We loved all the modern check in and access to the room via your phone, smooth and easy. Cool shower and room, good location and nice breakfast options

clean and modern rooms. There was no front desk to ask questions to. They did have a happy hour with beer and soft drinks. There was a train stop close by, not sure of the name and the restaurants were walking distance. I felt that the location wasn't ideal but we learned our way around.

Very nice and convenient location, close to the subway and within a pleasant walking distance to the city center. I would just suggest improving the soap and shampoo in the rooms and making the automatic doors a bit quieter.

Good value for money, good location (5 min walk from tram stop 7) which goes directly into town, relatively clean.

Comfortable Ibis budget hotel with convenient location for the motorway. Breakfast was simple but nice and staff were welcoming. The location is surrounded by car retailers and industrial type units but there are a variety of fast food and better restaurants within a mile. Rooms were a bit hot bit beds were comfortable and very clean.

It is a good hotel. I had everything I needed. Very clean and cool design. But not very close to the center.

The hotel itself is new and nice. However, i didn't like 4 things: - the location is far away from the city centre. - the parking is very expensive! - the pillows were too high and uncomfortable for me. - no fridge in the room.

This was our first time at the Moxy and we were absolutely thrilled. The decor is fantastic, with great rooms, a lovely bar, and very friendly staff.

There is no problem with German hotels, they are basically very good

The hotel is just a few stops away from Deutz station on the 4 or 14 lines. Parking is available at the hotel or nearby. The rooms were very clean and functionally furnished. The beds were excellent. Check-in/check-out was very quick and friendly. Highly recommended, especially for concerts at the Palladium or E-Werk.

I had a lovely stay at Hotel Ludwig. The room was very clean and the service is excellent!

The location is perfect, checking in and accessibility are not a problem. The surroundings are a bit marginal, cleanliness so-so. The rooms are functionally furnished. An alternative to the three-star standard, but unfortunately with some drawbacks.

Not your typical hotel. There's no staff in case you have a question, or need something. You are provided with sparse amounts of Soap, towels, blankets, and had just one pillow. Decent sized room, and the bed was comfortable.

Prima accommodatie. Is even zoeken waar de ingang is. Wordt niet met een bordje of iets aangegeven. Ingang is bij de Unicenter op de hoek van het gebouw. Je moet de receptie/doorman vragen om deur te openen naar de liften/ingang van het hotel. Verder ging het inchecken met de machine prima. Kamer was ruim en netjes. Tram opstapplaats is aan de overkant en makkelijk te nemen.

Lovely place to stay, the rooms are just perfect, it feels like they thought of everything when planning them. All rooms are studio apartments with kitchenette area(fridge, stove, oven). Staff is very friendly too.

Room clean but the size of the room with the bathroom which is in my opinion a mistake is ok for a quick night ok for a longer trip I do not recommend

Rooms kinda small and not very good smell inside. Otherwise inline with the expectations, fast access from the motorway, at the outskirts of Koeln City.

Booking this hotel, we didn’t have massively high expectations as it’s clearly a budget location. Our experience did match our preconceptions, but the bottom line is it does the job. The room was nice. It was clean, and had enough space for the two of us. The hotel is situated on a loud road outside of central Cologne; if you’re tired this is fine, but the police sirens might become quite annoying...

The main disadvantage of the hotel was internet problem. There was a poor wireless connection in the room and most of the time, the internet was interrupted. Its location is far away from the city center but the public transportation is close to the hotel. The room was clean. Overall, except for internet, this hotel was a good choice.

We stayed for one night and overall experience was good . Breakfast was also nice . Rooms were cozy in winters but their quilt is small if you are with small kid . May be ask for one extra quilt

A very favourable relationship between price and quality level! The bathroom is modern. The bed is very comfortable. The breakfast buffet comprises a grand variety of dishes. The building as such is not modern and may not seem very attractive. However the service is very good. The personnel is friendly and helpful. The hotel is easy to reach by means of Cologne's city trains.

Hotel is generally ok, close to highway. Also pretty ok breakfast for 6€. Just watch out since they don't accept credit cards for amounts less than 150€.

The room was very big and well decorated, the staff was super friendly and helpful with everything! The only thing is that the room didn't had A/C so we struggled a lot with the noise outside because we needed the window open. Was a good experience though

I never miss a stay at this hotel, which, in addition to being less than 2 km from the airport, is also a welcoming and relaxing place. We paid attention to the details of the furnishings, with a high-quality breakfast, and two attentive and very kind managers. The price couldn't be lower.

It's very remote, in a residential area, very quiet. Basically it is a low-cost operation. The facilities are very old. It was supposed to be relatively close to the airport, but road construction has made traveling less convenient. Fortunately it's cheap

Seems to be family-owned small hotel. Despite of the name, restaurant didn't work. Nice lobby but the room is below average even for 3*. Don't see any single reason for 4* for this place. Breakfast is extra but okay. Overall, okay for quick overnight stay but certainly no more.

Amazing location, just around the corner from the cathedral. Beautiful hotel, with very clean, stylish rooms. The staff was amazing, we were checking in after 10 pm and the staff and all instructions ahead, so we could seamlessly check-in. Highly recommend staying here.

We had a lovely diner at Prevôt. Nice people who welcome you, unlike their neighbours. Had some beers and the Salmon and Flamkuchen which were delicious. We stayed all night due to the lovely ambience. Would recommend!

Nice, clean, large room (for a single traveler). Tiny shower! Great breakfast. Underground garage parking for 8 Euros or free street parking on Saturday night and Sunday, if available. Short walk to restaurants & shops. Very friendly & helpful staff.

Lovely hotel where you feel really comfortable.

We happened on this hotel by accident. We were scheduled for another hotel and the booking was confused. We contacted this hotel on line. In spite of the World Cup Games they were able to provide us with a great room overlooking a beautiful garden. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The beds were new and we rested well. There was no air conditioning buy the situation of the room provided...

Very nice and helpful staff. The room was clean even if kind if old. But totally Ok. The position is the best if you are in the city for a cin ern jn the close arena. Its also very convenient to reavh tye city center: just 20 minutes walking distance. The area is full of cafeterias, restaurants and shops.

The hotel was small, the bed was small, the bathroom lacked a separate shower area, leaving the floor wet after showering, and the room floor was slippery. Aside from the cheap price and proximity to the tram stop, I wasn't very satisfied, but the service was acceptable.

Amazing value I would 100% recommend no complaints at all, I was able to enter at 3AM due to our late flight with no problems. Keys are on phones so are very easy. Just the best hotel I could have gone too.

Clean, good sized dorms, lockers available, excellent location to the train station, very easy connection to airport. Great location to city centre/cathedral too. expensive on a Saturday night, but not many other options in Cologne which is a shame as backpackers will likely leave it off their travels because of this. Hand towel and soap as a basic hygiene measure should be provided in dorms please...

As a person who uses hostels a lot, this one was pretty expensive, there were no plugs near the bed so i had to climb off my bed in order to charge my phone, however the place was clean and staff very friendly. Breakfast was a let down seeing that the booking was expensive, it was a normal german breakfast with bread, cheese and cold meat. No hot breakfast.

The place is super clean but overall it’s just poor value for money. Minimum expected things were missing: No soap in the bathrooms, no working wifi, no eggs nor real orange juice in the breakfast. No AC or fan in the room and the window can only be opened a bit, so the room gets too warm (don’t come here in summer). Oh and check out time is too early!

I'm not very often in Hotels - even not in Hotels in the German Federal territory. For a 3 star Hotel I think the rooms (especially the bathroom) are more likely to be very small. For someone with more Wealth is in the shower is a challenge... The bed I have slept in the I, knarxt... is simply outdated already... I then placed the mattress on the floor to sleep then on the ground, it was bearable...

I stayed here while traveling solo around Eastern Europe. The room was clean and simple. However, the entrance hall had a huge horse statue hanging from the ceiling, which was a unique and interesting touch. The hotel is a little far from the station, but I liked the beautiful street it was on.

It was good to stay here, everything was good, location was okay, close the transportation, but one problem was there is no elevator. I recommend to stay here.

The hotel is in a really nice location, everything is clean and proper and you're surrounded by food options while still being calm and cozy at night. there is no airco or fans though so if your stay is in the middle of a heatwave you will be uncomfortable.

This place deserves definitely more than 3 stars. This place has everything you need... Comfy rooms, cozy dinner room, awesome breakfast table :) loving the toppings for the Müsli :) The hotel is close to the airport and offers a shuttle service.
