Cute little hotel very close to the Köln Hbf. We had a double room with a private bath, and it was just what we needed - cozy, well-maintained, and a comfy bed. As for the wi-fi, well, you get what you pay for - it was slow and the signal was inconsistent. Ended up just using cell data to map out our route for the day. Since that was the worst thing that happened, I'd say it was a great stay!

The facade of the hotel already looks nice, and it absolutely keeps its promises. Both receptionists I met were very nice and helpful. I loved that one has to ring the doorbell to be let in as it made me feel safe. My room and bathroom were absolutely spotless. I booked a single room and it turned out to look just like displayed in the photos. I was lucky to have gotten a room on the top floor because I had access to a shared but private balcony that was perfect for sunrises and sunsets. Surprised to see such a low average score. OK its a bit out of the centre and not easiest to find but after that the room was great! Fully heated and cleaned each day and once you get your bearings it's a great value place to stay. Would have no problems returning!

From the outside it does not look that good and tidy but uts very modern on the inside. The rooms are just big enough and everything is very tidy and clean.

Always read the small print. Check in done at another hotel nearby. This hotel is unattended by staff. Can't point my finger on anything good or bad about this place, but there is no doubt it's budget. Then back again at the check in place for breakfast.

It was so hot that I couldn't sleep all night.

The hotel was a new concept SMARTY hotel, simple and clean. At first, the space between rooms was like a maze, but I soon got used to it. The toiletries in the bathroom and the room were all necessary and well-organized. When Asians stay in the winter, they need to have the sense to ask for an extra blanket. The manager, who is from Ukraine, was very kind and resolved the guests' concerns well.

Great overall, loved the remote check in, there was a lot of road noise and the corridor very echoey when people were talking but still managed a good sleep. Well equipped room and an easy 35 minute walk to the airport ( 4am walk was pleasant enough for anyone struggling with the lack of public transport at that time of the morning )

It's cheap, friendly staff, clean and a nice allround hotel. Only disadvantage is thr location, it's a 15 minute walke on a very uncomfortable road to the nearest bus and the industrial terrain besides the hotel isn't very nice either.

Check in, checkout : great. The keys are provided with locker box and you receive it's code on email. Cleanliness : great. Kitchen : great. Location : not so good. Wesseling Nord is the nearer station, that being outside Köln zone. Also Google Maps do not show the stairs to cross the bridge on the way from station to to hotel.

Good priced hotel and the room was great with a shared kitchen that was good to have. Very friendly helpful host. The location is a bit out of the way so you need a car or Uber. If you come bring train Wesseling Nord is a 20 minutes walk along a straight road.

The staff were very generous, they always had a positive attitude. Great for long-term stay though you need to walk a little to get to the nearest train stop. The shared kitchen is open all the time. The rooms were quiet, so were the surroundings of the building.

Well... it's good for a night or two. It was OK for the price I payed. It's clean but not up to date. The mattress is unbelievably soft. Was expecting one of the design rooms like my booking was for a design double room. Didn't get that, nothing bad about it but it was just a standard one. Bed was rock solid and cramped into a corner but did the job. Great location. Great price. Receptionists were lovely and welcoming and felt safe.

Very basic place, small but relatively cheap. Bring your own toiletries and earplugs as it was noisy on a Saturday night outside.

My husband and I visited this hotel while on a cycle trip across Europe. We had a nice big room. It has everything you need, hairdryer, tv also a coffee machine. Location was good, close to restaurants shops, bars etc. Breakfast was good. The management was friendly. We slept well.

Hotel and reception have a seperate entrance. No lift but but that is not serious problem for a small family run hotel.

Good affordable hotel about a fifteen minute walk from the center of Cologne. Clean renovated rooms. With good beds. There is no elevator to that hasn't been a problem for me. Breakfast is simple but tasty. You can park near the hotel in one of the parking lots on the banks of the Rhine.

The 4th floor penthouse is a nice view but quite a hike up tight stairwells. The ceilings are low and I had to keep ducking (6ft). It had a patio/balcony area. But otherwise didn't offer much..for what it was too expensive.

We booked an apartment with wifi When we arrived the lady showed us the apartment across the street two stairs up, no elevator, no wifi and it was not an apartment but a very simple outdated hotelroom.
