Great hotel in a quiet neighbourhood. A short walk from the river and an even shorter walk to the nearest tram stop. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Convenient for Lanxess arena Great hotel in quiet residential area so feels very safe. Conveniently located for Lanxes arena which was our primary reason for visiting and is less than 10 minutes away. I traveled alone, the small room is good for 1-2 nights, but longer term I advise take take the bigger room. I appreciate for the dedicated EV charger, 22kW 2 stands, for fee but parking is free. Breakfast is buffet, coffee is good.

The staff was amazingly kind to me. The room was perfect (although a little hot with no AC). Thankfully they were thoughtful enough to provide a fan for the room! Location was idea, beds very comfortable and lots of space. Location was perfect for a city break. However the shower temperature was temperamental and the towels were as rough as sandpaper.

It was an ok room, but it had a strong sewage smell. We were also on the first level but it felt like a basement level. We saw very few people in the hotel and it is a pretty large one so we had the impression we could have been placed in a much better level. Very friendly and welcoming. My room was comfortable and the breakfast was great. A taxi into the airport cost about €12, so offers a great value alternative to airport hotels. Plenty of shops and places to eat nearby, and a 15 minute walk from the nearest rail station.

The host is very friendly and welcoming, there's a free parking right at the entrance, the breakfast was generous and there's a bus station for transportation towards the Old Town right across the street.

This hotel is located in a nice place and run by an amazing landlady herself. You won’t feel like living in a hotel but at home. Foods are fresh and the owner lady makes the breakfast herself and it’s worth it.

More like a personalized BnB with comfy hotel-like rooms. Highly recommend staying here. The owner was very accomodating and has a great philosophy, let me check into my room as soon as it was ready around 10am, gave a great overview of the area and then cooked me a personalized breakfast. She even took me to the airport instead of calling a cab. 10/10

Decent hotel and the rooms are quite nice. I was upgraded to the duplex suite. It was cool, but there was no heat downstairs, so it was way too cold. Sadly, the top floor (where the bed is) was extremely hot with no windows or air, so it was impossible to sleep. The room door also had trouble closing. Decent rooms with ok beds and super nice TV interface. The shower is uncovered for a portion so water is going to get into the bathroom and it would be nice to have more towels available. As there is no reception, getting into the hotel wasn’t as easy as it should have been as we booked through a third party. Maybe booking directly with the hotel is better. Incredible. Stunning and extraordinary location to experience Köln. I stayed in the venerable Salon Suite and I cannot extrapolate the beauty of this room with words. Next level. Best hotel room I’ve ever had. The breakfast was simple but lovely and fresh. The help was courteous, kind and warm. Loved every minute.

It was so hot that I couldn't sleep all night.

The hotel was a new concept SMARTY hotel, simple and clean. At first, the space between rooms was like a maze, but I soon got used to it. The toiletries in the bathroom and the room were all necessary and well-organized. When Asians stay in the winter, they need to have the sense to ask for an extra blanket. The manager, who is from Ukraine, was very kind and resolved the guests' concerns well.

Perfect for a family, we all had our own bed, the kitchen is big, very quiet on a weekend and very clean with all the amenities you need. Very close to Phantasialand.

Excellent value if you're travelling by car - it's not a great location itself but has free parking and you can easily drive to a commuter train station to get to Köln. We also liked the shared kitchen area where you could use the fridge, stove, kettle etc to make meals.

It's cheap, friendly staff, clean and a nice allround hotel. Only disadvantage is thr location, it's a 15 minute walke on a very uncomfortable road to the nearest bus and the industrial terrain besides the hotel isn't very nice either.

Good priced hotel and the room was great with a shared kitchen that was good to have. Very friendly helpful host. The location is a bit out of the way so you need a car or Uber. If you come bring train Wesseling Nord is a 20 minutes walk along a straight road.

Parking wasn’t as easy as I had thought it would be. We were able to park on curb for free Sunday but were told we might get a ticket on Monday. We didn’t.

I stayed here over Gamescom. It was clean, but as with many hotels in Cologne, it is small rooms, and hot without any air condition. Breakfast was decent, service good, but overall way to expensive for what it is. But so are most places in Cologne during the Gamescom week.
