well and it's not cool in the room. They gave me a stand fan in the room as an alternative. But it's still not cool in the room even with the fan blowing. I have checked in the same hotel a few 4 mths back and it's the same problems with the hotel air conditioning system. I feel that the hotel does not make an attempt to even repair and service their or conditioning system. Totally disappointed with the hotel.

The trip was great. Very tasty breakfasts and a great location of the hotel.

Overall, a good stay, but the cleanliness of the toilet could have been much better and was below acceptable standards .
I don’t know why, but our room key card was blocked three times, requiring us to wait each time for it to be unlocked again.
Additionally, the parking was very expensive at 45 euros per night.

Room was spacious and comfortable but the duvet was single size. Located just opposite a mall but need to walk 8mins to the main train station. Breakfast spread was decent but at 1030am sharp the staff cleared my table without asking even though my food was obviously untouched. Other restaurants would clear their buffet spread but let patrons continue eating so this was quite shocking to me. It is very rude and unacceptable to chase patrons away.

The good: location near the trade fair, accessibility from the main train station and the breakfast.

The less good: the shower head was corroded, there was no shower gel in the container and the towels are just cheap and thin.
