There are many homeless people in this neighborhood. Most of the time, they won't bother you, but if you travel late at night, it's best to be cautious. Overall, it was a good experience for me

Window was open for good air but a bit noisy. Surrounding people were very respectful and quiet. I ve appreciated this a million. It seems there are some pay-locker downstairs. I slept with my carry on luggage

The hotel is right next to the home stadium of the Frankfurt football team. It is very quiet on days when there are no games, with few people around

A small recommendation: if you a have suitcase, go from the station the right way; the way starting straight (which Google maps shows as a best option) is leading through the forest and paths can be quite muddy, I would definitely recommend this hotel for the business meetings/conferences as it has very good meeting/conference facilities with great coffee breaks

The windows when closed blocks off the noise from the street. Only negative is the AC (air conditioning) was not turned on, so we had to keep the window open till we go to sleep
