The location is best. 2 min walk to the entrance next to platform 1. 4-5 mins to a laundry shop, which even opens on Sunday. 6-7 mins to a small REWE.
The staff is very kind and helpful. The fried rice during breakfast is very tasty (a bit spicy)!

Me and my friend saw the hotel and went to the reception. We were poorly serviced by an indian woman with red lipstick. We are not coming back, hope that the management team dont leave her working there for too long. We are upset.

The room size was okay, and it even had a small refrigerator. I stayed in a connecting room, which ensured personal space while still being convenient. The bread for breakfast was nicely toasted, and the boiled eggs were excellent. The ham, fruit, and juice were all good. It's located right behind the main train station, a great location. Highly recommended.

Free Wi-Fi is available at the front desk with an account number. City tax requires cash, which is a little inconvenient.

Good value for the money, but that's it. Broken door lock, soggy breakfast, wrong receipts and making up a quick surcharge for me when realizing I'm in need by the owner.

The hotel has a convenient location near the main train station and offers spacious. However, the service was disappointing — the front desk staff were unprofessional and unfriendly. My first room had a bad odor and a malfunctioning air conditioner. Although I reported it, the response was slow and unhelpful, and I had to wait for a technician before getting a new room. The second room was better but still not thoroughly cleaned; I found a stained towel and some trash under the bed. The sauna was not ready at the requested time, and breakfast was average. Overall, the hotel has potential but needs improvements in service and cleanliness.

The check-in experience was terrible. I spent 50 minutes at the front desk because my key card was broken, and I couldn't get into my room. There was too much paperwork, which was a huge waste of time. Despite the front desk staff's efforts, it still took far too long!

Very bad experience
I stayed at this hotel recently and it was a very disappointing experience.

The breakfast served was extremely poor – the food was clearly old, cold, and tasted stale. It seemed like it had been prepared the previous day or even earlier. Hygiene was clearly not a priority.

The room was no better. It was dirty when I arrived — the bedsheets had stains, the bathroom was not properly cleaned, and there was a constant bad smell in the room. The furniture was old and damaged, and overall, the room felt very poorly maintained.

Don’t stay here at all.I visited this hotel recently and was very disappointed with the breakfast. The food looked old and stale, and the taste was even worse. It did not seem fresh at all. I expected better quality and hygiene from a hotel. Definitely not worth it for the price they charge. The room was also very bad. It was not clean, the bedsheets and towels looked dirty, and the overall condition of the room was poor. Please stay any other hotel in frankfurt instead of Grand hotel.

The facilities are too old. For sure it is not a 4-star hotel. It seems that everything remained in the 80s. The ceiling in the restaurant was dripping water, the bathroom was dirty and the walls in the room were dirty. There was a locked door in the middle of the room that was connected with the room next door. Very dirty, bad location lots of drunk people and people smoking weed. Would not recommend it to anyone.

We had to stay at this wonderful hotel because of a missed connection. The staff at reception is not the friendliest.

The look and feel of the hotel screams a need for renovation. There's really nothing "grand" about anything. The rooms had a smell to them and were generally ""ok"" but definitely not an 4star experience.

No privacy when showering, no ventilation in the bathroom, no sound insulation at all (we could hear our neighbors), and the carpeting on the floor doesn't necessarily give off "clean" vibes.

Unless absolutely necessary I would not book here.
