We had a great stay and we enjoyed some drinks at the hotel restaurant.

Nice rooms, good breakfast, and the sauna was a nice bonus; oh yes, the coffee machine and the small refrigerator in the room were also very good.

Comfortable, you can take the breakfast there, or go outside, there is a baker at the corner, very nice, the room is nice and clean. You can use fitness studio and Sauna in hotel, it's free. There are trams line 1, 7 and 13 near the hotel. To center 15 min.

We had a good stay at Ameron . Before our stay we were offered an upgrade including parking. It was definitely worth the extra cost. The view was amazing looking out over Köln. Good value for money. A bit outside of the city centre but nice and calm. Also close to the freeway

You get what you pay for, I guess. The room was tiny, but for this price, that's to be expected. At least with a chain hotel, you get peace of mind.

The room is big and clean. It is a must-stay every time I go on a business trip. The scenery outside the room is very beautiful. You can see the Cologne Cathedral. It is recommended to stay here. It is a little far from the city.

Laid back hotel, with expectational service. The rooms are nice and big. Washroom's a big plus. Wish they could've had a little refrigerator in the room. All in all, loved the stay and would 100% recommend.

Fine hotel. interior is very outdated and the windows are not friendly. the bed is small but comfortable. i am 1.96 but to big for the bed. the bathroom is renewed and excelllent state. breakfast is big only the view,is,blocked of the nice lake by many trees and bushes.

Although the location is a bit far from the city center, the environment is very beautiful. It seems like there is a forest around it. It is especially popular with retired people who want to take a walk after breakfast and another walk after dinner.

Located in the suburbs of Cologne, not far from the city center, the transportation is relatively convenient. The main reason is that the surrounding environment of the hotel is very good, with a large forest, lush and green, walking around and looking around, the mood is also comfortable, the breakfast is relatively average.

Hotel is located at other side of Rihn river, opposite to Cathedral and train station but is less than 20 minutes passing close to Kolm view building. It is a nice walk, crossing Koln know steel bolted bridge watching Cathedral and train station. Hotel is nice and complete for its range and price. It has a nice and safe sub-parking. There is a Budge Ibis Hotel close to this Ibis.

Very overpriced hotel, you get average economy class hotel, but you are paying like for a lower class hotel. So it's my only pretension, location is good, hotel has a underground parking (also not cheap 19 eur for 24 hours), workers were polite, rom was cleaned every day. Will i return to this hotel again? May be, if I wont find something cheaper.

General Impression The location right next to koelnmesse entrance east is great. The staff was friendly. While not 100% quiet, you did not hear other guests too much. Cleanliness Could have been better. There was shower gel residue on the shower walls, and I managed to catch a massive amount of dust with one of my shirts somehow - I believe from under the bathroom mirror, as I laid it on the sink...

Had a wonderful stay at Best Western Plus Hotel. Service is excellent and amenities are 5 star. Bathrobes, towels, slippers, and toiletries are all excellent qualities. Small refrigerator is full of sparkling water bottles, soft drinks and chocolates and all free to consume. Plus Coffee machine with 4 or 5 types of coffee flavors complete with milk or creamer, and also different tea sachets, and chips...

1. The location is a bit far from the city center, which may not be ideal if you plan to explore the downtown area frequently. 2. Check-in is only available after 3:00 PM, which felt a bit inconvenient. 3. The service was just average — staff were not particularly warm or welcoming.

Probably last time i'll go to this hotel. You can park your car on site for.... 24€.... I took the car and parked on the street for 5€. Sauna only open from 17h to 22h....and you need to pay for it 9.50€... All these things were not mentioned. There is like a self checkin, which is fast but nothing personal. Check out is on a computer that works half, so a staff member needs to stay next to that computer...

This hotel is very new and well-equipped. It is a very cost-effective hotel in Europe. The transportation is convenient overall, but if you use public transportation, you should be careful when you come back at night. You will pass a very dark park. Location, room, service, and breakfast were all excellent. Unfortunately, the elevator in the guesthouse was out of order. I was immediately offered a luggage service and free entry to the sauna, which I thought was very thoughtful. The breakfast is superb. A wide variety of dishes and extras, such as waffle batter for making your own. The room was very large and well-equipped.

I stayed in the annex hotel not  main hotel booking and would have been a better experience as I had to cross the street  to go to the hotel restaurant for breakfast. Really good customer service. Sauna &pool awesome. Breakfast awesome.

The hotel is a bit far from Cologne Central Station. While access to tourist attractions isn't great, it's close to the subway station. Being away from the city center means it's very quiet at night. The room had almost no amenities, but I was able to borrow a kettle, plates, and forks from the front desk. The room itself was very clean.

It's the only hotel Ive been in Europe that doesn't have a kettle and even a free coffee sachet 😞

If you want any disposable items, you need to ask for them on the reception, also extra 50 euros for a deposit from credit card. Stayed with family before Christmas, it was quiet, walking distance from the centre and public transport outside the hotel. Big choice of breakfast and the room we stayed in was big for all of us.

Perfect if you are driving or passing by. The hotel is stylish and spacious. Service is great. Not idea for families or with kids. You do need to venture out to get into town via tram. It's okay to stay here while attending an exhibition

The best part of the stay was the desk attendants ( Olga and Constance). They did everything they could to make the stay the best it could be.  Overall the room was way overpriced for what it offered. The room was lacking many of the standard amenities that other hotels offer. Even to the point you have to request room cleaning and hope to get it. Stayed for 2 nights while in Cologne, check in was very pleasant and staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and big enough , shower room was also very clean. It took me around 15 mins to walk from the station to the hotel which was all on the same level. Great location only 200yds from river and 5-10min walk to bars and restaurants. the AC in my room wasn't working properly. it was super hot! even the temperature in the hallway was cooler. I talked to the receptionist on the first night and he said it's expected given the type of AC they had wasn't a "strong AC" and even if they had given me a room change, the issue most likely would persist. I stayed 3 nights there, and every night was miserable.

stayed in spacious comfort room for weekend. comes with complimentary minibar that means 2 beers and two bottles of water. hotel is nice and clean, staff speaks good english and lobby kiosk is open pretty much 24/7. will stay again if coming to same event in Köln.

I stay here every year during the Cologne Exhibition. The transportation is convenient and there is a Lidl supermarket next to it. The only drawback is that there is not much food nearby.

Spa was very nice, wasn’t prepared for the naked sauna’s though as wasn’t sure whether signage meant swimwear was optional or not allowed, probably an English thing, so avoided. Naked people wasn’t a problem to us but families with children should probably be made more aware.

They should change all their bed mattresses as they are old and cause very bad back pain. We told them about this issue, but they did nothing to solve it.
