It's just ok. Rooms felt tired with minimal amenities, same with the rest of the hotel. Service was ok and receptionist was polite but didn't feel friendly. WiFi situation not good either.

Hotel was great. Middle of everything. But room was not cleaned..same hairs and dust on the floor after 5 days..and it was dirty when i went there. Staff was supernice. 🫶🏻

I used the hotel while at a conference. It was easy to get to subway and back. I felt safe walking home late at night. Room had everything I needed. It was perfect for me

Nice clean rooms with plenty of space, comfortable beds, great bathroom. Perfect for that price. air-conditioning worked very well too.
Staff was very friendly.

It is decent.
Overall it was good, the placement is good and the staff was good. They helped us with parking in their garage that is just outside. The downside was that it was 30 degrees and we couldent get the room temperatur down so we had aprox the same outside temperatur inside, was hard too cool off when going too sleep.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a short trip. The room was okay—clean and functional—but nothing particularly stood out. It had all the basic amenities you'd expect, but there wasn’t much in the way of charm or added comfort. If you're just looking for a place to sleep, it does the job, but don’t expect anything luxurious or memorable.

This was a very nice hotel with very good customer service and staff that were always smiling. It was a very enjoyable stay.

The location from the hotel to the main attractions is perfect. You can reach Old Town and the Rhine river in about 5 minutes. The Cathedral and train station was about a 12-15 minute walk. I definitely enjoyed my stay at this property. The staff were very friendly, especially the gentleman working the front desk. The room was really clean and the neighborhood was quiet.Thanks for a great stay!
