A magical hotel. We checked in before 15:00 completely free of charge. The rooms are clean, the linens are crisp white, and the rooms are beautifully decorated with designer touches. The location is perfect, very convenient, close to the train station, attractions, and the waterfront. The view from the window is lovely. The multi-level lighting is lovely! The only downside is that since we're from Russia and our cards aren't accepted, we had trouble paying the 4.50 euro tax. Luckily, another guest helped us pay with his card, but otherwise, we probably wouldn't have been able to check us in.

Our employee said the hotel was not good. Upon arrival, they couldn't find their booking. The room was too small, the bed was worn out, there was drug dealing in the park the window overlooked, and there was noise pollution from the train.

Facilities: Fair enough for normal use.
Environment: Very close to Cologne Cathedral, just a short walk away. The price is reasonable. While it might not be comfortable for a longer stay, it's a good option for a one-day stay in Cologne.
Service: Excellent service, including luggage storage.

The location is OK, just a 10-minute walk from Cologne Central Station.
But the room is very small and the facilities are poor, it's not worth the price

The experience was not good. There were seven or eight steps after the elevator came up, which was not friendly for carrying a large suitcase. The room was too small, and the corner of the ceiling was slanted, which was very depressing. The air conditioner was inside the curtains, and the air conditioner was blocked tightly when the curtains were drawn at night. The design of the shampoo and shower gel bottle was particularly useless, and only a small drop could be pressed out at a time. The most important thing was that there was only one network bar after arriving in the room, and more often there was no network at all, and the wifi could not be connected at all. It was a very bad experience
