One of the nicest locations in the center of Cologne. Comfortable room with a amazing chair/sculpture. Beautiful view of the Basilica of St. Gereon and plaza from my window. Excellent restaurant adjacent, La Fonda. Stunning Chapel/Photography gallery just next door. I really enjoyed my stay.

A warm welcome on arrival by the receptionist man, very attentive and polite. The blonde receptionist lady was also nice. The lobby, the salon and the staircase are beautiful while preserving the style of the old monastery. The walls of this place were oozing history. Room was spacious and good-looking. There is also an old chapel tuned into an art gallery and a church open for visitors in the same yard with the monastery hotel. The hotel is hidden on a quiet yard, close to aqueduct and Belgian quarter, not far from the main shopping street. 15 minutes walk to the Dom and 10 minutes walk to the U-bahn station.

Incredible. Stunning and extraordinary location to experience Köln. I stayed in the venerable Salon Suite and I cannot extrapolate the beauty of this room with words. Next level. Best hotel room I’ve ever had. The breakfast was simple but lovely and fresh. The help was courteous, kind and warm. Loved every minute.

I had a wonderful stay at the Qvest Hideaway Hotel! I have a passion for interior design and architecture, and The Qvest Hotel was a visual experience! And the photography on the walls are stunning. I will stay here again. The best breakfast and coffee I had in Germany.

The architecture of the hotel is stunning that flows through the interior of this building. Set in a quiet square nestled just a ten minute walk from the centre of cologne.

What a find! Loved this gem of a hotel. Beautiful conversion from an historic building. Excellent service from a team that really cares about the guest experience. Great location to walk almost anywhere within 30 minutes. You need to embrace the quirkiness of a hotel “fitting into” the former Köln Central Archive Building.
