We were here for the first time and not the last time.
It always annoyed me to do wellness and then have to get dressed again and go home. Great idea with wellness in the room. The whirlpool is a dream, the bed is super comfortable and the furnishings are super nice. You have to go through a hallway to get to the hotel, but if that bothers you, you have some problems 😂
We enjoyed it very much and are looking forward to the next time :)

Worst room , worst personal, don t recommend this hotel. They don’t change the towel in 4 days… In the room there is no phone signal. If you want to make a phone call you have to go out ….. I asked to change the room and they told me that someone will call me next day. No calls from them . The girl of the reception was very rude

This time it was a real failure. Already booked but in the other property.
This object looked very frightening when entering the building. 30 mailboxes and 30 bells... when you enter the apartment, the reception is in the middle of the hallway.
And now.. I had verifiably booked room 3. Showed it on site. But we were given room one. The room didn't look inviting. I asked if we could swap rooms because we had booked room 3. Then I should call the boss and clarify it. We were supposed to get room three but had to pay extra. I did this too. .. They just wanted to make the best of it and save the evening. There was no empathy from the boss.
From the balcony it only smelled like gastronomy because the kitchens of the restaurants were behind it!
Unfortunately, that was sobering and when you pay so much money, you expect more understanding and accommodation.
1st Floor on Neusserstr., never again.

Hottub was very nice. The con was it makes alot of noice inside the tub. The welcoming can be better. Other than that everything was very nice

We stayed in a deluxe room with a whirlpool from Sunday to Monday. We really regretted not booking a second night right away. We felt absolutely at home. The marathon was taking place in Cologne on Sunday. We received an email the day before informing us of road closures and alternative parking options. This was really forward-thinking and worked out smoothly. Great service. At first, we were a little worried that it might be noisy in the room, as the hotel was on the busy Marathon Street, but we didn't notice any noise, and we couldn't hear our neighbors either. Our balcony faced the backyard. From here, we could watch the sunset in our bathrobes and relax in the fresh air. Outside the hotel, you'll find dining options on every corner. The whirlpool was a dream. There was air conditioning in the room, which was really needed, as the room heats up from the pool. With air conditioning, it wasn't a problem at all. We were very pleased with the little touches, like the coffee machine in the room, the water, and the sweets. The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable. We slept wonderfully. One small suggestion for improvement would have been a clock in the room, as you lose track of time in the pool and suddenly it's 11 p.m. The lighting in the bathroom was a bit dim, especially for the ladies putting on makeup. But that's really nitpicking. We'll definitely be back, and for several nights.

We reserved the room for today and unfortunately didn't look right and reserved that wrong.
Rebooking possible without problems and very accommodating.
I can only recommend clean and friendly.

Employee very courteous and friendly. Room wasn't great. Shower was way too small and the jacuzzi was with its back to the TV and right in front of the bed. Very strong smell of chlorine. We had to keep the window open all night. Got a sore throat from it. Don't think we'll be back.
