Incredible. Stunning and extraordinary location to experience Köln. I stayed in the venerable Salon Suite and I cannot extrapolate the beauty of this room with words. Next level. I only stayed one night. The hotel staff was polite, helpful and they are 24/7. The location is perfect, especially if you stop to fly from Köln airport, it's just 3.50€ from Köln hbf. The rooms were clean and fully functional, but as others say, the furniture and carpet are dated.

A very clean hotel with an excellent staff. Breakfast was quite good and offered many different options. The only complaint I have is that the beds were extremely hard. This is a personal preference and the bed firmness might be suitable for others. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.

The hotel is right next to Cologne Central Station and very close to Cologne Cathedral. We arrived early, dropped off our luggage, and went to explore the city. The room was spacious, and they even gave us two bottles of water, which was a nice touch!

The hotel is right next to Cologne Central Station; you step out and it's there. From the room, you can see Cologne Cathedral, allowing you to fully experience Cologne day and night. Lovely, quiet location right by the river. Local shops are a 5 mins walk away. Nice breakfast set-up where you can sit inside, or outside on a lovely balcony with a few tables.

The lady at reception was very nice; she prepared the room beautifully. I had asked her to do this because my husband's birthday was the next day. She prepared everything with such care and attention, and then explained everything to us. That's what I call service. The room is lovely, and the bed is comfortable.

Perfectly serviceable and in a central location but the room was very basic and entry was via a door to an outside corridor.

We stayed at the premises for a night. The premises are quite cheap and easy-to-find, just in one of the central busy streets. They have round the clock check-in desk. Good hotel, everything was up to the usual standard for this chain. I was especially pleased that breakfast on January 1st was extended until 12 PM.

The room was decent. The environment and facilities were pretty average, but the location was quite convenient, close to the highway. The outdoor parking lot in front was quite large, but they charge 15 euros per night for parking, which I personally find a bit unreasonable.

Decent price for this kind of hotel, clean rooms, efficient service, big bathrooms, soft beds, gets a bit hot in the summer. The hotel has a kitchen and washing areas, so that provides some advantages against other places for longer visits, i recommend registering on their site for a better register process

Walking distance from the train station so very conveniently located and not too far to drag our luggage. It was quirky in that there were no keys you had to input your last name into a kiosk and then it gave you a code for the front door and a different one for your room. We were on the fourth floor. The reality was not at all what was advertised online. I arrived at the hotel and the reception area was quite run down and was not the actual location of my room. There was not a hotel but rather a boarding house self-entry building four blocks away.

The place was pretty neat to live in. The room was mostly clean, the bed was also decent. Most of the sights are located not too far from the hotel. There are also many restaurants in the vicinity. The view from our room was pretty average for a city.

Conveniently located near Barbarossa Platz tram lines. 4 stop from the Central Station. Room was compact but modern and well appointed. Funky abd pleasant lobby. I was able to park my bike in the secured garage.

I traveled alone, the small room is good for 1-2 nights, but longer term I advise take take the bigger room. I appreciate for the dedicated EV charger, 22kW 2 stands, for fee but parking is free. Breakfast is buffet, coffee is good.

Perfect room. Comfy bed. However... our privacy was disrupted during our first day when other guests got into our room using the same key. I suppose this happens because all the rooms on the same floor have the same key, since the key also opens the middle hallway door that goes to the rooms. Also, Saturday night was very noisy due to the pub downstairs.

An absolute must if you want to experience the Kölsche culture, locals, food. Bier is the best and made in-house. Food is typical Cologne culture and amazing. We would have loved to be able to try the entire menu. Service is excellent and food is fast. Our hotel room was upstairs. Lovely room and very convenient. Located in great area, there's a great pub downstairs where you can get a free Bier, good German food and nice welcoming from the bartender. Only 2 tram-stops away from Koelnmesse. Room is spacious, well-refurbished and well-organized. Perfect for both business trip and sightseeing. Definitely will come back to this place.

Located at very strategic location. Walking distance to the main tourist attraction. Many food choices are nearby. The hotel also provides free pastry and coffee in the morning. Only downside, we only realise there is a 50% discount with selected parking garage after parked our car and checked in. This is important information that should be mentioned on the website.

The service in the hotel is good. The location faces the Rhine River and the scenery is great when the weather is clear. There is a restaurant and pub downstairs, but it is a bit noisy in the middle of the night. It is a fly in the ointment.

It is decent. Overall it was good, the placement is good and the staff was good. They helped us with parking in their garage that is just outside. The downside was that it was 30 degrees and we couldent get the room temperatur down so we had aprox the same outside temperatur inside, was hard too cool off when going too sleep.

The room is the size of a normal budget hotel, with sufficient heating and windows that cannot be opened. Disposable toothbrushes and slippers are not provided as is common in Europe, so you need to bring your own. The hotel was basic, very dated no thrills and spills. Basically you got what you paid for but my deal was promoted and I would not have been happy to have paid more. Staff, ok and location was good but I would not recommend it for a special occasion.

My husband and I stayed for one night to watch the Germany vs. Northern Ireland match in the World Cup qualification. Overall, the experience was good, except for the cleaning staff who entered our room twice before we checked out.

Because we were traveling by car, we booked this hotel for the convenience of parking. The location is a bit remote. We took a taxi to the city center. We needed to fill out a form manually to check in, which was a bit slow. There was no elevator in the room.

First of all the room was clean and big. And the beds were comfortable. Unfortunately, as stated multiple times in other reviews, there is a wedding/party venue right next door with a lot of people and loud noise.
